As introduced by the background art, when the existing vacuum toilet fails, the existing vacuum toilet cannot be used continuously, great inconvenience is brought to a user to go to a toilet, and the vacuum toilet is not suitable for the user to use.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1-3, a household vacuum toilet includes a toilet bowl, a multi-way valve, a control system, a vacuum line, a gravity line, a flush mechanism, and other components.
The bedpan 1 adopts current direct vent bedpan, and blowdown bore 90mm, inner wall smooth in order to prevent or reduce the filth and adhere to on the bedpan surface, the bedpan internal surface adopts the cambered surface, can realize reaching good washing effect with less water.
The water inlet of bedpan is connected with bath mechanism, and bath mechanism can pour into the sparge water into the bedpan, the blow off pipe of bedpan and the access connection of multi-ported valve, in this embodiment, the multi-ported valve adopts electronic three-way valve 2, and in some other embodiments, the multi-ported valve also can adopt pneumatic three-way valve, an export of electronic three-way valve is connected with the one end of vacuum pipeline 4, and another export is connected with the one end of gravity pipeline 5.
The electric three-way valve is connected with the control system 3, and the control system can control the opening and closing states of the outlet of the electric three-way valve, so as to control the sewage in the bedpan to flow into a vacuum pipeline or a gravity pipeline.
The control system is installed in the box body, a change-over switch 6 is arranged on the box body, and the change-over switch is a ship-shaped switch or a knob switch and is used for controlling the control system to realize the switching of sewage entering a vacuum pipeline and a gravity pipeline.
The vacuum pipeline is a PVC pipeline or a PE pipeline, the pressure grade is not lower than PN10, the vacuum pipeline is connected by bonding or electric hot melting, a vacuum valve 7 is arranged on the vacuum pipeline and used for controlling the on and off of the vacuum pipeline, the vacuum valve adopts the existing vacuum valve and can adopt other vacuum valves in various forms, such as a vacuum control valve (ZL 201110342228.5), a vacuum angle seat valve (ZL 201010181516.2), a single-side pressure discharge vacuum drainage valve, a toilet excrement collecting system (ZL 201821403. 933X), a vacuum drainage valve (CN101349070A), a vacuum diaphragm valve (CN108757988A) and the like, the vacuum valve is opened in vacuum, and the caliber is 50 mm.
The vacuum valve is connected with the vacuum control valve 8, the vacuum control valve is connected with the control system, the vacuum control valve plays a role in controlling the opening and closing of the vacuum valve, and can be driven by an electromagnetic valve or a pneumatic valve.
In another embodiment, the vacuum valve is directly connected to a control system, and the control system directly drives the opening and closing actions of the vacuum valve.
The other end of the vacuum pipeline can be connected with a vacuum pump station, and the vacuum pump station can enable the vacuum pipeline to keep a negative pressure state.
The control system controls the electric three-way valve to be opened with an outlet connected with the vacuum pipeline, the vacuum valve is opened, and under the action of the vacuum pipeline negative pressure, sewage in the bedpan can enter the vacuum pipeline through the electric three-way valve to be discharged, so that vacuum drainage is realized.
The gravity pipeline adopts the PVC pipeline, adopts the bonding to make, the one end of gravity pipeline and an exit linkage of electric three-way valve, the sewage in the bedpan can flow into the gravity pipeline under the effect of gravity and discharge after.
The control system controls the electric three-way valve to be opened with the outlet connected with the gravity pipeline, and sewage in the bedpan can flow into the gravity pipeline under the action of gravity and then is discharged, so that gravity drainage is realized.
The bath mechanism is including flushing pipe way 9, flushing pipe way one end is connected with the water inlet of bedpan, and water source 10 can be connected to the other end, flushing pipe is provided with flushometer 11 on the road, the flushometer is used for the control to wash switching on and closing of pipeline, in this embodiment, the flushometer adopts two-way solenoid valve, in other some embodiments, the flushometer also can adopt gas accuse water valve, the flushometer is connected with control system, can receive control system's control work, be provided with on the box and wash button 12, it can send the instruction to control system to wash button, control flushometer and vacuum valve work. The flushing button provides a trigger signal for flushing and sewage discharging actions, and the flushing button can adopt an induction type button or a hand-pressing type button.
For the areas with sufficient water pressure, the flushing mechanism can be only provided with a flushing pipeline and a flushing valve, and for other areas, a pump body is further installed on the flushing pipeline and used for increasing the water pressure in the flushing pipeline.
The pump body adopts water pump or air pump, when adopting water pump 13, still be provided with expansion tank 14 on the flushing line for keep the water pressure in the flushing line stable.
In this embodiment, elements such as the control system, the expansion tank, the flush valve, the electric three-way valve, the vacuum valve and the pump body are integrally installed inside the box body 17, the box body is installed indoors, the occupied space is small, the installation of the elements accords with sanitary ware installation and process standard, the control system is connected with an external power supply 15, the elements can be powered by the external power supply, the control system is further connected with a battery 16 arranged inside the box body, and when the external power supply is powered off, the battery can be used for supplying power, so that the normal work of the whole vacuum toilet stool is ensured, and the normal use of residents is not influenced.
The working method of the household vacuum toilet in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the vacuum pipeline always keeps a negative pressure state under the action of an external vacuum pump station, in a vacuum drainage mode, a control system controls an outlet of an electric three-way valve connected with the vacuum pipeline to be opened, a flushing button is triggered, the control system sends a command to a flushing valve and a vacuum valve, the flushing valve and the vacuum valve are controlled to be opened, flushing water with set pressure is injected into a toilet bowl from a water source, under the vacuum action of the vacuum pipeline, sewage discharged from a toilet bowl sewage discharge pipe enters the vacuum pipeline to be discharged, after sewage discharge is finished, the control system controls the flushing valve and the vacuum valve to be closed, flushing sewage discharge action is finished, the whole vacuum toilet bowl enters a standby state, when relevant elements in the vacuum drainage mode break down, a change-over switch is used for sending a command to the control system, the control system controls an outlet of the electric three-way valve connected with a gravity pipeline to be opened, the flushing button is triggered, the sewage discharged from the sewage discharge pipe of the toilet bowl is discharged through the gravity pipeline under the action of gravity, the gravity drainage mode is completed, and after the drainage is completed, the whole vacuum toilet bowl enters a standby state.
The household vacuum toilet bowl of the embodiment combines the technical characteristics of vacuum pollution discharge and gravity pollution discharge, has the characteristics of water saving, sanitation and the like, does not influence the normal use of households when the vacuum pollution discharge is in failure, single household power failure and regional power failure, and can be used for occasions such as building vacuum water discharge, source separation, dispersed sewage collection and the like so as to realize the household use of the vacuum toilet bowl.
