本实用新型涉及一种清洁装置，具体涉及一种具有自清洗功能的发酵罐。
背景技术
发酵罐是用来为生物发酵的，微生物发酵会产生很对菌丝体，发酵罐使用完成之后，排出发酵液之后，发酵罐内会残存很多固体或者半固体废物，通过简单的冲洗无法除去，现有的清洗设备结构复杂，使用起来不方便，清洗不彻底，因此，需要设计一种技术方案来解决上述技术问题。

为解决现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种具有自清洗功能的发酵罐，具体的技术方案如下所述：
一种具有自清洗功能的发酵罐，包括罐体和可升降支架，所述的可升降上安装有第一电机，所述的第一电机安装有旋转轴，所述的旋转轴上固定安装有旋转轮，所述的旋转轮上安装有第二电机，所述的第二电机连接第一可伸缩杆，所述的第一可伸缩杆的底端安装有喷头，喷头与可伸缩水管连接，可伸缩水管连接高压水泵。
进一步地，所述的第二电机安装有第二可伸缩杆，所述的第二可伸缩杆上绑有毛刷。
进一步地，所述的第一可伸缩杆和所述的第二可伸缩杆的长度均等于所述的罐体的高度。
进一步地，所述的可升降支架的底端固定在液压缸上，所述的液压缸固定在底面上，所述的液压缸带动所述的可升降支架升降。

当需要对罐体内部进行清洗时，拆下上盖，通过液压缸带动支架下移，然后打开第一电机和第二电机，第二电机带动第一可伸缩杆和第二可伸缩杆伸长，打开水泵进行清洗，同时毛刷对罐体内壁进行清洁，在旋转轮的带动下，清洗装置不断的对罐体内壁进行多次刷洗，导到清洁的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本装置设置有旋转轴，旋转轴带动旋转轮旋转，从而带动电机旋转，电机带动与之连接的清洗结构转动，实现对整个发酵罐壁的彻底清洗，所述的清洁装置上还安装有毛刷，进一步对发酵罐内壁进行清洗。本实用新型具有结构简单、自动化程度高、清洗彻底等优点。

一种具有自清洗功能的发酵罐，包括罐体1和可升降支架2，可升降支架上安装有第一电机3，第一电机3安装有旋转轴4，旋转轴4上固定安装有旋转轮5，旋转轮5上安装有第二电机6，第二电机6连接第一可伸缩杆7，第一可伸缩杆7的底端安装有喷头8，喷头8与可伸缩水管9连接，可伸缩水管9连接高压水泵10。
进一步地，第二电机6安装有第二可伸缩杆11，第二可伸缩杆11上绑有毛刷12。
进一步地，第一可伸缩杆7和第二可伸缩杆11的长度均等于罐体1的高度。
进一步地，可升降支架2的底端固定在液压缸13上，液压缸13固定在底面上，液压缸13带动可升降支架2升降。
进一步地，罐体1的上盖可拆卸的安装在罐体1上
进一步地，旋转轮5的中心与罐体1的中心在一条直线上，罐体1的内径大于旋转轮5的直径。
