After the quality inspectors pass the inspection, the inspection is requested to the supervision company for acceptance, and the concealed acceptance record is made, so that the quality reaches the excellent level. After the acceptance is qualified, stirring concrete in the floor for prefabricating the lintel, then putting the concrete into the prefabricated lintel template by using a shovel, and vibrating the concrete by using a vibrating rod to prevent the formation of a honeycomb pitted surface. And covering the concrete within 12 hours after the pouring is finished, and moisturizing and curing the concrete. The curing time is generally not less than 7 days, and the curing time is not less than 14 days for admixture or concrete with impermeability requirement. The watering times should be such as to maintain the concrete in a wet condition.
And step nine, removing the template. The clamping plate 7, the inserting plate 4 and the side plate 2 are sequentially detached, and the prefabricated lintel is protected in the detaching process, so that damage to prefabricated parts is reduced.
Specifically, taking a certain project as an example, the side plate 2, the bottom plate panel 11, the bottom base plate 3, the side plate 2, the inserting plate 4 and the clamping plate 7 are all laminated plates with a film thickness of 15 mm. The panel support 12 is 50mm by 100mm square. The fixture block 6 is a batten of 40 × 50 mm. The interval between the adjacent blocks 6 is 15 mm.
