背景技术
活动房是一种以轻钢为骨架,以夹芯板为围护材料,以标准模数系列进行空间组合,构件采用螺栓连接,全新概念的环保经济型活动房屋。可方便快捷地进行组装和拆卸,实现了临时建筑的通用标准化,树立了环保节能、快捷高效的建筑理念,使临时房屋进入了一个系列化开发、集成化生产、配套化供应、可库存和可多次周转使用的定型产品领域。
活动房的架设需要使用到立柱,现有的活动房立柱大多结构单一,立柱与地面的接触面积小,稳定性欠缺,且立柱往往与横梁配合使用,现有的立柱只能水平固定横梁,无法调节横梁的角度以适应不同的需求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于活动房的钢结构立柱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

工作原理,该用于活动房的钢结构立柱,使用时,将支撑固定机构1放置在地面上,然后将磁吸吸合在第一装接槽301内的第一装接板3展开,第一装接板3贴合地面之后拧动螺栓5,从而将第一装接板3与地面固定,与第一装接板3连接的转角柱103被固定,即将配重柱101固定在地面上,随后将支撑柱2通过开设的与连接柱102配合的孔插接安装在配重柱101上,当需要架设横杆时,将横杆放置在两组夹持板8之中,并通过螺栓插接固定横杆,夹持板8活动连接在移动滑槽701内,固定在夹持板8上的横梁可调节垂直方向上的角度以适应具体需要,当角度调整适当后将横梁远离夹持板8的一端固定,从而锁死横梁,该用于活动房的钢结构立柱,结构合理,便于提升稳定性,实用性强。

1.一种用于活动房的钢结构立柱,包括支撑固定机构(1)以及居中安装在支撑固定机构(1)上端面的支撑柱(2),其特征在于:所述支撑固定机构(1)包括配重柱(101),所述配重柱(101)为四条棱构造有倒角的矩形柱状结构,且配重柱(101)开设有倒角的四条棱处设置有转角柱(103),所述转角柱(103)远离配重柱(101)的两侧设置有第一装接板(3),所述第一装接板(3)居中开设有第二装接槽(302),且第一装接板(3)远离转角柱(103)的一端构造有磁铁(4),所述第二装接槽(302)内居中等距安装有三组螺栓(5),所述支撑柱(2)为矩形柱状结构,且支撑柱(2)四面远离支撑固定机构(1)的一端设置有连接耳板(6),所述连接耳板(6)对称设置,且连接耳板(6)连接有装接块(7),所述装接块(7)为半圆形块状结构且装接块(7)夹接安装在连接耳板(6)中,所述装接块(7)的外缘面靠近连接耳板(6)的一侧对称开设有移动滑槽(701)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于活动房的钢结构立柱,其特征在于:所述移动滑槽(701)内的两侧构造有活动卡齿,且移动滑槽(701)连接有夹持板(8),所述夹持板(8)为一端呈半圆形的矩形板结构,且夹持板(8)靠近移动滑槽(701)的一端构造有与卡齿配合的卡槽,所述夹持板(8)活动安装在移动滑槽(701)内,且夹持板(8)远离移动滑槽(701)的一端等距开设有第一螺纹孔(801),所述第一螺纹孔(801)内构造有螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于活动房的钢结构立柱,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(2)的四面居中构造有第二装接板(9),所述第二装接板(9)为L型板状结构,且第二装接板(9)远离支撑柱(2)的一面对称构造有贴合板(10),所述贴合板(10)为L型板状结构,且贴合板(10)内等距开设有第二螺纹孔(1001),所述第二螺纹孔(1001)内构造有螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于活动房的钢结构立柱,其特征在于:所述支撑固定机构(1)的上端面居中对称构造有连接柱(102),所述连接柱(102)设有四组,所述支撑柱(2)靠近支撑固定机构(1)的一端开设有配合连接柱(102)的孔,所述连接柱(102)插接安装在支撑固定机构(1)开设的孔中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于活动房的钢结构立柱,其特征在于:所述转角柱(103)远离支撑柱(2)的一端两侧开设有与第一装接板(3)配合的第一装接槽(301),所述第一装接槽(301)靠近支撑柱(2)的一侧开设有配合磁铁(4)的磁吸槽(401),所述磁吸槽(401)内设置有磁吸吸附层,所述第一装接板(3)活动连接在第一装接槽(301)内。
