The inflatable massaging U-shaped pillow according to claim 1, wherein: the air bag (1) is also internally provided with a safety valve (14) and an air pressure sensor (15), which are respectively locked on the neck frames (2) at the two sides of the machine core assembly (4) and communicated with the air bag (1) through a pipeline (7); and the air pressure sensor (15) is electrically connected with a PCBA mainboard (47) in the movement assembly (4).
