目前市场上的开水壶,其加热面即壶底均为平面,传热效率低,能耗大。
本实用新型的目的为了解决上述问题而设计的一种节能开水壶。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
本实用新型的特征在于壶的加热面即壶底面为蜂窝状结构,每个蜂窝孔的深度不大于壶高的1/2,并且每个蜂窝孔的底面均向壶内凸起。

如图1、图2,以规格为22cm(直径)的家用开水壶1为例,在其底面2上冲有18个φ2×30cm和1个φ3×3cm的圆柱形蜂窝孔3,并且蜂窝孔3的底面4均向壶1内凸起。在相同的加热条件下,蜂窝底壶1加热面积为747cm2,为平底壶的加热面积的2倍,如扣除19个蜂窝孔3所占的体积191cm3,22cm规格开水壶1的容积约为5000cm3仅比平底壶的容积减少了3.8%,其传热效率可提高97.6%,蜂窝孔3的形状,多少与大小同壶底2的面积有关,蜂窝孔3的形状可为圆形、椭圆形、方形、矩形。
本实用新型的优点在于由于采用了壶底2蜂窝状结构,壶底2与火焰的接触面增大,为平底壶的两倍,能充分利用火焰的热量,而且在加热过程中可以加速壶1内水的对流,从而大大缩短加热时间,有效地节省燃料,本实用新型的蜂窝底状结构也可以广泛用于工业用液体加热容器的加热面,其节能效果也十分明显。

1、节能开水壶,其特征在于壶的加热面即壶底为蜂窝状结构,每个蜂窝孔的深度不大于壶高的1/2,并且每个蜂窝孔的底面均向壶内凸起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能开水壶,其特征在于蜂窝孔的形状可为圆形、椭圆形、方形、矩形。
