Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of river connectivity repair engineering, specifically relate to a low head dam fishway that is used for silt content high head fluctuation big.
Background
The life activities such as fish reproduction, bait feeding and overwintering are mostly completed by migration so as to find the most suitable habitat of the fishes at different stages. The fish habitat is an important component of a river ecosystem, but hydraulic buildings in the river block the connectivity of the river, so that the upstream migration of the fish is prevented, the fish habitat is damaged to a certain extent, and the total amount of fish resources is reduced. In order to relieve the adverse effect of the construction of hydraulic buildings on river ecosystems, the construction of fish passing facilities gradually becomes an important means for recovering river connectivity, and fishways become main fish passing facilities in China due to simple structure and mature technology.
At present, a fishway is usually built on a dam with a certain scale, the storage capacity of the dam has certain adjusting capacity, the water level of a storage area can ensure stable flow of the fishway in the operation period, and the silt content of water flow is low. In the design process, a plurality of water inlets with different elevations are usually arranged to adapt to the water level change of the reservoir areas in different seasons, and the water supplement of the fishway inlet can also be directly realized by utilizing a pressure pipeline to introduce water from the reservoir areas. In addition, the ecological flow guarantee scheme is generally considered in the construction process of the dam, and an ideal basic guarantee is provided for fishway design.
With the deepening of ecological protection construction, the ecological management work of the small hydropower stations in the constructed mountainous area with high sediment content and large water head fluctuation is gradually developed. Different from a dam with a certain reservoir capacity, small hydropower stations in mountainous areas are mostly water-diversion power stations, upstream incoming flow is unstable, power stations in low-water periods do not store water basically, water levels in reservoirs in high-water periods are high, annual sediment content is high, sediment accumulation in reservoir areas is serious, and the reservoir capacity is basically not available. When a fishway is designed on a low head dam with high sediment content and large water head fluctuation in a mountain area, a plurality of special factors are often required to be overcome, and the following difficulties are particularly included:
(1) the fluctuation of the water level of the reservoir area is large, and the lowest operation water level of the fishway cannot be ensured. The river course flow is larger in the rich water period, the operation water level of the fishway can be ensured, but the river course flow can be obviously reduced along with the completion of the rich water period. When the watershed enters a dry season, the difference between the reservoir water depth and the river water depth is not large, the lowest operation water level of the fishway cannot be guaranteed, and the fishway operation time period is seriously influenced.
(2) The silt content is high throughout the year, the sedimentation condition of the fishway is serious, and the operation cost is high. An obvious main flow area and a slow flow area are arranged in the fishway, and the silt content of water flow entering the fishway is too high all the year round, so that the sedimentation condition which is difficult to relieve is generated in the slow flow area. When the running time of the fishway is long, the siltation situation in the fishway is serious, a slow flow region for the fishes going back to migration to rest is almost not existed, the normal running of the fishway is seriously influenced, and the success rate of the fishes going back to migration is greatly reduced. If can normal operating in order to guarantee the fishway, need frequently desilting to inside, the fishway operating interval reduces by a wide margin, increases the running cost.
(3) The fishway has single running mode and low reliability. When silt desilting work is carried out in the fishway operation period, because of no standby channel, migration fishes are blocked again, the fishway operation time length is reduced, and a reliable upward migration channel cannot be provided for the migration fishes.
(4) Ecological flow can not be guaranteed basically, and fishway import moisturizing is difficult. In order to seek maximum benefit, small hydropower owners usually guide most of water flow in a river channel away for power generation, ecological flow cannot be effectively guaranteed, and when the river is in a dry period, the original river channel basically has no ecological flow. Between the dam site of the barrage and the tail water gap of the water diversion type power station, the long-distance water diversion river reach can seriously obstruct fishes which trace back to the migration, so that the construction of the fishway engineering loses the original significance. In addition, because the flow velocity at the inlet of the fishway is usually small, in order to improve the attraction rate of the inlet to fishes, water supplement measures are usually required to be taken at the inlet of the fishway, but factors such as instability of the water level of a reservoir of a small hydropower station, the severity of sediment deposition and the like can seriously hinder the design of the water supplement measures of the fishway, so that the water supplement at the inlet of the fishway is difficult.

As shown in fig. 1, the utility model provides a low head dam fishway that is used for silt content high head fluctuation big, this fishway setting is in the one side of keeping away from diversion floodgate 7, including upper reaches inlet port section 1, desilting pond section 2, imitative natural fishway 3, conventional fishway 4 and low reaches outlet port section 5. Wherein, the upstream water inlet section 1 is a flat slope section, and a water inlet gate 11 and a water flow guiding device 12 are sequentially arranged in the flat slope section from outside to inside. Inside water inlet gate 11 was used for getting into the fishway engineering in the water in the maintenance period separation upper reaches river course, rivers guider 12 was used for changing the rivers direction that gets into in desilting pond section 2, and its concrete structure is shown as figure 4, including the deflector 121 that the polylith interval set up, and the interaxial distance between two adjacent deflectors 121 is not less than 30 cm.
The desilting basin section 2 is a flat slope section, is arranged on the downstream side of the upstream water inlet section 1, is positioned between the upstream water inlet section 1 and the imitated natural fishway 3, and has a trapezoidal structure. The long side of the fishway is respectively and straightly connected with the upstream water inlet section 1 and the imitated natural fishway 3, and the short side protrudes outwards relative to the upstream water inlet section 1 and is vertically connected with the conventional fishway 4. Most of the water flow in the desilting basin section 2 can enter the imitated natural fishway 3 from the long side along the straight direction, the side flow has higher speed, and the water flow has stronger sand carrying capacity; the water passing section on the short side is enlarged, and the flow velocity of the water flow on the short side is low, so that the flow entering the conventional fishway 4 is small, the sand carrying capacity is weak, and the purpose of sand deposition can be realized. Because the water flow entering the nature-imitated channel 3 is far larger than the water flow entering the conventional fishway 4, the nature-imitated channel 3 can be used as a water supplementing channel when the conventional fishway 4 normally runs.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the artificial natural fishway 3 is a slope section, the slope of which is not larger than 10%, and the arrangement form of passing through the barrage 6 in a straight line or bending around the barrage 6 can be determined according to the engineering site. In which a first upstream shutter 31, a plurality of spoilers 33 and a first downstream shutter 32 are arranged in this order. First upstream gate 31 is work and overhauls the gate for the control gets into the discharge in imitative natural fishway 3, and first downstream gate 32 is overhauls the gate for inside the water entering imitative natural fishway 3 in the separation low reaches river course of maintenance period. The plurality of choked bodies 33 are arranged in a staggered manner, wherein "staggered arrangement" specifically means that the number of choked bodies 33 in two adjacent rows is different as shown in fig. 3, and the shape of the choked bodies 33 can be selected according to engineering conditions, specifically a semi-cylindrical shape. The width (i.e. the distance) of the water passing between two adjacent choked bodies 33 in the same row should be between 30cm and 50cm, and the height of each choked body 33 is 50 cm.
As shown in fig. 1, the downstream water outlet section 5 is a flat slope section, is respectively joined and connected with the tail ends of the simulated natural fishway 3 and the conventional fishway 4, and is consistent with the heights of the bottom plates at the tail ends of the simulated natural fishway 3 and the conventional fishway 4. The fish guiding grid 51 is arranged at the junction of the three parts, the fish guiding grid 51 is of a grid-shaped structure, the maximum width of the grid is not more than 30mm, and the grid is obliquely arranged at the downstream tail end of the imitated natural fishway 3 and used for guiding fishes to enter the conventional fishway 4. In order to improve the fish luring effect, the included angle between the downstream water outlet section 5 and the main stream of the river channel is less than 45 degrees.
The conventional fishway 4 is a slope section, the water inlet section of the conventional fishway is connected with the desilting basin section 2 and is arranged by 90-degree bending, the two bottom plates at the joint of the conventional fishway and the desilting basin section 2 are consistent in elevation, and the conventional fishway is provided with a second upstream gate 41 and a sand baffle 44 shown in figure 2; the junction of the downstream water outlet section 5 and the second downstream gate 42 is provided with a plurality of baffles 43. The second upstream gate 41 and the second downstream gate 42 are both maintenance gates for blocking water in the desilting basin section 2 and the downstream river channel from entering the interior of the conventional fishway 4 during a maintenance period. The form of the partition 43 may be selected according to engineering characteristics. The height of the sand guard 44 should not be greater than 50cm for further hindering the already settled silt from entering the conventional fishway 4 with the water flow.
The following is an application embodiment of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 1, when the water level at the upstream of the barrage 6 is higher than the lowest operation water level of the conventional fishway 4, the conventional fishway 4 operates normally, all gates in the fishway project are in a normal open state, the guide plates 121 of the water flow guide device 12 are arranged along the water flow direction, the sand blocking plate is arranged at the joint of the conventional fishway 4 and the sand basin section 2, and the fish guiding grid 51 is obliquely arranged at the downstream end of the imitated natural fishway 3. Water flows into the fishway project through the upstream water inlet section 1, most of the water flows in the sand basin section 2 enter the imitated natural fishway 3, a small amount of the water flows after sedimentation enter the conventional fishway 4, and the water flows in the imitated natural fishway 3 and the water flows in the conventional fishway 4 are converged in the downstream water outlet section 5 through the tail end fish guiding grid 51 and flow out of the fishway project. In the process, the function of the desilting pond section 2 is water passing and sand sinking, and the imitated natural fishway 3 is also an ecological flow discharging channel and an inlet water replenishing channel of a conventional fishway 4, so that the improvement of the import flow rate of a fishway engineering place is facilitated, and the fish luring effect is enhanced. The downward discharge ecological flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the opening degree of the first upstream gate 31, and the remaining gates are kept at the maximum opening degree. Under the guidance of the fish guiding grid 51, the migratory fishes enter the conventional fishway 4 through the downstream water outlet section 5, pass through the conventional fishway 4 and then enter the sand basin section 2, and finally enter the river through the upstream water inlet section 1 for continuous migration.
When the water level at the upstream of the barrage 6 is lower than the lowest operation water level of the conventional fishway 4, the conventional fishway 4 stops operating, the second upstream gate 41 and the second downstream gate 42 are in a closed state, the rest gates in the fishway project are in the maximum opening degree, the guide plate 121 of the water flow guide device 12 is arranged along the water flow direction, and the fish guide grid 51 is removed from the downstream tail end of the imitated natural fishway 3. Water flow enters the fishway project through the upstream water inlet section 1, all water flow in the desilting pool section 2 enters the imitated natural fishway 3, and the water flow in the imitated natural fishway 3 directly flows into the downstream water outlet section 5 and then flows out of the fishway project. In the process, the function of the desilting pool section 2 is water passing, the imitated natural fishway 3 is used as an ecological flow discharging channel and a fish passing channel, migratory fishes enter the imitated natural fishway 3 through the downstream water outlet section 5, enter the desilting pool section 2 through the imitated natural fishway 3 and finally enter a river through the upstream water inlet section 1 to continue migration.
When the desilting basin section 2 needs to be desilted, the angle of the guide plate 121 of the water flow guide device 12 is adjusted, and the direction of water flow entering the desilting basin section 2 is changed, so that the desilting is realized. When the desilting operation is performed on the desilting pond section 2, the operation of the conventional fishway 4 is stopped, and the second upstream lock gate 41 and the second downstream lock gate 42 are in a closed state. The sand discharge operation is preferably performed in a period when the upstream water level of the barrage 6 is high and the fish passes mainly, and the second upstream gate 41 and the second downstream gate 42 should be opened after the sand discharge operation is completed, so that the normal operation of the conventional fishway 4 is resumed.
When the conventional fishway 4 needs to be serviced, the second upstream gate 41 and the second downstream gate 42 are closed, and the servicing is preferably arranged at a stop operation period of the conventional fishway 4. When the whole fishway engineering is overhauled, the water inlet gate 11, the first downstream gate 32 and the second downstream gate 42 are closed, and the whole overhaul is preferably arranged in a non-main fish passing period when the upstream water level of the barrage 6 is low.
To sum up, the utility model discloses an useful part lies in:
(1) the fishway has multiple fishway operation modes, has high adaptability to water level change, and effectively improves the reliability. When the conventional fishway normally operates, the imitated natural fishway operates as a river ecological flow drainage channel and a fishway engineering inlet water replenishing channel; when the conventional fishway stops running, the imitated natural fishway is used as a riverway ecological flow discharge passage and a fish upward migration passage, and because the water level fall of the upstream and the downstream is small, the length of the imitated natural fishway with a plurality of semi-cylindrical chokes arranged at the bottom is relatively short, the flow state is relatively stable, the migration passage can be provided for the fish, and the engineering reliability is improved.
(2) The fishway function is various, compromises ecological flow and lets out and import moisturizing down. When the upstream water level is higher than the lowest operation water level of the conventional fishway, the conventional fishway normally operates, the flow velocity can be obviously increased due to the fact that the water depth is increased in the imitated natural fishway, the imitated natural fishway is no longer suitable for being used as a fish upstream tracing channel, the function of the imitated natural fishway is converted into an ecological flow discharging channel, the discharging flow is controlled through a gate, and the ecological flow discharging is completed. Meanwhile, as the conventional fishway and the imitated natural fishway share one outlet, when the conventional fishway normally runs, the function of the imitated natural fishway is changed into a water supplementing channel, so that water can be supplemented to the inside of the fishway inlet, and the attraction of the fishway inlet is directly improved.
(3) The special sand settling treatment reduces the sand carrying amount of the fishway entering water and reduces the fishway siltation. From the rivers that conventional fishway and imitative natural fishway sharing water inlet got into, along imitative natural fishway side water flow velocity of flow great, it is stronger to carry the sand ability, and the rivers along conventional fishway side are then because the section of crossing increases, the velocity of flow can obviously descend, it is more weak to carry the sand ability, consequently, the sand setting effect can make most silt concentrate in the water layer bottom, the sand blocking plate that the department of water intaking at conventional fishway set up can further block silt that has sunk the end and get into conventional fishway, thereby greatly reduced the rivers that get into conventional fishway and carried the sand volume, the siltation condition in the fishway has been alleviated.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of modifications and replacements can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and replacements should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
