本实用新型公开了一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,包括厂房,厂房的内壁顶部固定连接有集气管,集气管的内壁左侧固定连接有电机,电机的输出轴固定连接有负压扇,集气管表面固定连接有集气口,集气管的出风口固定连接喷淋净化塔,喷淋净化塔的出风口固定连接有干式过滤塔,干式过滤塔的出风口固定链接有UV光解箱,UV光解箱的出风口固定连接有吸附箱,本实用新型利用电机通电带动负压扇旋转,厂房顶部空气压力减小,无组织废气上升,通过集气口进入集气管道,电机不停的旋转,无组织废气持续上升,可以较为全面的吸收厂房的废气,经过净化机构可以将无组织废气净化的更加彻底,而且高效,成本也比较低,能够满足日常车间工作的需要。

背景技术
目前我国很多行业的生产工艺均离不开喷涂工序,因为喷涂决定产品的外观和耐候性,然而,该工序的大气污染较为严重,家具喷涂通常采用的是溶剂型涂料,在喷涂过程中会产生大量漆雾,并伴随着甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、醇类、酯类等有机废气,这些污染物直接排放不仅污染大气环境同时对人的身体健康造成极大危害,因此,如何有效解决喷涂行业所产生的污染气体变得十分迫切。
现在人们常常会使用大功率的排风扇来使得车间内的无组织废气直接排放到车间外部,造成较为严重的空气污染,也会有大量的刺激性气体排放至大气中,严重影响了周围居民的正常生活,现有的车间无组织废气收集净化装置并不能较为全面的吸收车间内的废气,而且废气的净化效率低,成本较高,满足不了人们在生产生活中的使用需求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,包括厂房,所述厂房的内壁顶部固定连接有集气管,所述集气管的内壁左侧固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴固定连接有负压扇,所述集气管表面固定连接有集气口,所述集气管的出风口固定连接喷淋净化塔,所述喷淋净化塔的出风口固定连接有干式过滤塔,且放置于同一水平线上,所述干式过滤塔的出风口固定链接有UV光解箱,且放置于同一水平线上,所述UV光解箱的出风口固定连接有吸附箱,且放置于同一水平线上。
优选的,所述喷淋净化塔的内部上方固定连接有捕捉网,所述喷淋净化塔的内部中心固定连接有填充层,所述喷淋净化塔的内部下方固定连接有水箱,所述喷淋净化塔的表面固定连接有两个观察口且位于同一竖直线上,所述水箱的顶部且位于喷淋净化塔的右侧固定连接有水泵,所述水泵的输出端固定连接有出水管,所述水泵的输入端固定连接有进水管,所述出水管的末端固定连接有喷头。
优选的,所述UV光解箱的中间固定连接有光解氧化箱,所述UV光解箱的内部左侧固定连接有过滤箱,所述UV光解箱的内部右侧固定连接有电箱。
优选的,所述吸附箱的出风口固定连接有风机,所述风机的出风口固定连接有排放烟囱,且放置于同一水平线上。
优选的,所述UV光解箱的正面顶部固定连接有指示灯。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过厂房的内壁顶部固定连接有集气管,集气管的内壁左侧固定连接有电机,电机的输出轴固定连接有负压扇,集气管表面固定连接有集气口,电机通电带动负压扇旋转,厂房顶部空气压力减小,无组织废气上升,通过集气口进入集气管道,电机不停的旋转,无组织废气持续上升,可以较为全面的吸收厂房的废气,所述集气管的出风口固定连接喷淋净化塔,所述喷淋净化塔的出风口固定连接有干式过滤塔,且放置于同一水平线上,所述干式过滤塔的出风口固定链接有UV光解箱,且放置于同一水平线上,所述UV光解箱的出风口固定连接有吸附箱,且放置于同一水平线上,废气从集气管到排放烟囱第一步经过喷淋净化塔,废气中溶于水的小颗粒被吸收,在经过干式过滤塔,废气中残存的颗粒物被吸收,在经过UV光解箱,废气中的微小颗粒被分解,在经过吸附箱被吸收,最终通过排放烟囱进入大气中,经过这一系列步骤,可以将废气净化更加彻底。

一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,包括厂房1,厂房1的内壁顶部固定连接有集气管2,集气管2的内壁左侧固定连接有电机3,电机3的输出轴固定连接有负压扇4,集气管2表面固定连接有集气口5,集气管2的出风口固定连接喷淋净化塔6,喷淋净化塔6的出风口固定连接有干式过滤塔8,且放置于同一水平线上,干式过滤塔8的出风口固定链接有UV光解箱9,且放置于同一水平线上,UV光解箱9的出风口固定连接有吸附箱10,且放置于同一水平线上,负压扇4可以带动空气流动,减小厂房顶部的空气压强,无组织废气飘到厂房顶部,进入集气管2。
在本实施例中,喷淋净化塔6的内部上方固定连接有捕捉网66,喷淋净化塔6的内部中心固定连接有填充层63,喷淋净化塔6的内部下方固定连接有水箱61,喷淋净化塔6的表面固定连接有两个观察口62且位于同一竖直线上,水箱61的顶部且位于喷淋净化塔6的右侧固定连接有水泵7,水泵7的输出端固定连接有出水管65,水泵7的输入端固定连接有进水管64,出水管 65的末端固定连接有喷头67,废气经过喷淋净化塔6洗涤,去除粉尘及其他可溶性物质。
在本实施例中,UV光解箱9的中间固定连接有光解氧化箱91,UV光解箱 9的内部左侧固定连接有过滤箱92,UV光解箱9的内部右侧固定连接有电箱 93,无组织废气经过UV光解箱9将恶臭气体净化。
在本实施例中,吸附箱10的出风口固定连接有风机11,风机11的出风口固定连接有排放烟囱12,吸附箱10的内部是由活性炭组成,吸附一些小颗粒。
在本实施例中,UV光解箱9的正面顶部固定连接有指示灯94。
工作原理:使用时,电机3通电带动负压扇4,负压扇4转动将厂房顶部压强降低,无组织废气上升通过集气口5进入集气管2,无组织废气进入喷淋净化塔6,水泵7通电进行水循环,无组织废气中的可溶性物质以及粉尘溶入水中,再经过干式过滤塔8,除去水雾,进入UV光解箱9,在高压作用下除去无组织废气中的恶臭味,最后经过吸附箱10将残余的颗粒物吸收干净,然后经过风机11,最后经过排放烟囱12将气体排出。

1.一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,包括厂房(1),其特征在于:所述厂房(1)的内壁顶部固定连接有集气管(2),所述集气管(2)的内壁左侧固定连接有电机(3),所述电机(3)的输出轴固定连接有负压扇(4),所述集气管(2)表面固定连接有集气口(5),所述集气管(2)的出风口固定连接喷淋净化塔(6),所述喷淋净化塔(6)的出风口固定连接有干式过滤塔(8),所述干式过滤塔(8)的出风口固定链接有UV光解箱(9),所述UV光解箱(9)的出风口固定连接有吸附箱(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋净化塔(6)的内部上方固定连接有捕捉网(66),所述喷淋净化塔(6)的内部中心固定连接有填充层(63),所述喷淋净化塔(6)的内部下方固定连接有水箱(61),所述喷淋净化塔(6)的表面固定连接有两个观察口(62)且位于同一竖直线上,所述水箱(61)的顶部且位于喷淋净化塔(6)的右侧固定连接有水泵(7),所述水泵(7)的输出端固定连接有出水管(65),所述水泵(7)的输入端固定连接有进水管(64),所述出水管(65)的末端固定连接有喷头(67)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车间无组织废气收集净化装置,其特征在于:所述UV光解箱(9)的中间固定连接有光解氧化箱(91),所述UV光解箱(9)的内部左侧固定连接有过滤箱(92),所述UV光解箱(9)的内部右侧固定连接有电箱(93)。
