A vegetable washing and processing spin dryer apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said conical spin dryer tube is rotatably connected to said nested water collection tube by said central shaft, and wherein a vertical centerline of said conical spin dryer tube is aligned with a vertical centerline of said central shaft.

A vegetable washing and processing spin dryer apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said central shaft and said sealing ring are sized to cooperate with each other such that the vertical centerline of said nested water collection drum is aligned with the vertical centerline of said conical spin dryer tube.
8. The vegetable cleaning, processing and spin-drying device according to claim 1, wherein the sealed material collecting barrel is connected with the vertical conveying barrel through the annular arc-shaped material baffle plate, and a translation conveying belt is arranged below the bottom discharge port.
