The fastening flange 7 is located in front of the limiting flange 6 and is bent at the left side and the right side of the middle piece 3, wherein the bending direction of the fastening flange 7 is the same as or different from the bending direction of the limiting flange 6, and the left and right outside dimensions I of the fastening flange are smaller than the left and right outside dimensions G of the limiting flange.
The side wing 10 is bent on the connecting arm flanging 5 of the connecting arm 2; the assembly grooves 8 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the fixed base 1, and the left and right inner side sizes J of the assembly grooves are larger than the left and right outer side sizes K of the side wings.
The assembling groove 8 is further provided with a coating part 11, and the coating part 11 is coated on the outer side of the side wing 10, so that the connecting arm 2 or the middle piece 3 and the fixed base 1 can be positioned left and right and/or up and down.
The rear end of the assembling groove 8 is provided with a groove step part 12, the size between the groove step part and the groove step part is equivalent to the size of the front end of the side wing 10, the rear end of the side wing 10 is provided with a side wing step part 13, the size between the side wing step part and the side wing step part is equivalent to the size of the front end of the left and right assembling grooves 8, wherein the size of the front end of the assembling groove 8 is larger than the size of the rear end thereof and/or the size of the front end of the side wing; the connecting arm 2 or the middle piece 3 is arranged in the assembling groove 8 in a sliding mode through the lateral wing 10, the front end of the lateral wing 10 is in up-and-down positioning fit with the groove step part 12, and the rear end of the lateral wing is in up-and-down positioning fit with the front end of the assembling groove 8 through the lateral wing step part 13.
An elastic piece 14 is arranged between the fixed base 1 and the buckling piece 9, one end of the elastic piece 14 elastically acts on the fixed base 1, and the other end elastically acts on the buckling piece 9; the fixed base 1 is provided with a limiting part 15; the fastening piece 9 elastically swings on the fixed base 1 towards the direction of the fastening flange 7 through the elastic piece 14 all the time, and is limited to act on the limiting part 15 when elastically swinging; the buckling piece 9 is further provided with a buckling part 16, and the buckling part 16 and the buckling flanging 7 are buckled with each other.
Guide parts 17 are arranged among the assembling groove 8, the side wing 10, the groove step part 12 and the side wing step part 13, and between the buckling part 16 and the buckling flanging 7; the assembling groove 8, the side wing 10, the groove step part 12 and the side wing step part 13, and the buckling part 16 and the buckling flanging 7 are mutually matched in a guiding way through the guiding part 17.
The hinge assembly further includes a spring 18, a movable cup holder 19 and a bracket 20.
The bracket 20 and the connecting arm 2 are arranged separately, a front-back adjusting piece 21 is arranged between the bracket 20 and the connecting arm 2, and the front-back position of the bracket 20 and the connecting arm 2 is adjusted through the front-back adjusting piece 21.
One end of the elastic element 18 elastically acts on the bracket 20, the other end elastically acts on the movable cup seat 19, and the connecting arm 2 and the bracket 20 are mutually and elastically hinged to open and close with the movable cup seat 19 through the elastic element 18.
The eccentric part 4 is positioned and rotated on the intermediate part 3 at one end and is drivingly connected with the connecting arm 2 and/or the bracket 20 at the other end during the positioning and rotation.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 11-16, the present easy-to-disassemble mechanism for furniture hinge and base differs from the first embodiment in that: the bracket 20 is provided integrally with the connecting arm 2.
One end of the elastic element 18 elastically acts on the connecting arm 2 and/or the bracket 20, the other end elastically acts on the movable cup seat 19, and the connecting arm 2 and the bracket 20 are mutually and elastically hinged to open and close with the movable cup seat 19 through the elastic element 18.
The side flaps 10 are folded over the limiting flanges 6 of the intermediate piece 3.
A left-right and/or up-down adjusting piece 25 is arranged between the connecting arm 2 and the middle piece 3, and a user can adjust the left-right and/or up-down position between the hinge assembly and the fixed base 1 through the left-right and/or up-down adjusting piece 25 according to the actual use requirement.
The other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.
