As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cart with an anti-overflow function includes: a vehicle body 10, a handle 20, and a wheel 30.
The vehicle body 10 is provided with a spoiler frame 40, and the spoiler frame 40 is provided with a plurality of transverse plates 41 and vertical plates 42. The vertical plate 41 is consistent with the advancing direction of the vehicle body 10, the vertical plate 41 is uniformly arranged between two sides of the vehicle body 1, and the transverse plate 42 is perpendicular to the vertical plate 41.
The vehicle body 10 is provided with a damper mechanism 50 on both sides. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the damper mechanism 50 includes a slide base 51 and a slide rod 52, and the slide base 51 is connected to the outer wall of the vehicle body 10 by outer wall welding. The slide rod 52 is slidably disposed in the slide holder 51 in the axial direction, the wheel 30 is rotatably connected to the slide rod 52, and a pair of bearings is disposed at the connection between the wheel 30 and the slide rod 52. More specifically, the top of the sliding seat 51 is welded and connected with a fixing nut 56, the adjusting screw 55 is matched with the fixing nut 56, the adjusting screw 55 is provided with a locking nut 57, the pressing plate 54 can move up and down by rotating the adjusting screw 55, and then the locking nut 57 is used for locking and fixing.
As shown in fig. 2, the handle 20 is rotatably connected to the vehicle body 10, the outer walls of two sides of the vehicle body 10 corresponding to the tail of the handle 20 are respectively provided with a slot 11, the slots 11 are respectively provided with a limit screw 12 in a penetrating manner, and the slots 11 and the limit screws 12 are used for fixing the handle 20.
Preferably, in order to reduce the weight of the spoiler 40, the spoiler 40 is provided in two pieces, which are respectively hinged or welded to the upper edges of the two sides of the vehicle body 10, so as to be conveniently opened at any time, thereby facilitating construction. And the hinge of the hinge point is attached to the vehicle body 10 by a screw for easy removal.
Preferably, in order to prevent the wheel 30 from deflecting during the use of the cart and to maintain a fixed forward direction, it is necessary to ensure that the rotation axis of the wheel 30 is fixed to the forward direction of the cart. In the present application, the wheel 30 is mounted on the slide rod 52 and then mounted on the slide block 51 via the slide rod 52, and in order to ensure that the traveling direction position of the wheel 30 remains unchanged, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the slide rod 52 in the axial direction with respect to the slide block 51 is fixed. In order to make the structure simpler, in the present embodiment, the sliding seat 51 and the sliding rod 52 are both rectangular rods, and the sliding rod 52 and the sliding seat 51 are prevented from rotating relatively by the cooperation of the rectangular rods and the rectangular holes.
Preferably, the inside of the sliding seat 51 should be a rectangular hole, in order to prevent the damping spring 53 from shaking in the sliding seat 51, the top of the sliding rod 52 and the bottom of the pressing plate 54 are both provided with a circular hole, and both ends of the damping spring 53 are both disposed in the circular hole for fixing the position of the damping spring 53.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the rotation of the adjusting screw 55, the top of the adjusting screw 55 is provided with a hexagonal post head structure for coupling with a wrench or a socket.
Preferably, in order to increase the elastic force of the damper spring 53, the damper buffering effect is enhanced. The damper spring 53 is an inner and outer double-layer spring having the same length.
Preferably, the bottom of the body 10 is provided with a support leg 13, and the support leg 13 is located at a position below the handle 20 to form a triangular structure with the two wheels 30 for fixing the cart.
