背景技术
医闹时有发生，暴力伤医的事件也不少见，医院保卫人员承担起安保工作，往往冲锋在冲突的最前线。他们头部的护具通常是头盔，传统头盔外侧是玻璃钢，内侧是EPS泡沫塑料或者棉质材料，由于承受打击的外侧材料通常是硬质材料，虽然能承受住伤害，但敲打同时会产生振动，这种传递的力会让佩戴者产生眩晕感，打击力度大时甚至会造成脑震荡，防护效果不佳。

为解决上述技术问题中的至少之一，提供更佳的防护效果，本实用新型提供一种帽子，所采用的技术方案如下：
本实用新型所提供的帽子包括硬质帽壳，所述硬质帽壳的外侧布置有外层软垫，所述硬质帽壳的内侧布置有内层软垫。
进一步，所述外层软垫为EVA泡棉。
进一步，所述外层软垫呈波浪状布置。
进一步，所述内层软垫为硅胶。
进一步，所述内层软垫中密封有水。
进一步，所述硬质帽壳为玻璃钢。
进一步，所述硬质帽壳布置有两个系绳。
有益效果：在硬质帽壳的外侧和内侧分别布置外层软垫和内层软垫，均可有效吸收冲击，减少震动，提高防护，本实用新型可广泛应用于防爆头盔技术领域。

本实用新型涉及一种帽子，其包括硬质帽壳11，硬质帽壳11作为帽子的核心保护层，其硬度较高，作为帽子的基座。某些实施例中，硬质帽壳11为玻璃钢。
硬质帽壳11的外侧布置有外层软垫12，某些实施例中，外层软垫12为EVA泡棉，材质较软较蓬松，可有效吸收冲击力，减少振动。某些实施例中，外层软垫12呈波浪状布置，进一步卸力。
硬质帽壳11的内侧布置有内层软垫13，用于增加缓冲，某些实施例中，内层软垫13为硅胶。某些实施例中，内层软垫13中密封有水，水的比热容较大，可以起到冬暖夏凉的效果，有效缓解夏季头发捂热出汗，冬季保暖隔开冰冷的硬质帽壳11。将内层软垫13设计为水垫也可起到二次减震的效果，再次过滤冲击波，保护头部，减少震荡。
某些实施例中，硬质帽壳11布置有两个系绳14，戴上后用于固定帽子。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的帽子，其特征在于：所述外层软垫(12)呈波浪状布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的帽子，其特征在于：所述内层软垫(13)为硅胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的帽子，其特征在于：所述内层软垫(13)中密封有水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的帽子，其特征在于：所述硬质帽壳(11)为玻璃钢。
7.根据权利要求1所述的帽子，其特征在于：所述硬质帽壳(11)布置有两个系绳(14)。
