The basic principle of the electrolytic ozone generator is that low voltage direct current electrolyzes water, so that the water is oxidized on a special anode solution interface to generate ozone. The electrolytic method for preparing ozone is that the anode and the cathode and electrolyte solution form an electrolytic device, and ozone is separated out from the anode. Electrolytic ozone generators suitable for use in the present application may or may not include a proton exchange membrane. Ozone generators are characterized by contacting water and electrolyzing the water to produce ozone. When the sterilized water module 30 is an ozone generator, the inner layer electrode 31 is an anode, the outer layer electrode 32 is a cathode, and the anode of the ozone generator, i.e., the inner layer electrode 31 is coated with an ozone generating catalyst to electrolyze water to generate ozone.
In other examples, the sterilized water module 30 may be a hydrogen peroxide generator. The TDS value of the water which is subjected to electrolytic reaction with the hydrogen peroxide generator is more than 90ppm, so that better electrolytic reaction can be obtained. The hydrogen peroxide generator can also adopt the existing electrolytic hydrogen peroxide generator, and the working principle of the hydrogen peroxide generator can refer to Chinese patent with application number of 201810423905.8. The hydrogen peroxide generator is characterized in that hydrogen peroxide is generated by contacting water and electrolyzing the water and dissolved in the water to form hydrogen peroxide water. When the sterilized water module 30 is a hydrogen peroxide generator, the inner electrode 31 is a cathode, the outer electrode 32 is an anode, and the cathode of the hydrogen peroxide generator, i.e., the inner electrode 31, is coated with a hydrogen peroxide generation catalyst to electrolyze water to generate hydrogen peroxide.
The configuration of the sterilized water module 30 is not limited to the configuration shown in fig. 5, and the sterilized water module 30 may be in a cylindrical shape or a block shape horizontally placed. The requirement for the sterilizing water module 30 is to contact and electrolyze water to produce ozone or hydrogen peroxide, according to the operating principles of existing electrolytic ozone generators or hydrogen peroxide generators.
The spray head assembly comprises a pressing part 21, a suction pipe 22 and a nozzle 23, wherein the pressing part 21 is detachably arranged on the first shell 11 and covers the top opening 112, the suction pipe 22 is connected with the pressing part 21 and is inserted into the water containing cavity 111, the nozzle 23 is arranged on the pressing part 21 and is communicated with the suction pipe 22, and the pressing part 21 is used for extracting liquid in the water containing cavity 111 through the suction pipe 22 and spraying the liquid out of the nozzle 23. The liquid can be ozone water or hydrogen peroxide. The showerhead assembly may be of the prior art. Many products are available which are equipped with the nozzle assembly, such as a water bottle for toilet water, a perfume bottle or a shampoo bottle, and a supermarket generally has such products equipped with the nozzle assembly. The sprayer assembly features a pump that draws liquid from the bottle up and sprays the liquid out of the nozzle. The state in which the liquid is sprayed from the nozzle may be in the form of a spray such as a perfume bottle, or in the form of a liquid such as a shampoo bottle or a water spray bottle for watering flowers. Typically, the spray head assembly is provided with an internal thread, the top of the first housing 11 is provided with an external thread, and the spray head assembly is connected with the first housing 11 through the thread.
The first seal ring 41 is provided between the cap 121 and the first housing 11 to seal the water containing chamber 111, thereby preventing water leakage.
The sterile spray bottle 100 includes a battery 51, two electrical conductors 52, a circuit board 53 and a button 54. The second housing 12 has a first receiving cavity 101 on a side of the cover 121 facing away from the water receiving cavity 111, the battery 51 is disposed in the first receiving cavity 101, two through holes 1212 are disposed at a bottom of the mounting groove 1211, two conductors 52 are disposed through the two through holes 1212, the ozone generator or the hydrogen peroxide generator has two electrodes for electrolyzing water, i.e., an anode 31 and a cathode 32, and the two electrodes are electrically connected to the battery 51 through the two conductors 52. Therefore, the disinfection spray bottle 100 does not need to be additionally connected with a power supply, and is convenient to carry and use.
Preferably, the conductor 52 is a screw, an "L" shaped sheet metal 33 is formed or connected to one end of the two electrodes close to the cover 121, the sheet metal 33 is provided with a screw through hole, the conductor 52 passes through the screw through hole and the third sealing ring 43 and presses the sheet metal 33 on the cover 121, and the third sealing ring 43 is arranged between the sheet metal 33 and the cover 121. Thereby, water can be prevented from leaking through the through hole 1212.
The bottom of the second housing 12 is provided with a bottom cover opening communicated with the first accommodating cavity 101, and the bottom cover 13 is detachably mounted on the second housing 12 and covers the bottom cover opening. The fourth sealing ring 44 is disposed between the bottom cover 13 and the second housing 12 to form a seal with the first receiving cavity 101, so as to prevent external moisture or dust impurities from entering the first receiving cavity 101, thereby protecting the circuit device.
The inner wall surface of the second housing 12 and the outer wall surface of the first housing 11 enclose a second receiving cavity 102, the second receiving cavity 102 is communicated with the first receiving cavity 101, the circuit board 53 is disposed in the second receiving cavity 102, the keys 52 and the battery 51 are electrically connected to the circuit board 53, and the sidewall of the second housing 12 is provided with key through holes 123 for the keys 52 to pass through. The second sealing ring 42 is disposed between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 to form a seal with the second receiving cavity 102, so as to prevent moisture or dust impurities from entering the second receiving cavity 102 to protect the circuit device.
An end cap 60 is positioned above and removably connected to the housing, the end cap 60 being used to cover the spray head assembly.
