脉冲袋式除尘器自五十年代问世以来,经国内外广泛使用,不断改进,在净化含尘气体方面取得了很大发展,由于清灰技术先进,气布比大幅度提高,故具有处理风量大、占地面积小、净化效率高、工作可靠、结构简单、维修量小等特点。除尘效率可以达到99%以上。是一种成熟的比较完善的高效除尘设备。但是传统的脉冲袋式收尘器不能对潮气进行干燥,潮湿的气体与粉尘颗粒混合易粘附滤尘袋壁上,影响了清灰效果,并且可能造成堵塞的情况,排灰效率较低,并且无法保证排出的空气质量,难以满足工厂和市场的需求。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,它的结构设计合理,具有防堵塞功能,提高了清灰效果,可以保证排出的空气质量,可以满足工厂和市场的需求,实用性强,具有较大的推广价值。

所述的搅拌器由搅拌杆、搅拌叶、微型电机构成,搅拌杆杆端连接搅拌叶,搅拌杆与微型电机输出轴连接。

采用上述技术方案后,相较于现有的技术具有以下有益效果:电阻丝加热网罩的设置可以对潮气进行干燥,避免潮湿的气体与粉尘颗粒混合后粘附在滤尘袋壁上,一方面可以提高清灰效果,便于排灰,另一方面可以防止收尘器发生堵塞的现象,保证收尘器的正常运行;过滤器内活性炭过滤棉的设置可以对排出的气体进行过滤,保证排出的空气质量;搅拌器的设置可以提高排灰速率,防止排灰口发生堵塞。

具体实施方式
参看图1-图2所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它由箱体、集尘室、尘气入口、净气室、电控箱组成,箱体内部设有若干组滤尘袋,箱体底部设置集尘室,集尘室底部安装排灰口,排灰口内部安装搅拌器,集尘室侧壁连接尘气入口,尘气入口与集尘室连通口安装有电阻丝加热网罩,箱体上方设有净气室,净气室与箱体连接处贯穿喷气管,喷气管下方安装喷水,喷气管与隔膜阀连接,隔膜阀与压缩空气缸、脉冲阀连接,脉冲阀与顺序控制器电性连接,净气室一侧设置净气出口,净气出口上安装过滤嘴,箱体左侧外壁安装电控箱。
所述的箱体侧壁铰接安装检查门,箱体内壁固定安装温度传感器、压力传感器。
所述的搅拌器由搅拌杆、搅拌叶、微型电机构成,搅拌杆端安装搅拌叶,搅拌杆与微型电机的输出轴相连接。
所述的滤尘袋一共设有四组。
所述的过滤嘴内部卡接安装活性炭过滤棉。
所述的电控箱表面镶嵌安装显示屏。
本实用新型的工作原理:该装置正常工作时,含尘气体在进入集尘室时通过电阻丝加热网罩,电阻丝加热网罩将潮气进行干燥,经过干燥后的含尘气体由尘气入口进入集尘室,由于气体体积的急速膨胀,一部分较粗的尘粒受惯性或自然沉降等原因若入集尘室,其余大部分尘粒随气流上升进入箱体,经滤尘袋过滤后,尘粒被滞留在滤尘袋的外侧,净化后的气体由滤尘袋内部进入上箱体,通过过滤器内部的活性炭过滤棉过滤后再通过净气出口排出;集尘室内部的微型搅拌电机带动搅拌杆旋转,搅拌叶跟着搅拌杆旋转,将尘粒从排灰口顺利排出;温度传感器与压力传感器实时监测箱体内部的温度数据或压力数据,并且温度数据与压力数据传输到电控箱后在电控箱中的显示屏显示。

1.一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,其特征在于:它包含箱体(1)、集尘室(2)、尘气入口(3)、净气室(4)、电控箱(5),箱体(1)内部设有若干滤尘袋(11),箱体(1)底部设有集尘室(2),集尘室(2)底部连接排灰口(21),排灰口(21)内部设有搅拌器(22),集尘室(2)侧壁连接尘气入口(3),尘气入口(3)与集尘室(2)连通处设置电阻丝加热网罩(31),箱体(1)上方设置净气室(4),净气室(4)与箱体(1)连接处设有喷气管(41),喷气管(41)下方连接喷嘴(411),喷气管(41)与隔膜阀(412)连接,隔膜阀(412)与压缩空气缸(413)、脉冲阀(414)连接,脉冲阀(414)与顺序控制器(4141)电性连接,净气室(4)一侧设置净气出口(42),净气出口(42)上设置过滤嘴(43),箱体(1)左侧外壁连接电控箱(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)侧壁铰接固定检查门(12),箱体(1)内壁固定连接温度传感器(13)、压力传感器(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,其特征在于:所述的搅拌器(22)由搅拌杆(221)、搅拌叶(222)、微型电机(223)构成,搅拌杆(221)杆端连接搅拌叶(222),搅拌杆(221)与微型电机(223)输出轴连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,其特征在于:所述的滤尘袋(11)设置四组。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,其特征在于:所述的过滤嘴(43)内部卡装活性炭过滤棉(431)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防堵塞功能的脉冲袋式收尘器,其特征在于:所述的电控箱(5)表面镶嵌设置显示屏。
