A garment care machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a mounting slot is recessed in the drip tray, the first air vent is provided at the base of the mounting slot, the filter screen is mounted in the mounting slot, and the water deflector side plate abuts against a side of the filter screen remote from the base of the mounting slot.
8. A garment care machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first water-receiving trough is provided on the water-receiving tray annularly around the periphery of the first vent.
9. A laundry care machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a plurality of said second venting holes are provided at intervals in said water deflector side plate.
10. A garment care machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a handle projects from a side of the screen adjacent the water deflector ceiling.
