Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种低氮燃气燃烧器,属于锅炉设计与制造技术领域;包括燃气通道、助燃风通道和风箱;燃气通道设为内外两层,燃气通道设于助燃风通道中;内外两层燃气通道之间设有助燃风通道;助燃风通道与风箱连接,风箱中设有风道入口。本实用新型提供的燃烧器,燃气分为内外二层,助燃风分为三级,中心内层燃气位于中心一次风通道内,外层燃气为多枪喷射结构,位于二次风通道内。燃料和空气的多级分布和多枪对冲喷射,使燃气与助燃空气达到混合均匀、快速燃烧;同时分散燃料,达到控制整体和局部燃烧温度,降低氮氧化物排放的目的。本实用新型提供的燃烧器在无一氧化碳产生的前提下可实现氮氧化物小于50mg/Nm3。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种低氮燃气燃烧器,属于锅炉设计与制造技术领域。
背景技术
随着对环境问题的日益关注,锅炉大气污染物的排放限值日趋严格,北京市DB11/139-2015《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》要求2017年4月1日后新建燃气锅炉氮氧化物排放降低到30mg/m3以下,上海市DB31/387-2018《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》规定自2020年10月1日起,燃气锅炉氮氧化物排放执行50mg/m3的标准限值。
所以,本技术领域亟需解决的技术问题是如何为了减少锅炉燃烧后脱硝的投资成本和设备运行维护费用,通过分析燃气锅炉氮氧化物生成机理,采用合理的结构设计可达到锅炉燃烧中减排的目的,在保证高的燃烧效率基础上实现低NOx排放。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为解决如何在保证高的燃烧效率的基础上实现低NOx排放的技术问题。
为达到解决上述问题的目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是提供一种低氮燃气燃烧器,包括燃气通道、助燃风通道和风箱;燃气通道设为内外两层,燃气通道设于助燃风通道中;内外两层燃气通道之间设有助燃风通道;助燃风通道与风箱连接,风箱中设有风道入口。
优选地,所述助燃风通道包括中心一次风通道、内二次风通道和外二次风通道;所述中心一次风通道、内二次风通道和外二次风通道的中轴线重合。
优选地,所述燃气通道的内层燃气通道设有中心内层燃气枪;中心内层燃气枪套设于中心一次风通道内部。
优选地,所述中心内层燃气枪靠近炉内一端的端部设有斜面,斜面与中心内层燃气枪的中轴线设有夹角;斜面上设有喷气孔。
优选地,所述中心一次风通道外周设有内二次风通道,内二次风通道靠近炉内的一端出口处设有旋流叶片。
优选地,所述内二次风通道外周设有外二次风通道;外二次风通道内设有燃气通道的外层燃气通道。
优选地,所述外层燃气通道设为连接集气集箱的外层燃气枪;外层燃气枪靠近炉内的一端与内二次风通道靠近炉内一端的出口相邻。
优选地,所述外层燃气枪靠近炉内的一端设有T型或/和L型结构的喷头;喷头上设有燃气喷孔。
优选地,所述中心一次风通道设为直流风通道,内二次风通道设为旋流风通道,外二次风通道设为直流风通道。
优选地,所述外层燃气枪设有可使外层燃气与内二次风通道中的旋流风形成对冲气流的,可绕外层燃气枪自身中轴线任意旋转角度的喷头。
相比现有技术,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型提供了一种新型低氮燃气燃烧器,燃烧器燃气分为内外二层,助燃风分为3级,中心内层燃气位于中心一次风通道内,外层燃气为多枪喷射结构,位于二次风通道内。燃料和空气的多级分布和多枪对冲喷射,使燃气与助燃空气达到混合均匀、快速燃烧,同时分散燃料,达到控制整体和局部燃烧温度,降低氮氧化物排放的目的。中心一次风通道为直流风通道,供风用于满足内层燃气的配风,保证燃烧器的稳定燃烧要求。外层燃气枪T型或/和L型喷枪端部布置有若干燃气喷孔,喷孔燃气垂直于出口截面多角度喷射,并最终与内二次风道出口形成的旋转气流形成对冲气流结构,达到促进燃气与空气的快速混合和燃烧要求。本实用新型燃烧器的火焰能很好适应炉膛设计要求,并通过外层燃气枪旋转合适喷射角度,使燃气喷出后能快速均匀与空气混合燃烧,炉内温度场均匀,从而实现高效燃烧和低氮氧化物排放要求。用纯空气助燃,在无一氧化碳产生的前提下可实现氮氧化物小于50mg/Nm3。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种低氮燃气燃烧器,包括燃气通道、助燃风通道和风箱4;燃气通道设为内外两层,燃气通道设于助燃风通道中;内外两层燃气通道之间设有助燃风通道;助燃风通道与风箱4连接,风箱4中设有风道入口。助燃风通道包括中心一次风通道1、内二次风通道2和外二次风通道3;中心一次风通道1、内二次风通道2和外二次风通道3的中轴线重合。燃气通道的内层燃气通道设有中心内层燃气枪5;中心内层燃气枪5套设于中心一次风通道1内部。中心内层燃气枪5靠近炉内一端的端部设有斜面,斜面与中心内层燃气枪的中轴线设有夹角;斜面上设有喷气孔。中心一次风通道1外周设有内二次风通道2,内二次风通道2靠近炉内的一端出口处设有旋流叶片9。内二次风通道2外周设有外二次风通道3;外二次风通道3内设有燃气通道的外层燃气通道。外层燃气通道设为连接集气集箱6的外层燃气枪7;外层燃气枪7靠近炉内的一端与内二次风通道2靠近炉内一端的出口相邻。外层燃气枪7靠近炉内的一端设有T型或/和L型结构的喷头8;喷头8上设有燃气喷孔。中心一次风通道1设为直流风通道,内二次风通道2设为旋流风通道,外二次风通道3设为直流风通道。外层燃气枪7设有可使外层燃气与内二次风通道2中的旋流风形成对冲气流的,可绕外层燃气枪自身中轴线任意旋转角度的喷头8。本实用新型使燃气与空气在喷口处均匀混合、快速燃烧,并避免出现局部的高温区域,具有低的氮氧化物排放性能。
实施例
如图1所示一种燃气低氮燃烧器,包括燃气通道、助燃风通道和风箱4。燃气通道分内外二层布置,助燃风通道分为同轴的中心一次风风通道1、内二次风通道2和外二次风通道3。风道入口均布置在风箱4内。内层燃气位于一次风通道1中心,外层燃气位于外二次风通道3内布置;内层燃气通过中心内层燃气枪5喷入炉内,喷枪端部斜面与周向成一定夹角,斜面均匀布置4-12个喷气孔,内层燃气占燃气总量的5-15%;外层燃气通过集气集箱6连接若干外层燃气枪7,喷枪头部为T型或/和L型结构的喷头8,喷头8的头部开有若干数量的燃气喷孔。喷枪及喷孔数量根据燃烧器功率确定,外层燃气枪7的数量一般为4-20根,单枪的喷孔数量一般为4-10个;中心一次风通道1为直流风通道,内二次风通道2为旋流风通道,外二次风通道3为直流风通道;内二次风通道2出口布置有旋流叶片9;外层燃气枪7的喷头8可绕自身轴线任意旋转角度,外层喷孔燃气逆向内二次风旋流方向喷射,与旋流风形成对冲气流。
本实用新型提供了一种新型低氮燃气燃烧器,燃烧器为圆形结构,包括:中心一次风通道1、内二次风通道2、外二次风通道3、风箱4、中心内层燃气枪5、外层燃气集气集箱6和外层燃气枪7、外层燃气枪端部T型或/和L型结构的喷头8、内二次风旋流叶片9等构成。燃气通道分为二层,助燃风通道分为三级,中心内层燃气位于中心一次风通道1内,外层燃气位于外二次风通道3内。燃料和空气的多级分布和多枪喷射对冲气流结构,使燃气空气达到混合均匀、快速燃烧,同时分散燃料,满足控制燃烧温度和降低氮氧化物排放的目的。中心一次风通道1和外二次风通道3为直流风通道,内二次风通道2为旋流风通道,内二次风通道2的出口布置有旋流叶片。中心一次风通道1的中心直流通道的供风满足内层燃气初期的配风要求,保证燃烧器中心的着火和稳定燃烧。外层燃气枪端部T型或/和L型喷头8上布置有若干燃气喷孔,喷孔燃气可垂直于出口截面多角度喷射,并通过外枪旋转合适喷射角度,最终与内二次风道2出口的旋流风形成对冲气流结构,达到促进燃气与空气的快速混合和燃烧要求,实现低氮排放的目的。

1.一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:包括燃气通道、助燃风通道和风箱;燃气通道设为内外两层,燃气通道设于助燃风通道中;内外两层燃气通道之间设有助燃风通道;助燃风通道与风箱连接,风箱中设有风道入口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述助燃风通道包括中心一次风通道、内二次风通道和外二次风通道;所述中心一次风通道、内二次风通道和外二次风通道的中轴线重合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述燃气通道的内层燃气通道设有中心内层燃气枪;中心内层燃气枪套设于中心一次风通道内部。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述中心内层燃气枪靠近炉内一端的端部设有斜面,斜面与中心内层燃气枪的中轴线设有夹角;斜面上设有喷气孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述中心一次风通道外周设有内二次风通道,内二次风通道靠近炉内的一端出口处设有旋流叶片。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述内二次风通道外周设有外二次风通道;外二次风通道内设有燃气通道的外层燃气通道。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述外层燃气通道设为连接集气集箱的外层燃气枪;外层燃气枪靠近炉内的一端与内二次风通道靠近炉内一端的出口相邻。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述外层燃气枪靠近炉内的一端设有T型或/和L型结构的喷头;喷头上设有燃气喷孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述中心一次风通道设为直流风通道,内二次风通道设为旋流风通道,外二次风通道设为直流风通道。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种低氮燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述外层燃气枪设有可使外层燃气与内二次风通道中的旋流风形成对冲气流的,可绕外层燃气枪自身中轴线任意旋转角度的喷头。
