技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗用具技术领域，具体是一种防喷溅呼吸过滤器。
背景技术
在麻醉或重症监护病房，为便于气道管理，患者经常实施气管插管或气管切开手术，从而保持气道通畅，缓解气道梗阻，确保肺通气功能正常发挥。同样，也需要经常实施气管拔管或导管内吸痰操作时，因为对气管壁粘膜的刺激，经常会引起患者的剧烈呛咳，造成呼吸道飞沫和气溶胶经气管导管向外喷溅，一旦携带致病菌，极易造成医务工作者和同一空间内其他患者的交叉感染。
现有的呼吸过滤器，虽可以有效阻隔呼吸道飞沫和气溶胶的喷溅，但是因为气管插管管芯或吸痰管无法通过呼吸过滤器的过滤层，所以无法在保留呼吸过滤器的情况下进行气管插管或导管内吸痰拔管操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防喷溅呼吸过滤器，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种防喷溅呼吸过滤器，包括过滤层上盖、过滤棉、过滤层下盖，所述过滤层上盖与过滤层下盖螺纹连接，且两者之间包夹有所述过滤棉，所述过滤层下盖的内部对称设有若干支撑过滤棉用的凸条，所述过滤层上盖的顶端偏心处设有与其内部相通的Y型上端连接管，过滤层上盖的顶端中心处设有垂直贯穿其本体及过滤棉的圆管，所述圆管下端穿过所述过滤层下盖内底面且与过滤层下盖的下端所设的下端连接管内部相通，所述圆管上端设有硅胶盖帽，所述硅胶盖帽中心设有供吸痰管或管芯插入的通孔，所述通孔内部安插有堵头。
进一步的，所述过滤棉采用含有驻极处理过的聚丙烯熔喷材料或医用海绵或医用无纺棉或医用聚酰亚胺或医用多孔纤维材料制成。
进一步的，所述下端连接管的下端用于连接气管导管的接口。
进一步的，所述过滤层上盖的顶端偏心处还设有与其内部相通的气体采集口，所述气体采集口处螺纹连接有密封盖。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例是本实用新型一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1～2所示，本实用新型提供一种防喷溅呼吸过滤器，包括过滤层上盖1、过滤棉2、过滤层下盖3，过滤层上盖1与过滤层下盖3螺纹连接，且两者之间包夹有过滤棉2，且过滤层下盖3的内部对称设有若干支撑过滤棉2用的凸条4，使过滤棉2底部悬空，用于增加过滤棉2与患者因咳嗽喷出飞沫和气溶胶的接触面积，提高过滤棉2使用率，过滤棉2采用含有驻极处理过的聚丙烯熔喷材料或医用海绵或医用无纺棉或医用聚酰亚胺或医用多孔纤维材料制成，可以有效阻隔病毒和细菌的通过，过滤层上盖1的顶端偏心处设有与其内部相通的Y型上端连接管5、气体采集口6，气体采集口6处螺纹连接有密封盖7，过滤层上盖1的顶端中心处设有垂直贯穿其本体及过滤棉2的圆管8，圆管8下端穿过过滤层下盖3内底面且与过滤层下盖3的下端所设的下端连接管9内部相通，下端连接管9的下端用于连接气管导管的接口，圆管8上端设有硅胶盖帽10，硅胶盖帽10中心设有供吸痰管或管芯插入的通孔，通孔内部安插有堵头11。
使用步骤：在对患者进行气管插管前，将该呼吸过滤器的下端连接管9连接在气管导管的接口上，打开胶塞盖帽10上的堵头11，经胶塞盖帽10上的通孔插入气管插管的管芯，管芯外侧壁与通孔密切贴合，利用胶塞盖帽10对管芯的挤压固定管芯深度，进行气管插管，插管完成后，拔出管芯，盖上胶塞盖帽10上的堵头11；在对患者进行气管拔管或吸痰操作之前，将该呼吸过滤器的下端连接管9连接在气管导管的接口上，打开胶塞盖帽10上的堵头11，经胶塞盖帽10上的通孔插入吸痰管，吸痰管外侧壁与通孔密切贴合，吸痰管经圆管8依次进入下端连接管9、气管导管内，然后进行导管内吸痰，在气管插管、气管内吸痰拔管操作时，若患者出现呛咳，飞沫和气溶胶喷出至过滤层棉2被阻隔，不会喷溅至管道外的空气中。

1.一种防喷溅呼吸过滤器，其特征在于，包括过滤层上盖、过滤棉、过滤层下盖，所述过滤层上盖与过滤层下盖螺纹连接，且两者之间包夹有所述过滤棉，所述过滤层下盖的内部对称设有若干支撑过滤棉用的凸条，所述过滤层上盖的顶端偏心处设有与其内部相通的Y型上端连接管，过滤层上盖的顶端中心处设有垂直贯穿其本体及过滤棉的圆管，所述圆管下端穿过所述过滤层下盖内底面且与过滤层下盖的下端所设的下端连接管内部相通，所述圆管上端设有硅胶盖帽，所述硅胶盖帽中心设有供吸痰管或管芯插入的通孔，所述通孔内部安插有堵头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防喷溅呼吸过滤器，其特征在于，所述过滤棉采用含有驻极处理过的聚丙烯熔喷材料或医用海绵或医用无纺棉或医用聚酰亚胺或医用多孔纤维材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防喷溅呼吸过滤器，其特征在于，所述下端连接管的下端用于连接气管导管的接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防喷溅呼吸过滤器，其特征在于，所述过滤层上盖的顶端偏心处还设有与其内部相通的气体采集口，所述气体采集口处螺纹连接有密封盖。
