the first information management integrated device (A1) and the second information management integrated device (A2) both comprise a vehicle information detection device (10) for detecting vehicle information and a driving state and an integrated management controller (30) for managing, regulating and controlling data detected by the vehicle information detection device (10) and displaying the vehicle information and the driving state in real time through a vehicle information release device (20);
all the first acousto-optic warning devices (B1) are respectively in network interaction connection with and controlled by an integrated management controller (30) of a first information management integrated device (A1) on the same lane, and all the first acousto-optic warning devices (B1) are in network interaction connection;
all the second sound light warning devices (B2) are respectively in network interaction connection with and controlled by an integrated management controller (30) of a second information management integrated device (A2) on the same lane, and all the second sound light warning devices (B2) are in network interaction connection;
all the vehicle positioning and tracking devices (C) are respectively in network interconnection with one integrated management controller (30) and controlled by the integrated management controller (30), and the integrated management controller (30) of the first information management integrated device (A1) and the integrated management controller (30) of the second information management integrated device (A2) are in network interconnection.

A road-meeting safety pre-warning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vehicle information detection device (10) comprises a speed measuring radar (11) and a video detection camera (12) which are respectively connected with an integrated management controller (30) on a lane in the same direction so as to send detected data information to the integrated management controller (30); the vehicle information issuing device (20) comprises an electronic display screen which is connected with the integrated management controller (30) on the same lane and is controlled by the integrated management controller (30) to display data information sent by the integrated management controller (30) on the opposite lane in real time.

A road-meeting safety pre-warning system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the vehicle information detection device (10) further comprises at least one light supplement lamp (13) which is connected with the integrated management controller (30) on the same lane and is controlled by the integrated management controller (30).

A road-meeting safety pre-warning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first information management integrated device (A1) and the second information management integrated device (A2) both further comprise a weather monitor (40) which is connected with the integrated management controller (30) on the same-direction lane and is controlled by the integrated management controller (30) to detect the environment and weather information of the meeting road, and the integrated management controller (30) displays the information detected by the weather monitor (40) in real time through the vehicle information issuing device (20).

A road-meeting safety pre-warning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first information management integrated equipment (A1) and the second information management integrated equipment (A2) respectively comprise an L-shaped fixed support (50) with the tail end of a vertical rod embedded and fixed on the shoulder of an entrance road of a meeting road and a first energy storage battery pack (60) embedded in the ground on the entrance side of the meeting road, the vehicle information detection device (10) and the vehicle information release device (20) are arranged on a cross rod of the L-shaped fixed support (50), and the integrated management controller (30) is arranged on the vertical rod of the L-shaped fixed support (50); and the cross bar of the L-shaped fixed support (50) is also connected with a U-shaped support (51) through a vertical rotating shaft, the U-shaped support (51) is connected with a first solar photovoltaic panel (61) through a horizontal rotating shaft, and the first solar photovoltaic panel (61) and the first energy storage battery pack (60) are respectively connected with the integrated management controller (30) and controlled by the integrated management controller (30).

A road-meeting safety pre-warning system as claimed in claim 6, wherein: a vehicle positioning and tracking device (C) is mounted on the side wall surface of the main box body (71) of each first acousto-optic warning device (B1), and the signal sensing ends of the vehicle positioning and tracking devices (C) are in acute-angle crossed distribution with the lanes in the same direction; and a GPS positioning module (d) is further integrated on the warning controller (b).
