The fresh air purifying and ventilating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air intake system further comprises a sterilizing device disposed in the first housing, the sterilizing device being at least one set of ultraviolet sterilizing lamps fixed on the inner wall of the first housing and located between the filtering device and the air intake fan.
6. The fresh air purifying and ventilating system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an air exhausting system, wherein the air exhausting system includes a second housing, an air exhausting fan disposed in the second housing, and a smell removing device, the second housing and the first housing are disposed side by side, a second air inlet and a second air outlet are disposed on the second housing, the second air inlet of the second housing is disposed on the same side as the first air outlet of the first housing, the second air outlet of the second housing is disposed on the same side as the first air inlet of the first housing, and indoor air enters the second housing through the second air inlet and is exhausted through the second air outlet.
7. The fresh air purifying and ventilating system as claimed in claim 6, wherein said odor removing means is a low temperature plasma generator fixed to the inner wall of said second housing between said second air inlet and said exhaust fan.

The fresh air purifying and ventilating system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fastening device for fixing the air intake system to a window frame of a casement window, wherein the fastening device comprises a mounting panel, a position-limiting strip disposed on the mounting panel, and two sets of mounting components disposed on the mounting panel for fixing the mounting panel to the window frame, a first housing of the air intake system is fixed to the mounting panel, the two sets of mounting components are respectively disposed on two sides of the first housing, and a louver in communication with the first air outlet is disposed on the mounting panel.
9. The fresh air purifying and ventilating system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the mounting assembly comprises a fastening beam, a pair of movable stoppers respectively disposed at two sides of the fastening beam and capable of abutting against the window frame of the casement window, and a pair of locking members passing through the mounting panel and having ends fixed to the fastening beam, and the fastening beam is fixed to the mounting panel through the locking members.
10. A fresh air purification and ventilation system as claimed in claim 9, wherein said mounting assembly further comprises a pair of positioning pins disposed on both sides of said fastening beam and a sealing member disposed on said mounting panel and capable of abutting against said window frame.
