In addition, the lifting arm 1 comprises an opening 13, and the baffle plate 11 is connected with the lifting arm 1 through the opening 13. The location of the opening 13 may be designed by the structure of the first bracket assembly 2.
Fig. 11 is a first state diagram of a sunroof mechanical assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, where the first state is a state when a sunroof is closed. At this time, the first holder 22 is closely attached to the first slider 21, and the second holder 32 pulls the clamp block 34 to closely attach to the second slider 31. With this structure, the first bracket assembly 2 and the second bracket assembly 3 are folded, so that the mechanical assembly for the sunroof provided by the present application occupies a small space. In the first state, the first protrusion 222 on the first bracket 22 is located at an end of the first sliding groove 211 away from the first curve 213, and the other first protrusion 223 is located at an end of the second sliding groove 212 away from the second curve 214. At this time, the first sliding block 21 is pushed to move along the direction of A-A shown in the figure, and the first sliding block 21 is connected with the limiting component 41, so that the limiting component 41 is driven to move, and the guide rail 42 is driven to move along the direction of A-A. After the guide rail 42 moves, the second slider 31 is driven to move along the direction a-a, and after the second slider 31 moves along the direction a-a, the second protrusion 321 can move out of the first slide way 312, and the second protrusion 322 can move into the second slide way 313, so that the second bracket 32 rotates, and thus one end 324 of the second bracket 32 is lifted, as shown in fig. 12 in detail.
Fig. 12 is a second state diagram of a sunroof mechanical assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that the second state diagram described herein refers to an intermediate position of opening a sunroof. When the second bracket 32 rotates on the second slider 31, the second bracket 32 rotates to the final position due to the blind limiting function of the end of the second slideway 313, and at this time, the second bracket 32 lifts the lifting arm 1 to the highest position, and the second slider 31 keeps a stop state. The first sliding block 21 is pushed to move along the direction A-A, and the guide rail 42 stops moving under the limiting action of the second bracket assembly 3, so that the first sliding block 21 can be separated from the clamping connection of the limiting assembly 41 after moving continuously. At this time, the lifting arm 1 continues to move along the clamping block 34 in the direction a-a, the first protrusion 222 on the first bracket 22 gradually moves to the first curve 213 on the first sliding groove 211, and the other first protrusion 223 gradually moves to the second curve 214 on the second sliding groove 212. Since the first curve 213 is opposite to the second curve 214, the first bracket 22 is rotated on the first slider 21, thereby lifting the other end of the lift arm 1. Then, after the first slider 21 is pushed to move, the lifting arm 1 is moved along the direction a-a, and then the sunroof can be opened, as shown in fig. 13.
Fig. 13 is a third state diagram of a sunroof mechanical assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that the third state diagram described herein refers to an opening final position of a sunroof. At the moment, two ends of the lifting arm 1 are respectively lifted by the first support assembly 2 and the second support assembly 3 and gradually move along the A-A direction under the action of an external driving device, so that the opening of the automobile skylight is realized.
On the contrary, when the first slider 21 is driven to move along the direction opposite to the direction a-a, that is, the sunroof gradually returns to the first state from the third state, the lifting arm 1 is gradually pulled back by the first bracket assembly 2 and the second bracket assembly 3, so that the sunroof can be closed. It should be noted that driving the first slider 21 to move along the direction a-a to open the sunroof is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, but is not meant to be limited to pushing the first slider 21 to move, and the direction of opening the sunroof must be limited to the direction a-a shown in the figure. A person skilled in the art can select a proper driving position and a proper moving direction according to actual needs, and design a proper sliding groove and a proper sliding way direction, so that the opening or closing of the automobile skylight is realized.
The application provides a sunroof mechanical assembly for bearing skylight glass's lift arm both ends set up the bracket component respectively, set up aggregate unit between first bracket component and the second bracket component, drive first bracket component and remove the back, can rely on aggregate unit to promote second bracket component lifting arm one side, the first bracket in the first bracket component takes place to slide simultaneously, make the opposite side of lifting the arm lifted by the lifting, thereby first bracket component can promote the arm removal of lifting gradually along aggregate unit and open the skylight. According to the technical scheme, the first support assembly and the second support assembly can be folded and folded automatically, and the lifting arm can be lifted gradually after the driving, so that the automobile skylight is opened, the linkage effect is good, the structure is compact, the occupied space is small, the manufacturing is easy, the cost is low, and better economic benefit is achieved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
