Blanking: after the tray 200 is conveyed to the right position, the material guide plate 211 blocks the tray 200 to prevent the tray 200 from falling off the first conveying belt 55, the sixth driving element 421 and the pushing frame 422 work to drive the tray 200 to ascend to the lower side of the material storage component 43, the seventh driving element 431 works, the sixth driving element 421 drives the tray 200 to continuously ascend to a position higher than the seventh driving element 431 and the material storage frame 432 through the pushing frame 422, the seventh driving element 431 drives the material storage frame 432 to act to finish the material storage action, and the sixth driving element 421 descends to finish the material storage of the tray 200 when waiting.

1. A tray cleaning apparatus, comprising:

2. The tray cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device includes a first transfer assembly;
the transmission device includes: the second transmission assembly is used for conveying and abutting against the tray of the second station, and the first air knife and the second air knife are respectively used for cleaning the upper surface and the lower surface of the tray.

The tray cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first mounting frame includes two first side plates opposing each other in the second direction, a plurality of the first transmission wheels are respectively disposed on the two first side plates and are disposed opposite to each other, one of the first transmission belts corresponds to each of the first transmission wheels on each of the first side plates, and the first driving member is configured to drive at least one of the plurality of the first transmission wheels on each of the first side plates.

The tray cleaning apparatus according to claim 4, wherein two of the first side plates are provided with a first rotatable transmission shaft, the plurality of first transmission wheels include a first driving wheel, two of the first driving wheels are provided on the first transmission shaft and rotate synchronously with the first transmission shaft, and the first driving member is driven by the first transmission shaft.
