背景技术
在受精鱼卵孵化过程中,沉性鱼卵由于本身的比重较大而堆积在水底,相互挤压,极易造成损伤,同时互相堆积使鱼卵造成局部缺氧,使其无法获得充足的溶解氧,造成孵化率相对较低。
现有较常用的的孵化方式采用孵化箱/柜,采用降低鱼卵孵化密度的方法,在一定程度上缓解鱼卵溶解氧不足的问题,但其体积大,占地面积大,操作难度大,生产成本高,无法满足普通育苗场的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有沉性鱼卵孵化装置体积大、占地面积大、操作难度大、生产成本高的技术问题,提供一种有效缓解沉性鱼卵沉积、提高水中溶解氧、体积较小、成本较低、易操作的沉性鱼卵孵化装置。
为此,本实用新型的技术方案是,一种沉性鱼卵孵化装置,设有孵化桶,孵化桶下方设有支腿,孵化桶下部为锥形结构,锥形底端设有小孔,小孔下方设有供水管,孵化桶上设有溢水管,溢水管端部设有滤鼓,滤鼓为空心环状结构,环形圆周上设有与溢水管尺寸相同的溢水孔,滤鼓的两个环状端面均设有滤网。
优选的,孵化桶上部为圆柱形,下部为上宽下窄的锥形。
优选的,供水管上设有排水管,供水管上设有关断阀及止回阀,排水管上设有关断阀。
本实用新型有益效果是,由于供水管设在孵化桶的下方,孵化桶内水流从下往上供给,增强水循环,提高水中含氧量;孵化桶下部为锥形结构,鱼卵可以缓慢的沉降到桶底,通过水流带动鱼卵向上运动;在孵化桶内水位达到一定高度后,桶内水从溢水管中溢出,由于设有滤网,可以避免鱼卵从溢水管中流出;供水管上设有排水管,供水管上设有关断阀及止回阀,排水管上设有关断阀,可以控制进入孵化桶内的水流流速,还可以防止鱼卵倒流,同时,可以在不工作的时候关闭供水管关断阀,打开排水管关断阀,将孵化桶内的水排出及收集桶内的鱼卵;整体装置结构简单,操作方便,能够有效提高孵化桶内水的含氧量,改善鱼卵孵化环境,显著提高孵化率。

如图1-5所示,一种沉性鱼卵孵化装置,设有孵化桶1,孵化桶1下方设有支腿5,孵化桶1为上方开口结构,孵化桶1上部为圆柱形,下部为上宽下窄的锥形,锥形底端设有小孔,小孔下方设有供水管6,供水管6与孵化桶1可以通过焊接或者紧固件实现固定连接。由于供水管6设在孵化桶1的下方,孵化桶1内水流从下往上供给,增强水循环,提高水中含氧量,带动鱼卵从下往上运动;孵化桶1下部为锥形结构,可以有效增加水压。
孵化桶1上设有溢水管2,溢水管2设置在孵化桶1的上部,溢水管2可以采用焊接等方式固定在孵化桶1上,孵化桶1与溢水管2连接处设有通孔,保证孵化桶1内的水可以进入到溢水管2中;溢水管2在孵化桶1内部的端面上设有滤鼓3,滤鼓3为空心环状结构,环形圆周与溢水管2连接处设有与溢水管2相同直径的溢水孔,在孵化桶1内水位达到一定高度后,桶内水从溢水孔中溢出到溢水管2中,进而排出孵化桶1;滤鼓3的两个环状端面上均安装滤网4,滤网4可以通过钢丝绑在滤鼓3上,也可以通过紧固件与卡箍配合固定在滤鼓3上,由于设有滤网4,可以有效避免鱼卵从溢水管2中流出,溢水管2上设有溢水管阀门10,可以根据需要选择开启或者关闭溢水管阀门10及供水管关断阀8来控制孵化桶1内的水位。
供水管6上设有排水管7,排水管7可以通过三通和供水管6连接,也可以直接通过豁口焊接在供水管6上,供水管6上设有供水管关断阀8和止回阀11,排水管7上设有排水管关断阀9,可以在不工作的时候关闭供水管关断阀8,打开排水管关断阀9,将孵化桶1内的水排出及收集桶内的鱼卵。
整体装置结构简单,操作方便,能够有效提高孵化桶内水的含氧量,改善鱼卵孵化环境,显著提高孵化率。
