The sliding position of the longitudinal slide table 107 relative to the lateral slide table 105 can be locked in a similar manner.
It should be further noted that the ball screw mechanism and the corresponding stepping motor may be employed to realize the automatic driving and positioning of the sliding of the lateral slide table 105 and the longitudinal slide table 107, thereby determining the position of the sanding head 102 more accurately.
As a specific solution, in order to achieve the angle adjustment, the rotary table 108 is disposed above the base plate 103 about a vertical axis; the rotary base 117 is fixedly mounted above the rotary table 108; the main shaft 109 is rotatably connected to the rotating base 117; the cutter head 110 is connected with the main shaft 109 in a rotation stopping way and is provided with a cutter groove 110a for fixing the cutter 200; wherein, the grinding motor 101 is fixed above the longitudinal sliding table 107; the sanding head 102 is mounted to the motor shaft of the grinding motor 101; the rotational table 108 is provided on one side of the sanding head 102. The vertical shaft 111 is fixedly connected to the turntable 108 and has a bottom end penetrating through the substrate 103. The flange member 112 is fixed in a through hole provided in the substrate 103 and is fixedly connected to the substrate 103. The vertical shaft 111 passes through a flange hole 112a provided in the flange member 112. Bearings 113 are provided between the flange member 112 and the vertical shaft 111 so that they constitute a rotational connection. The shaft seat 114 can be in rotary connection with the rotary seat 117; the shaft receptacle 114 is provided with an insertion hole into which the main shaft 109 is at least partially inserted so that the main shaft 109 and the shaft receptacle 114 rotate synchronously.
The rotation of the rotary table 108 can adjust the angle of the tool 200 relative to the polishing head 102, so as to grind different surfaces of the tool 200, and the rotation of the cutter head 110 can clamp a plurality of tools 200 at a time, and different tools 200 can be ground by rotation switching. The whole of the spindle 109 and cutter head 110 can be exchanged to accommodate different cutters 200. The cutter head 110 has a central hole in its center into which the spindle 109 is inserted and forms a rotation-stop connection by its key slot, i.e. two parts are connected to rotate synchronously.
Specifically, a tray 115 and a cover 116 are further provided, the tray 115 is fixedly connected to the cutter head 110 to limit the position of the cutter 200 in the cutter groove 110a, the cover 116 is used for enclosing the shaft seat 114, the shaft seat 114 is provided with an opening so that an external driving shaft can be inserted to drive the shaft seat 114 to rotate, and the cover 116 is provided with an opening so that the opening of the shaft seat 114 can be exposed.
Preferably, the cutter grooves 110a of the cutter head 110 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the rotational axis of the main shaft 109. In addition, the cutter head 110 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 110b for fixing the cutter 200. The cutter 200 can be mounted to the cutter head 110 by means of the threaded hole 110b and bolts.
When the angle-adjustable tool grinding device 100 is used, the tool 200 is first mounted to the tool pan 110, then the rotation angle of the rotary base is adjusted, then the grinding head 102 is fed to the grinding position by sliding the transverse slide table 105 and the longitudinal slide table 107, then the grinding motor 101 is started to start grinding, after one of the tools 200 is ground, the grinding head 102 exits from the grinding position, the tool pan 110 is rotationally switched to the other tool 200, and then the grinding head 102 is fed again to the grinding position by sliding again to grind the other tool 200.
