the second bearing includes third bearing packing ring, second mounting panel, fourth bearing packing ring, the third bearing packing ring the second mounting panel with fourth bearing packing ring is from top to bottom arranging in proper order, be equipped with at least three second mounting hole on the second mounting panel, the middle part of second mounting panel is equipped with the second through-hole, at least three the second mounting hole is cyclic annular and arranges the outside of second through-hole, be equipped with the second ball in the second mounting hole.
