Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,包括外箱体,空气进风口、新风出口、引风机以及过滤杀菌装置,设置在外箱体上的电源连接线,其电源连接线与供电电源相连接,其特征在于,在外箱体1的内由下至上设有第一进风箱、作为滤杀菌装置的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱和第三净化空气排气箱,所述新风出口设置在外箱体1前面板的上部,在外箱体前面板上还设有控制面板。本实用新型的优点是:由于本实用新型在第二过滤杀菌消毒箱内的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯采用静电发生器和两个碳纤维远红外加热板,在静电发生器的作用下使流动的空气与活性碳充分接触,仅具有空气消毒净化的效果,而且还达到完成室内滤杀菌消毒的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型属于消毒杀菌设备技术领域,具体涉及一种一种碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,雾霾和空气质量已经成为了人们越来越关心的问题。因此,为了改善空气质量,空气净化技术已经在世界范围内得到广泛的应用。
现在目前市场上普遍推出的那些消毒机都是,第一个是紫外线的,紫外线采用紫外线灯管,还有就臭氧发生器,臭氧也是高压电,还有一个是吸附的,它也是采用高压电有很高的电晕,安全性能差,这些东西产品,在正常使用的在情况下,都存在着很多缺点,例如紫外线,它是指外线灯泡儿,他不仅杀人的白血球,而且使用起来有很多地方还是不方便的,不能靠近,使用时都需要多方注意。
另外,由于臭氧发生器一般都是高压放电式。这种臭氧发生器具有技术成熟、工作稳定、使用寿命长、臭氧产量大等优点,常见于消毒碗柜上使用。但是,由于高压放电,使用时要有一定的危险。
随着空气净化技术的快速发展,空气净化材料不断更新,涌现出许多新型空气净化器。目前,市场上应用最广泛的主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇,空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,最主要有新型吸附材料、低温等离子体、光催化、催化氧化和复合式空气净化器,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。
但是空气中除了PM2 .5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、过敏原外,还存在大量的细菌、病菌等,尤其当前的新冠状病毒的爆发,病人的数量较多,病菌也很多,病菌弥漫在空气中,所以需要灭菌消毒空气净化器对家庭、医院及楼宇等的空气进行消毒杀菌,由于传统的空气净化器消毒杀菌效果差,降低了空气净化器的工作效率,决无法实现的空气净化、杀菌和消毒三种功能。
因此,如何研发一种即能提高空气净化效果,又能解决空气净化、消毒和杀菌的空气净化器,便成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案是:
本实用新型的一种碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,包括外箱体,空气进风口、新风出口、引风机以及过滤杀菌装置,设置在外箱体上的电源连接线,其电源连接线与供电电源相连接,其特征在于,在外箱体的内由下至上设有第一进风箱、作为滤杀菌装置的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱和第三净化空气排气箱,所述新风出口设置在外箱体前面板的上部,在外箱体前面板上还设有控制面板,
所述第一进风箱设置在外箱体内的下部,第一进风箱的右侧设有空气引风口,上部设有出风口,左侧设有引风机,空气进风口设置在外箱体背板的下端,与第一进风箱的空气引风口相连通,并在外箱体背板的下端、空气引风口处设有自动关闭门;
所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱包括上下贯通的长方形壳体,设置在长方形壳体内的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯,所述的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯由多层活性碳、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ、用于支撑活性碳层的钢网和静电发生器所组成,包敷在长方形壳体外部的气凝胶保温材料,所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱下部与第一进风箱的上部的出风口相连通;
所述的第三净化空气排气箱由后部带有开口的长方形壳体及与长方形壳体上部连接的斜形出风口所组成,在所述长方形壳体,下部开有与第一进风箱5的上部的出风口大小匹配的开口,所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱置于第三净化空气排气箱的长方形壳体内,下部与第一进风箱的上部的出风口相连通,上部与斜形出风口连通;所述的斜形出风口又与外箱体1的新风出口相连通;
所述的引风机、静电发生器、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ和自动关闭门均与控制面板内的控制电路通过导线电连接,所述的供电电源通过电源连接线为控制面板供电,所述的控制面板采用直流或交流民用电压。
进一步地,所述的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为四层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ设置在四层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网设置在第一层活性碳与第二层活性碳以及第三层活性碳与第四层活性碳之间,静电发生器为一个,设置在第二层活性碳与第三层活性碳之间。
进一步地,所述的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为六层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ在六层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网设置在第一层活性碳与第二层活性碳以及第五层活性碳与第六层活性碳之间,静电发生器为三个,设置在第二层活性碳与第三层活性碳以及第四层活性碳之间。
进一步地,所述的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为八层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ设置在八层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网设置在第一层活性碳与第二层活性、第三层活性碳与第四层活性碳、第五层活性碳与第六层活性碳以及第七层活性碳与第八层活性碳之间,静电发生器为三个,设置在第二层活性碳与第三层活性碳、第四层活性碳与第五层活性碳以及第六层活性碳与第七层活性碳之间。
进一步地,所述静电发生器采用红外碳纤维静电面状发热板,所述的红外碳纤维静电面状发热板是由0.01mm的碳纤维导电纸、0.1mm的电子绝缘树脂板及0. 5μm厚度的电极经过高温160-180度,高压单位压力为21MPa制作而成的。
进一步地,所述控制电路包括电源、控制器、中间继电器J1、中间继电器J2、限位开关和静电发生器、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ、贯流风机及显示器,控制器的L极、N极分别与电源的L极、N极相连接, 控制器的输出端的两个端口分别与第一中间继电器J1的线圈的D17端接点相连接和第二中间继电器J2的线圈的D16端接点相连接,第一中间继电器J1的线圈的另一端和第二中间继电器J2的线圈的另一端与所述电源N极相连接,第一中间继电器J1的常开触点J1-1、1-2和J1-3的一端连接所述第一中间继电器J1的线圈的D17端接点,另一端连接碳纤维远红外加热板ⅠR2和碳纤维远红外加热板ⅠR3的闭触点,第二中间继电器J2的常开触点J2-1和J2-2的一端连接所述第二中间继电器J2的线圈的D16端接点,另一端连接静电发生器R1的闭触点和控制器的端子D21和D22。
进一步地,所述直流或交流民用电压为220V、110 V 、36V或24 V。
本实用新型的一种利用碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机的过滤杀菌消毒方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
1)将控制器预先设定房间过滤面积程序;
2)打开电源开关,根据过滤房间的面积在控制面板上首先选择“空气过滤”键,控制器对控制电路的D16端子有输出,控制电路内的第二中间继电器J2得电,J2常闭点打开,J2常开点闭合,第一中间继电器J1不得电,J1常开点打开,J1常闭点闭合;此时,控制电路的端子D21、D22、D24有输出,即引风机得电运转,自动关闭门的风门电机得电打开,静电发生器4-5工作,运行100-300分钟后,能产生200伏以上的静电荷,在第二过滤杀菌消毒箱内形成一个静电回路,利用所述静电发生器R1将空气中的各种有害物质及病毒过滤吸附在活性碳上面,对室内空气进行除霾、除甲醛净化处理;
3) “空气过滤”程序停止后自动启动“杀菌消毒”程序,控制电路内的第一中间继电器J1得电、第二中间继电器J2掉电,运行“杀菌消毒”程序,控制器屏幕显示“84”,此时,控制器对控制盒的D17端子有输出,中间继电器J1得电、J2不得电,此时,中间继电器J1常开点闭合,常闭点打开,端子D21、D22无输出,端子D23、D24、D26、D28有输出,风门风机运行至下限位停止并保持,使腔体的空气不流通;设置在第二过滤杀菌消毒箱内的两侧的碳纤维远红外加热板ⅠR3、碳纤维远红外加热板ⅡR2和静电发生器R1接通开始工作,加热约15分钟后,杀毒箱体部分温度可达到90℃到120℃,在这个温度中再工作30分钟之后,利用所述的两个碳纤维远红外加热板将病茵病毒全部杀死,设备的进风口的自动关闭门会自动打开,过滤杀菌消毒后的空气从新风出口排出,周而复始,循环往复,完成室内过滤杀菌消毒。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下有益技术效果:
1)由于本实用新型的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯采用静电发生器,且静电发生器采用红外碳纤维静电面状发热板的两个电极与只采用L火线和N零线的两插电源线连接,使静电发生器能产生200V以上的静电荷,它可在第二过滤杀菌消毒箱内形成一个静电回路,本实用新型首先利用所述静电发生器将空气中的各种有害物质及病毒过滤吸附在活性碳上面,对进入滤芯内部的空气进行过滤杀菌消毒,在静电发生器的作用下使流动的空气与活性碳充分接触,达到空气消毒净化的目的,对室内空气进行除霾、除甲醛净化处理;能够促进进入净化器内部的空气净化,提高对空气的过滤效果非常好。
2)由于本实用新型在第二过滤杀菌消毒箱内设置了两个碳纤维远红外加热板,在90℃的温度中工作30分钟,内箱体的温度能达到100度,两个碳纤维远红外加热板工作时,设备的进风口的自动关闭门会自动关闭,利用碳纤维远红外加热板将病茵病毒全部杀死,周而复始,完成室内滤杀菌消毒;同时碳纤维远红外加热板具有发热效率高、供热均匀、成本低和节能的特点。
本实用新型结构简单,使用220V、110V安全供电电压,或使用24 V、36V电压即可产生200V以上的静电荷,进行杀菌消毒,为全物理性的,无任何副作用,全安全可靠。

如图1-4图所示,本实用新型的一种碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,包括外箱体1,空气进风口、新风出口2、引风机以及过滤杀菌装置,设置在外箱体上的电源连接线8,其电源连接线8与供电电源相连接,其特征在于,在外箱体1的内由下至上设有第一进风箱5、作为滤杀菌装置的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱4和第三净化空气排气箱3,所述新风出口2设置在外箱体1前面板的上部,在外箱体前面板上还设有控制面板9,
所述第一进风箱5设置在外箱体1内的下部,第一进风箱5的右侧设有空气引风口5-1,上部设有出风口5-2,左侧设有引风机5-3,空气进风口设置在外箱体1背板的下端,与第一进风箱的空气引风口5-1相连通,并在外箱体背板的下端、空气引风口处设有自动关闭门6,
如图4、5和图6所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱包括上下贯通的长方形壳体4-1,设置在长方形壳体4-1内的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯,所述的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯由多层活性碳4-3、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ4-2、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ4-7、用于支撑活性碳层的钢网4-4和静电发生器4-5所组成,在长方形壳体4-1的外部包敷有气凝胶保温材料4-6,所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱4下部与第一进风箱5的上部的出风口5-2相连通;
所述的第三净化空气排气箱3由后部带有开口的长方形壳体3-1及与长方形壳体3-1上部连接的斜形出风口3-2所组成,在所述长方形壳体3-1的,下部开有与第一进风箱5的上部的出风口5-2大小匹配的开口,所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱4置于第三净化空气排气箱3的长方形壳体3-1内,下部与第一进风箱5的上部的出风口5-2相连通,上部与斜形出风口3-2连通;所述的斜形出风口3-2又与外箱体1的新风出口2相连通;
所述的引风机5-3、静电发生器4-5、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ4-2、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ4-7和自动关闭门6均与控制面板9内的控制电路通过导线电连接,所述的供电电源通过电源连接线8为控制面板9供电,所述的控制面板9采用直流或交流民用电压。
本实用新型所述静电发生器4-5采用红外碳纤维静电面状发热板,所述的红外碳纤维静电面状发热板是由0.01mm的碳纤维导电纸、0.1mm的电子绝缘树脂板及0. 5μm厚度的电极经过高温160-180度,高压单位压力为21MPa制作而成的。每片静电板为500×600×0.1mm,可产生200V以上的静电。利用所述静电发生器将空气中的各种有害物质及病毒过滤吸附在活性碳上面,对进入滤芯内部的空气进行过滤杀菌消毒,在静电发生器的作用下使流动的空气与活性碳充分接触,达到空气消毒净化的目的,对室内空气进行除霾、除甲醛净化处理;能够促进进入净化器内部的空气净化,提高对空气的过滤效果非常好。
如图4所示,作为实施例,本实用新型所述的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为四层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ4-2和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ4-7设置在四层活性碳4-3的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网4-4设置在第一层活性碳4-3与第二层活性碳4-3以及第三层活性碳4-3与第四层活性碳4-3之间,静电发生器4-5为一个,设置在第二层活性碳4-3与第三层活性碳4-3之间。这种结构的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯适用于10-20m2房间空气净化及杀菌消毒。
如图5所示,本实用新型所述的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为六层活性碳4-3,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ4-2和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ4-7设置在六层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网4-4设置在第一层活性碳4-3与第二层活性碳4-3以及第五层活性碳4-3与第六层活性碳4-3之间,静电发生器4-5为三个,分别设置在第二层活性碳4-3与第三层活性碳4-3以及第四层活性碳4-3之间。这种结构的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯适用于20-30m2房间空气净化及杀菌消毒。
如图6所示,所述的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳4-3为八层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ4-2和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ4-7设置在八层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网4-4设置在第一层活性碳4-3与第二层活性碳4-3、第三层活性碳4-3与第四层活性碳4-3、第五层活性碳4-3与第六层活性碳4-3以及第七层活性碳4-3与第八层活性碳4-3之间,静电发生器4-5为三个,设置在第二层活性碳4-3与第三层活性碳4-3、第四层活性碳4-3与第五层活性碳4-3以及第六层活性碳4-3与第七层活性碳4-3之间。这种结构的多层空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯适用于30m2以上房间空气净化及杀菌消毒。
如图7所示,本实用新型所述控制电路包括电源、控制器、中间继电器J1、中间继电器J2、限位开关和静电发生器4-5、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ4-2和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ4-7、贯流风机及显示器,控制器的L极、N极分别与电源的L极、N极相连接,控制器的输出端的两个端口分别与第一中间继电器J1的线圈的D17端接点相连接和第二中间继电器J2的线圈的D16端接点相连接,第一中间继电器J1的线圈的另一端和第二中间继电器J2的线圈的另一端与所述电源N极相连接,第一中间继电器J1的常开触点J1-1、1-2和J1-3的一端连接所述第一中间继电器J1的线圈的D17端接点,另一端连接碳纤维远红外加热板R2和碳纤维远红外加热板R3的闭触点,第二中间继电器J2的常开触点J2-1和J2-2的一端连接所述第二中间继电器J2的线圈的D16端接点,另一端连接静电发生器R1的闭触点和控制器的端子D21和D22。
本实用新型所述直流或交流民用电压为220V、110 V 、36V或24 V。使用220V、110V安全供电电压,或使用24 V、36V电压即可产生00伏以上的静电荷,进行杀菌消毒,为全物理性的,无任何副作用,全安全可靠。
本实用新型所述自动关闭门为常用公知技术,在此不作赘述。
本实用新型的一种利用碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机的过滤杀菌消毒方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
1)将控制器预先设定房间过滤面积程序;
2)打开电源开关,屏幕会根据按动的次数不同,分别显示“00”、“10”、“20”、“30”,分别对应的工作状态是“待机”、“选择10平方米房间过滤”、“选择20平方米房间过滤”、“选择30平方米房间过滤”。
根据过滤房间的面积在控制面板上首先选择“空气过滤”键,控制器对控制电路的D16端子有输出,控制电路内的第二中间继电器J2得电,J2常闭点打开,J2常开点闭合,第一中间继电器J1不得电,J1常开点打开,J1常闭点闭合;此时,控制电路的端子D21、D22、D24有输出,即引风机得电运转,自动关闭门的电机得电打开,静电发生器工作,运行100分钟后,能产生200伏以上的静电荷,在第二过滤杀菌消毒箱内形成一个静电回路,利用所述静电发生器R1将空气中的各种有害物质及病毒过滤吸附在活性碳上面,对室内空气进行除霾、除甲醛净化处理;

1.一种碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,包括外箱体,空气进风口、新风出口、引风机以及过滤杀菌装置,设置在外箱体上的电源连接线,其电源连接线与供电电源相连接,其特征在于,在外箱体的内由下至上设有第一进风箱、作为滤杀菌装置的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱和第三净化空气排气箱,所述新风出口设置在外箱体1前面板的上部,在外箱体前面板上还设有控制面板,
所述第一进风箱设置在外箱体内的下部,第一进风箱的右侧设有空气引风口,上部设有出风口,左侧设有引风机,空气进风口设置在外箱体背板的下端,与第一进风箱的空气引风口相连通,并在外箱体背板的下端、空气引风口处设有自动关闭门,
所述第一进风箱设置在外箱体内的下部,第一进风箱的右侧设有进风口,上部设有出风口,左侧设有引风机,空气引风口设置在外箱体背板的下端,与第一进风箱的进风口相连通,并在外箱体背板的下端、空气引风口处设有自动关闭门;
所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱包括上下贯通的长方形壳体,设置在长方形壳体内的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯,所述的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯由多层活性碳、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ、用于支撑活性碳层的钢网和静电发生器所组成,在长方形壳体的外部包敷有气凝胶保温材料,所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱下部与第一进风箱的上部的出风口相连通;
所述的第三净化空气排气箱由后部带有开口的长方形壳体及与长方形壳体上部连接的斜形出风口所组成,在所述长方形壳体,下部开有与第一进风箱的上部的出风口大小匹配的开口,所述的第二过滤杀菌消毒箱置于第三净化空气排气箱的长方形壳体内,下部与第一进风箱的上部的出风口相连通,上部与斜形出风口连通;所述的斜形出风口又与外箱体1的新风出口相连通;
所述的引风机、静电发生器、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ和自动关闭门均与控制面板内的控制电路通过导线电连接,所述的供电电源通过电源连接线为控制面板供电,所述的控制面板采用直流或交流民用电压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,其特征在于,所述的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为四层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ设置在四层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网设置在第一层活性碳与第二层活性碳以及第三层活性碳与第四层活性碳之间,静电发生器为一个,设置在第二层活性碳与第三层活性碳之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,其特征在于,所述的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为六层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ设置在六层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网设置在第一层活性碳与第二层活性碳以及第五层活性碳与第六层活性碳之间,静电发生器为三个,设置在第二层活性碳与第三层活性碳以及第四层活性碳之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,其特征在于,所述的空气净化及杀菌消毒滤芯的多层活性碳为八层活性碳,所述的碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ和碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ设置在八层活性碳的两端,所述用于支撑活性碳层的钢网设置在第一层活性碳与第二层活性、第三层活性碳与第四层活性碳、第五层活性碳与第六层活性碳以及第七层活性碳与第八层活性碳之间,静电发生器为三个,设置在第二层活性碳与第三层活性碳、第四层活性碳与第五层活性碳以及第六层活性碳与第七层活性碳之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,其特征在于,所述静电发生器采用红外碳纤维静电面状发热板,所述的红外碳纤维静电面状发热板是由0.01mm的碳纤维导电纸、0.1mm的电子绝缘树脂板及0. 5μm厚度的电极经过高温160-180度,高压单位压力为21MPa制作而成的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,其特征在于,所述控制电路包括电源、控制器、中间继电器J1、中间继电器J2、限位开关、静电发生器、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅰ、碳纤维远红外加热板Ⅱ和贯流风机及显示器,控制器的L极、N极分别与电源的L极、N极相连接,控制器的输出端的两个端口分别与第一中间继电器J1的线圈的D17端接点相连接和第二中间继电器J2的线圈的D16端接点相连接,第一中间继电器J1的线圈的另一端和第二中间继电器J2的线圈的另一端与所述电源N极相连接,第一中间继电器J1的常开触点J1-1、1-2和J1-3的一端连接所述第一中间继电器J1的线圈的D17端接点,另一端连接碳纤维远红外加热板R2和碳纤维远红外加热板R3的闭触点,第二中间继电器J2的常开触点J2-1和J2-2的一端连接所述第二中间继电器J2的线圈的D16端接点,另一端连接静电发生器R1的闭触点和控制器的端子D21和D22。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的碳纤维空气过滤杀菌消毒机,其特征在于,所述直流或交流民用电压为220V、110 V 、36V或24 V。
