The new electric heater of claim 1, characterized in that: the ventilation structure is an upper ventilation hole (101) arranged at the top of the outer shell (1) and/or a front ventilation hole (102) at the front side and/or a lower ventilation hole (103) at the bottom and/or a rear ventilation hole (104) at the rear side;
or the ventilation structure is a plurality of circumferential ventilation holes (106) arranged on the circumferential side of the outer shell (1);
or the ventilation structure is a front ventilation hole (102) arranged on the front side of the outer shell (1) and/or a rear ventilation hole (104) arranged on the rear side and/or a left ventilation hole (107) arranged on the left side and/or a right ventilation hole (108) arranged on the right side.
3. The new electric heater of claim 1, characterized in that: and the outer shell (1) is provided with air guiding ribs (105) for guiding the air inlet (203) and the air outlet (204) to be communicated with the corresponding ventilation structures respectively.
4. The new electric heater of claim 1, characterized in that: a heating body (5) is arranged at the air inlet (203) and/or the air outlet (204); and/or a heating body (5) is arranged on the ventilation structure.

The new electric heater of claim 1, characterized in that: the outer shell (1) is provided with a shifting block (6) connected with the rotating shaft, and the fan assembly (2) is manually driven to rotate through the shifting block (6); and/or a switching motor is arranged on the outer shell (1), a motor shaft of the switching motor is connected with the rotating shaft in a transmission manner, and the switching motor is used for electrically driving the fan assembly (2) to rotate.

The new electric heater of claim 1, characterized in that: the lifting handle (7) is arranged on the outer shell (1) in a vertically telescopic and movable manner, the ventilation structure comprises an upper ventilation hole (101) formed in the top of the outer shell (1), and the lifting handle (7) is positioned above the upper ventilation hole (101); the handle (7) has at least two positioning positions relative to the outer shell (1); when the handle (7) is positioned at the first position, the electric heater is lifted through the handle (7); when the handle (7) is positioned at the second position, the handle (7) is used for hanging clothes.

The new electric heater of claim 6, characterized in that: the lifting handle (7) comprises a transverse rod (701) extending transversely and a vertical rod (702) extending vertically, and the transverse rod (701) is connected with the vertical rod (702); the cross rod (701) moves up and down above the outer shell (1); the telescopic sleeve (8) is fixedly arranged on the outer shell (1), and the vertical rod (702) vertically slides in the telescopic cavity (801) in the telescopic sleeve (8), so that the lifting handle (7) vertically slides in a telescopic way relative to the outer shell (1).
