The multifunctional cleaning device for the chemical wastewater treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning and collecting frame structure (13) comprises a connecting frame (131), a placing frame (132), a collecting hopper (133), a cross beam (134), a cleaning motor (135), a cleaning wheel (136), bristles (137), an L-shaped frame (138) and a pulley (139), and the placing frame (132) is welded at the lower part of the inner side of the connecting frame (131); the collecting hopper (133) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the placing rack (132); the cross beam (134) is welded on the left side of the upper part of the connecting frame (131); the cleaning motor (135) is connected to the left side of the cross beam (134) through a bolt; the cleaning wheel (136) is in key connection with an output shaft of the cleaning motor (135); the bristles (137) are stuck to the periphery of the outer side of the cleaning wheel (136); the L-shaped frame (138) is respectively connected to the upper part and the lower part of the left side of the cleaning motor (135) through bolts; the pulley (139) is axially connected to the left side of the interior of the L-shaped frame (138).
4. The multifunctional cleaning device for chemical wastewater treatment equipment according to claim 1, wherein the tank (41) is bolted to the left side of the upper part of the frame (1); the water outlet hopper (42) is arranged on the inner side of the through hole (3).

The multifunctional cleaning device for the chemical wastewater treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the rack (132) is transversely provided with a groove at the upper part thereof, and the collecting hopper (133) is arranged at the lower part thereof in the groove provided at the inner side of the rack (132).
8. The multifunctional cleaning apparatus for chemical wastewater treatment plant according to claim 3, wherein the upper part of the connecting frame (131) is bolted to the output rod of the telescopic cylinder (12).
9. The multifunctional cleaning device for chemical wastewater treatment equipment according to claim 1, wherein the right side of the fixing bolt (14) is inserted into the inner side of the positioning groove (11).
