技术领域
本实用新型公开了一种磁浮列车用直线电机系统,是一种磁悬浮驱动系统,属于轨道交通系统重要组成。
背景技术
作为新制式轨道交通运输工具的磁浮列车,它通过电磁吸力或电磁斥力实现列车与轨道之间的无接触悬浮和导向,再利用直线电机产生的电磁力驱动列车高速运行。直线电机系统是磁浮列车的关键技术,而在实际应用中,现有直线电机产生的电磁力易对磁浮列车的悬浮导向系统造成扰动,影响磁浮列车的运行性能。
现有磁浮列车应用的直线电机根据定子和动子的长短关系,可分为长定子直线电机和短定子直线电机,而上述电机常采用单边型的结构型式。目前,国内外的中低速磁浮列车列车采用单边型短定子直线感应电机,高速磁浮列车采用单边型长定子直线同步电机。单边型短定子直线感应电机结构简单,法向力小,但是其车载系统重量大、悬浮耗能高;单边型长定子直线同步电机虽然驱动效率高,但其法向力大、结构与控制系统相对复杂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提出了一种磁浮列车用直线电机系统,属于双边型长定子直线感应电机系统。直线电机定子沿线路连续铺设,电机动子安装于磁浮列车中间下部位置,其具有动子结构简单、重量轻、驱动效率高、控制系统简单等优点。同时,直线电机具有自动居中功能,为磁浮列车提供导向力的同时,直线电机还可为磁浮列车提供悬浮力,进一步提高整个系统的悬浮性能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磁浮列车用直线电机系统,包括直线电机定子、直线电机动子、磁浮列车体、车载悬浮装置、地面悬浮装置和道床,其中:所述直线电机定子对称安装在道床中间位置开设的凹槽两侧;所述直线电机动子安装在磁浮列车体底部的中间位置;所述直线电机定子沿线路连续铺设,所述直线电机动子位于双边直线电机定子的中间;所述直线电机定子由铁芯与绕组构成,所述直线电机动子的垂向中心位置高于直线电机定子铁芯的垂向中心位置;所述地面悬浮装置安装于道床上部,沿线路双轨连续铺设,所述车载悬浮装置设置在磁浮列车体的底部,与地面悬浮装置相配合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的积极效果是:
本实用新型的直线电机动子垂向中心位置高于直线电机定子铁芯垂向中心位置,直线电机可为磁浮列车同时提供悬浮力和导向力,增强悬浮系统稳定性。
本实用新型的直线电机系统结构简单、动子重量轻、节能、效率高、无污染,可作为磁浮列车的首选驱动系统。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的磁浮列车用直线电机系统主要包括直线电机定子1、直线电机动子2、磁浮列车体3、车载悬浮装置4、地面悬浮装置5、道床10等,如图1所示。
本实用新型中的双边型直线电机定子1位于系统的中间下部,为左、右两侧对称结构,包括左侧直线电机定子铁芯6、左侧直线电机定子绕组7、右侧直线电机定子铁芯8、右侧直线电机定子绕组9,如图2所示。
本实用新型中的道床10中间位置开有凹槽11,直线电机定子1沿线路连续铺设于凹槽11的两侧,如图1所示。
电机定子铁芯6和8采用硅钢片21叠装而成,硅钢片21其为齿槽型结构,如图3、4所示。
电机定子绕组7和9采用漆包铝线或铜线绕制而成,绕组7和9采用绕制成型的线圈22嵌套于电机定子1的铁芯6和8的槽中。
本实用新型中的直线电机动子2安装于磁浮列车体3的底部中间位置,置于双边直线电机定子1的中间;其采用铝板或铜板等高导电性材料制成,表面喷涂耐磨涂料,用于发生意外时防止动子2的磨损。所述直线电机动子厚度为 10mm~50mm,优选20mm。
磁浮列车3位于直线电机动子2的顶部,在磁浮列车3运行过程中,直线电机定子1与直线电机动子2间可实现无接触驱动。直线电机动子2表面与单侧定子铁芯表面的间隙为5mm~45mm,优选15mm。
地面悬浮装置5,安装于道床10上部,沿线路双轨连续铺设,车载悬浮装置4设置于磁浮列车3的底部,与地面悬浮装置5配合,实现列车3的悬浮功能。
本实用新型中,直线电机动子2的垂向中心位置高于直线电机定子铁芯6 和8的垂向中心位置5mm~200mm,该位置偏置可在直线电机动子2中的下侧位置产生密度较强的涡流,从而使直线电机动子2产生垂直向上的电磁浮力,进一步提高磁浮列车悬浮系统的悬浮性能。
本实用新型优先采用直线电机动子2下端面与直线电机定子铁芯6和8的下端面相齐平的结构型式。
本实用新型的双边型直线感应电机动子2中产生的涡流与左右两侧的定子1磁场相互作用,均表现为排斥力,因此,直线电机具有自动对中功能,在为磁浮列车提供导向力的同时,还可为磁浮列车提供悬浮力。
本实用新型的直线电机系统可用于低速以及中速磁浮列车,同时也适用于高速以及超高速磁浮列车,速度覆盖5km/h~1000km/h全速域范围。

1.一种磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:包括直线电机定子、直线电机动子、磁浮列车体、车载悬浮装置、地面悬浮装置和道床,其中:所述直线电机定子对称安装在道床中间位置开设的凹槽两侧;所述直线电机动子安装在磁浮列车体底部的中间位置;所述直线电机定子沿线路连续铺设,所述直线电机动子位于双边直线电机定子的中间;所述直线电机定子由铁芯与绕组构成,所述直线电机动子的垂向中心位置高于直线电机定子铁芯的垂向中心位置;所述地面悬浮装置安装于道床上部,沿线路双轨连续铺设,所述车载悬浮装置设置在磁浮列车体的底部,与地面悬浮装置相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子厚度为10mm~50mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子厚度为20mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子采用高导电性材料制成,表面喷涂耐磨涂料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子表面与直线电机定子铁芯表面的间隙为5mm~45mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子表面与直线电机定子铁芯表面的间隙为15mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子的垂向中心位置高于直线电机定子铁芯垂向中心位置5mm~200mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机动子下端面与直线电机定子铁芯下端面齐平。
9.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机定子铁芯采用齿槽型结构的硅钢片叠装而成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的磁浮列车用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述直线电机定子绕组采用漆包铝线或铜线绕制成成型线圈嵌套于定子铁芯的齿槽中。
