In order to solve this problem, the rotation speed of the conveying roller 43 after the roller-shaped brush is slightly higher than the speeds of the other conveying rollers, and is preferably in the range of 1% to 10%, and the speed adjustment of the conveying roller 44 after the scraping device 6 is also the same. There are many ways to achieve faster individual roller speeds, and will not be described in detail here.
