本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域，尤其涉及一种注塑灯座。
背景技术
目前市面上的灯座的正极设置于灯座壳体的底部，电源芯线穿过底部焊锡与正极连接，灯座壳的整个内壁贴合有一个呈螺纹状的金属体，电源芯线负极与这个螺纹状的金属体焊锡连接并将整个金属体作为负极，同时螺旋状的铜片具有固定和连接灯泡的作用，只需把灯泡拧入进灯座即可与灯座紧密相接且为灯泡提供工作电源。由于负极片贴合在灯座内壁并一体成型，所以负极的面积为整个灯座壳体的内壁面积，随着导电金属的采购成本的上涨，螺纹型灯座的生产成本也水涨船高，影响企业的利润，同样地，该类灯座由于其结构封闭，不利于进行故障诊断，也不易对灯座进行对应的维修。并且，由于负极片的面积相对较大，导致传统灯座有一定的安全风险，绝缘性能较差。

为解决上述的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种生产成本较低的拔插式注塑灯座。
本实用新型的目的采用如下技术方案实现：
一种注塑灯座，包括电源芯线、灯座外壳和电极片，所述电源芯线对称设置于所述灯座外壳的左右两侧，所述灯座外壳的底部埋设有电极片，所述电极片与所述电源芯线连接，所述电极片的上方设有拔插式的插孔，所述灯座外壳、所述电源芯线的外层被套和所述插孔通过注塑机注塑成型。
进一步地，所述灯座外壳的顶部设置有挂钩孔。
进一步地，所述灯座外壳的内壁设有螺纹。

本实用新型公开了一种注塑灯座，灯座外壳设有一对插孔，插孔下方埋设有电极片，二极管直接插入灯座外壳的插孔即可实现电源芯线和二极管之间的电连接。并且，灯座外壳、电源芯线的外层被套和插孔通过注塑机注塑成型。注塑所成的插孔具有一定刚性，能有效支撑二极管。并且，通过塑料代替金属，生产成本更加低廉，能够大幅降低企业的成本，同时灯座外壳具有绝缘效果，具备优良的安全性能。

如图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种注塑灯座，包括灯座外壳30和电极片，电源芯线20对称设置于灯座外壳30的左右两侧。灯座外壳30的底部埋设有电极片，电极片与电源芯线20连接，电极片的上方设有拔插式的插孔10。二极管直接插入灯座外壳30的插孔10即可实现电源芯线20和二极管之间的电连接。插孔10的孔径略大于二极管针脚的直径，二极管和插孔10的固定方式为通过插孔10的孔壁摩擦力进行固定。灯座外壳30、电源芯线20和插孔10通过注塑机注塑成型，成型后的插孔10具有一定刚性，能够支撑起插入于其中的二极管。
本实用新型中，灯座外壳30的顶部设置有可拆卸的挂钩，挂钩与灯座外壳 30卡扣连接。挂钩便于使用者将本实用新型布置于墙体或户外等地方。
本实用新型中，灯座外壳30的内壁设有螺纹40，螺纹40用于将灯罩和灯座外壳30紧密连接，起到保护二极管的作用，灯罩拧紧于螺纹40后，塑料所制得的灯座外壳30和电源芯线20具有良好的防水性能，提高了安全性，令本实用新型适合用于湿润的环境。

1.一种注塑灯座，包括电源芯线、灯座外壳和电极片，其特征在于：连接于所述电极片的电源芯线对称设置于所述灯座外壳的左右两侧，所述灯座外壳的底部埋设有电极片，所述电极片与所述电源芯线连接，所述电极片的上方设有拔插式的插孔，所述灯座外壳、所述电源芯线的外层被套和所述插孔通过注塑机注塑成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑灯座，其特征在于：所述灯座外壳的顶部设置有挂钩孔。
