The implementation principle of the concrete slump measuring device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: before the slump cone 2 is used, the bottom plate 1 is leveled through the adjusting component 3, the height between the bottom plate 1 and the ground can be adjusted by rotating the second screw rod 32 during leveling, and meanwhile, the level meter 83 is observed to ensure that the bottom plate 1 is in a horizontal state.
After leveling is completed, filling the slump cone 2 with concrete, tamping the concrete, observing the condition of the concrete through the transparent baffle 22 in the tamping process, starting the first motor 71 after the concrete is completely tamped, driving the gear 72 to rotate by an output shaft of the first motor 71, driving the rack 73 meshed with the gear 72 to move when the gear 72 rotates, so as to lift the slump cone 2 upwards, guiding the slump cone 2 in the vertical direction by the guide rod 62 in the lifting process, reducing the phenomenon that the slump cone 2 inclines, lifting the slump cone 2 to be completely separated from the concrete, and then closing the first motor 71; then start second motor 52, the output shaft of second motor 52 drives first screw 51 and rotates, because first screw 51 and support frame 4 threaded connection to support frame 4 can slide along slide rail 12, consequently can drive support frame 4 and slide along bottom plate 1 when first screw 51 rotates, when support frame 4 slides to the one side of keeping away from the concrete, can begin to measure.
During the measurement, the staff will measure and rotate along arbitrary scale 81, rotate to when contacting with another scale 81, the staff slowly slides measuring stick 82 along the scale 81 axial, when measuring stick 82 slides to measuring stick 82 outer wall and concrete contact, stop sliding measuring stick 82, then observe the height at the reference line of spirit level 83 with adjustment measuring stick 82 both ends, when spirit level 83's reference line shows level, it is fixed with measuring stick 82 and scale 81 to rotate the jackscrew, note the registration of two scales 81, then calculate the average number of two registrations, be the height of measuring concrete promptly.
