1. A mobile portable lift crane, comprising: a chassis platform, a support rod and a suspension arm;
the supporting rod is arranged on the chassis platform;
a rod top platform is fixed at the top of the supporting rod;
the rod top platform is rotatably connected with the suspension arm;
an adjustable pull rod for adjusting the lifting height and angle of the suspension arm is arranged between the suspension arm and the rod top platform;
one end of the adjustable pull rod is hinged with the suspension arm, and the other end of the adjustable pull rod is detachably connected with the rod top platform;
wheels are arranged at the bottom of the chassis platform.

a second fixed pulley is arranged on the rear side of the rod top platform;
a third fixed pulley is arranged at the position of the supporting rod close to the bottom;
one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the lifting hook, and the other end of the steel wire rope sequentially passes through the first fixed pulley, the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley and is connected with the electric hoist.
