Example 2
An embedded type excrement occult blood detection device is shown in figures 1-6 and 11-13 and comprises an occult blood detection module 2 for detecting whether an aqueous excrement solution 1 in a closestool 5 contains an occult blood signal or not, wherein the occult blood detection module 2 is electrically connected with an intelligent closestool 3, and the intelligent closestool 3 can be fixedly arranged on the closestool 5 in an openable or closable manner; the closestool 5 is provided with a sewage discharge pipe 6, the sewage discharge pipe 6 is provided with a through hole, and the occult blood detection module 2 is detachably and fixedly arranged in the through hole.
In this embodiment, the occult blood detecting module 2 includes a light source 21 for emitting a light beam with a specific wavelength to the excrement aqueous solution 1 in the toilet bowl 5, an optical sensor 22 for receiving penetrating light penetrating through the excrement aqueous solution 1, and a first microcontroller 23 for detecting occult blood signals of the penetrating light, wherein the first microcontroller 23 is respectively connected with the light source 21 and the optical sensor 22, and the light source 21 and the optical sensor 22 are respectively arranged on two sides of the sewage draining pipe 6.
In this embodiment, the through-hole is a straight through-hole 62.
In this embodiment, the occult blood detecting module 2 further includes a mounting body detachably fixed in the linear through hole 62, the light source and the optical sensor are respectively disposed at two sides of the mounting body, and the mounting body is provided with a light path for the light beam emitted by the light source to emit to the optical sensor. Wherein a light path from the light source to the optical sensor inside the mounting body is formed by a light path through hole provided along between the light source and the optical sensor; the installation body is not only beneficial to the operations of installation, disassembly, replacement, maintenance and the like of the occult blood detection module, but also beneficial to the light beam emitted by the light source to the optical sensor to form a light path between the installation body and the sewage discharge pipe.
In this embodiment, the mounting body includes a second mounting body 26, two parallel and opposite mounting posts 27 are fixedly disposed below the second mounting body 26, the two mounting posts 27 are detachably and respectively fixedly disposed in a corresponding linear through hole 62, the light source 21 and the optical sensor 22 are respectively disposed in one mounting post 27, a second light path 271 is disposed in the mounting post 27, a second opening 272 is formed between the two mounting posts 27, and the second light path 271 passes through the second opening 272. Wherein the second light path is formed by a path formed by the light beam emitted by the light source being emitted to the optical sensor through the second opening, the second light path part inside the second mounting body from the light source to the optical sensor is formed by a second light path through hole 273 provided along the space between the light source and the optical sensor, and the second opening is immersed in the drain pipe; when the occult blood detection module starts to detect, a light beam with a specific wavelength emitted by the light source is emitted into the excrement aqueous solution through the second opening through the second light path and penetrates through the excrement aqueous solution to generate penetrating light, the penetrating light is emitted to the opposite optical sensor through the second light path, and the optical sensor receives the penetrating light and transmits the received penetrating light to the first microcontroller; the mounting column and the second opening are arranged in a combined structure, so that the convenience of operations such as mounting, dismounting, replacing and maintaining between the occult blood detection module and the sewage discharge pipe is further improved, and a light path is formed between the mounting body and the sewage discharge pipe by a light beam emitted by the light source to the optical sensor.
In this embodiment, an optical lens 7 is disposed between the light source 21 and the optical sensor 22; wherein, an optical lens is respectively arranged between the light source and the excrement aqueous solution and between the optical sensor and the excrement aqueous solution, one optical lens is arranged at one side of the sewage discharge pipe corresponding to the light source, and the other optical lens is arranged at the other side of the sewage discharge pipe corresponding to the optical sensor; when the occult blood detection module starts to detect, light beams with specific wavelengths emitted by the light source are emitted to excrement aqueous solution through the optical lens and penetrate through the excrement aqueous solution to generate penetrating light, the penetrating light is emitted to the opposite optical sensor through the optical lens, and the optical sensor receives the penetrating light and transmits the received penetrating light to the first microcontroller. The optical lens can perform convergence on the light beam emitted by the light source, reduce the leakage of stray light and the light beam, improve the intensity of penetrating light received by the optical sensor, improve the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio) of detection, and further improve the detection accuracy and the detection efficiency.
In this embodiment, the thickness S of the excrement aqueous solution 1 is less than 80 mm.
In this embodiment, the light source 21 emits a light beam with a wavelength range of 250 and 650nm to the excrement aqueous solution 1 in the toilet bowl 5; the occult blood signal contains a blood absorption spectrum having three characteristic peaks of 415nm, 541nm, and 577nm, respectively, as shown in fig. 14.
In the present embodiment, the absorption spectrum of the main characteristic absorption peak of the occult blood signal obtained by detecting the occult blood signal in the aqueous excrement solution having a volume percentage concentration of 0.001% is shown in fig. 15, and as is apparent from fig. 15, the absorption spectrum has characteristic absorption peaks of 415nm, 541nm, and 577nm, and it can be deduced that the aqueous excrement solution contains the occult blood signal.
In the embodiment, the intelligent toilet bowl 3 and the occult blood detection module 2 are powered by the external power supply 4; the occult blood detection module 2 further comprises a direct current-direct current conversion module 24 electrically connected with the intelligent toilet 3, and the direct current-direct current conversion module 24 is respectively connected with the light source 21, the optical sensor 22 and the first microcontroller 23; the intelligent toilet 3 is provided with an alternating current-direct current conversion module 32, a second microcontroller 31, an operation interface 33 and a display interface 34, the second microcontroller 31 is respectively connected with the alternating current-direct current conversion module 32, the operation interface 33 and the display interface 34, the alternating current-direct current conversion module 32 is respectively connected with the external power supply 4 and the direct current-direct current conversion module 24, the operation interface 33 is connected with a key switch, and the display interface 34 is connected with a display device.
The embodiment provides a hidden type fecal occult blood detection method, as shown in fig. 1-5 and 11-13, comprising the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: turning on a key switch, switching on an external power supply 4, starting the intelligent closestool 3 and starting detection;
step two: the second microcontroller 31 sends a trigger signal to the occult blood detection module 2;
step three: the occult blood detection module 2 receives the trigger signal sent from the second microcontroller 31;
step four: the trigger signal firstly activates the light source 21, the light source 21 emits a light beam with a specific wavelength, the light beam is emitted into the excrement water solution 1 in the toilet bowl 5 and generates penetrating light, then the penetrating light is emitted into the optical sensor 22, and the optical sensor 22 receives the penetrating light and transmits the received penetrating light to the first microcontroller 23; wherein, the light beam with specific wavelength emitted by the light source is emitted to the excrement aqueous solution through the optical lens and penetrates through the excrement aqueous solution to generate penetrating light, the penetrating light is emitted to the opposite optical sensor through the optical lens, and the optical sensor receives the penetrating light and transmits the received penetrating light to the first microcontroller;
step five: the first microcontroller 23 converts the light-transmitting optical signal into an electrical signal, converts the electrical signal into a digital signal, performs data processing on the digital signal, judges whether the excrement contains an occult blood signal according to the data processing, obtains a detection result, and sends the detection result to the intelligent toilet 3;
step six: the second microcontroller 31 receives the detection result signal and sends the detection result signal to the display device through the display interface 34, and the display device displays the detection result, thereby ending the detection.

the occult blood detection module (2) comprises a light source (21) for emitting light beams with specific wavelengths to excrement aqueous solution (1) in a closestool (5), an optical sensor (22) for receiving penetrating light penetrating through the excrement aqueous solution (1), and a first microcontroller (23) for detecting occult blood signals of the penetrating light, wherein the first microcontroller (23) is respectively connected with the light source (21) and the optical sensor (22), and the light source (21) and the optical sensor (22) are respectively arranged on two sides of a sewage discharge pipe (6);
the through hole is a curved surface through hole (61) or a straight line through hole (62);
the occult blood detection module also comprises an installation body, the installation body is detachably and fixedly arranged in the curved surface through hole (61) or the straight line through hole (62), the light source (21) and the optical sensor (22) are respectively arranged at two sides of the installation body, and the installation body is provided with a light path for the light beam emitted by the light source (21) to shoot to the optical sensor (22).
