The stop valve is an electric stop valve. Specifically, a liquid level sensor can be arranged in the water storage tank, when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the water storage tank reaches a set upper limit, signals are fed back to the stop valve and the water suction pump immediately, the pump stops acting, the stop valve closes the pipeline, the water storage tank is not filled with water, when the liquid level in the water storage tank does not reach the upper limit, the stop valve can be kept open, and meanwhile, the pump runs. The stop valve can be provided with a conventional controller such as a single chip microcomputer, the controller receives a feedback signal and sends an instruction for controlling the action of the valve. The waste water that water purification unit arranged after the stop valve was closed can spill over by the overflow mouth of setting tank, usually, can install overflow pipe at the overflow mouth, and this overflow pipe is direct to communicate with pipe networks such as sewer.
