技术领域
本实用新型涉及焦炉技术领域,特别涉及一种焦炉封闭高效集气结构。
背景技术
焦炉生产区域由焦炉本体、机侧推焦车、焦侧拦焦车(导焦车)、焦罐车、出焦集尘接口阀等组成,这些设备和装置均露天布置、操作和运行。为有效收集、处置炼焦生产过程中产生的大量烟尘,配置了焦炉装煤、出焦、机侧除尘系统。随着焦炉生产年限的延长,在焦炉炉头、小炉门、装煤孔等处产生连续或非连续的少量烟尘外逸,这些烟尘虽然单点量很少,但逸散点很多,无法将其统一有效收集。另外,上述几大除尘系统工作的前期、末期,捕集率均不能达到100%,仍有少量烟尘逃逸到大气中。
焦炉炉体散热占总供热量的15%以上,机焦侧炉门、钢柱、炉顶面、上升管等炉体附件常规温度很高,个别点一直高达300℃以上,敞开炉门推焦作业期间,温度更是高达1000℃以上,整体封闭后封闭空间温度高,热烟气必须有效收集,并有序通风,确保封闭空间内人员安全及设备稳定运行。
目前仅芜湖新兴铸管有限公司有一个焦炉局部加顶棚的应用案例。其采用焦炉顶部加罩方式,覆盖焦炉炉顶,并各自往机焦侧延伸了一小段屋檐,覆盖焦炉炉前容易冒烟的部位。机焦侧因推焦车、拦焦车(导焦车)移机作业立面全敞开,稍有风便造成烟尘逸散,仅实现了焦炉形式上的加罩封闭,未达到密闭要求,难以有效解决焦炉生产运行中无组织排放、可视污染等问题。焦炉炉顶区域加顶棚后,热量无法及时排出,炉顶区域温度升高,现场作业环境非常差,员工抱怨,后增加了射雾器降温措施,效果不佳,且加剧了设备腐蚀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种焦炉封闭高效集气结构,既能实现热压自然通风,又能实现风压自然通风,高效捕集烟气,导入新鲜空气,有助于降低封闭焦炉大棚内抽吸及送风系统配置,降低系统运行成本。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种焦炉封闭高效集气结构,其包括:焦炉封闭罩,罩设于所述焦炉炉顶上方,其上部为锥形结构,焦炉封闭罩对应焦炉机焦两侧的立面部分设置若干组可调节挡板;所述焦炉封闭罩内的顶部划分为多个区域,每个区域为网状钢结构构成;焦炉封闭罩顶部中央设固定集气管,固定集气管一端连接一集气风机及布袋除尘器;焦炉封闭罩上部一侧设供焦炉上升管穿设的上升管放散气排口;烟气捕集炉顶分烟道,呈锥形,设置于所述焦炉封闭罩内,并对应于所述焦炉炉顶上方;若干集气管,安装在每个区域的钢结构顶部,随焦炉封闭罩从煤塔向两侧焦炉延伸,每个区域内机、焦侧均分布一个集气罩;集气罩布置在煤塔两侧,其吸口呈喇叭口形状,其上端渐次缩小并与一集气总管连接,所述集气总管延伸于各个区域,并连接至所述固定集气管;所述集气管与集气罩之间配置可调节开度的调节翻板;若干环境状态监测装置,包括温度计、湿度计、CO浓度计、VOCs浓度计或多管结构内负压监测计,分别设置于所述焦炉封闭罩内;控制器,所述集气风机、所述环境状态监测装置分别连接该控制器。
优选的,所述集气风机和布袋除尘器布置在煤塔顶部。
优选的,所述区域以每10炉距为一个区域。
优选的,所述可调节挡板包括调节挡板及其上转轴,联接转轴的伺服电机,该伺服电机连接所述控制器。
本实用新型所述焦炉封闭罩划分为多个区域,每个区域由圆筒状钢结构构成,组成空心网状结构,确保顶棚的钢结构强度,向上连接多通道集气管,利用热压原理实现各区域热烟气的汇集。
多个集气管与集气罩间配置调节翻板,可根据检测的集气管负压自动或手动调节开度,确保集气风量合理分配。
配置集气风机和布袋除尘器,利用风机运转产生的负压,经布袋除尘器内除尘仓室过滤,抽吸焦炉大棚内的热烟气,这样,大棚内的烟气经过布袋除尘器,可以过滤掉灰尘等杂物,排放洁净空气。风机变频调速,根据焦炉大棚内环境变化风量自动调节。
侧墙可调节挡板:焦炉机焦两侧立面部分设置多组可调节挡板,将焦炉生产区域划分为机侧、炉顶、焦侧三个部分,调节挡板宽度以1~5炉间距为一组,全炉由多组可调节挡板构成,可调节挡板转轴上安装旋转驱动调节伺服电机,远程控制,根据需要开启全部或部分,微开或全开。侧墙可调节挡板利用风压原理调节。
监控终端:焦炉封闭结构内配置监控系统,全方位监控焦炉封闭空间内环境状态、推焦作业状态、炉热状态。
作为一种改进,推进作业状态监测可包括推焦作业执行过程、上升管运行控制、炭化室结焦进程监控。
作为一种改进,炉热状态监控包括炉顶面、上升管、机焦侧、地下室等区域炉体散热状态的在线监测。
本实用新型所述封闭大棚顶部设置多管结构,实现热压自然通风;封闭大棚迎风面增加挡板,背风面多镂空,实现风压自然通风;封闭大棚顶部配置集气罩,与地面风机相连,实现焦炉封闭大棚内气体的收集处理。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型利用风压和热压原理,与机械通风结合,实现封闭大棚内通风及烟气的收集、置换,通过本实用新型技术的应用,既能实现热压自然通风,又能实现风压自然通风,高效捕集烟气,导入新鲜空气,有助于降低封闭焦炉大棚内抽吸及送风系统配置,降低系统运行成本。
本实用新型为焦炉封闭系统的局部结构,用于焦炉封闭大棚内烟气的有效收集及棚内空气的有序流动,与机械通风相结合,既可高效收集烟气,又能改善棚内作业环境条件,降低安全风险,为人员及设备提供更佳的作业环境。
本实用新型焦炉封闭高效集气结构,利用热压、风压自然通风原理,实现焦炉大棚内高温烟气的快速有效收集,焦炉封闭空间内气体的物理置换,可高效收集焦炉大棚内的烟气,也可促进棚内气体置换。
本实用新型利用结构和物理原理时间烟气收集及气体置换,投入少,寿命长、能耗低。

焦炉封闭罩1,罩设于所述焦炉10炉顶上方,其上部为锥形结构,焦炉封闭罩1对应焦炉机焦两侧的立面部分设置若干组可调节挡板2、2’;所述焦炉封闭罩1内的顶部划分为多个区域,每个区域由圆筒状钢结构构成,组成空心网状结构;焦炉封闭罩1顶部中央设固定集气管3,固定集气管3一端连接一集气风机4及布袋除尘器;焦炉封闭罩1上部一侧设供焦炉上升管20穿设的上升管放散气排口101;
烟气捕集炉顶分烟道5,呈锥形,设置于所述焦炉封闭罩1内,并对应于所述焦炉10炉顶上方;
若干集气管6、6’,安装在每个区域的钢结构顶部,随焦炉封闭罩从煤塔向两侧焦炉延伸,每个区域内机、焦侧均分布一个集气罩7、7’;集气罩7、7’布置在煤塔两侧,其吸口呈喇叭口形状,其上端渐次缩小并与一集气总管8连接,所述集气总管8延伸于各个区域,并连接至所述固定集气管3;所述集气管6、6’与集气罩7、7’之间配置可调节开度的调节翻板9、9’;
若干环境状态监测装置10、10’,包括温度计、湿度计、CO浓度计、VOCs浓度计或多管结构内负压监测计,分别设置于所述焦炉封闭罩内;
控制器(图中未示),所述集气风机、所述环境状态监测装置10、10’分别连接该控制器。

焦炉炉体加罩封闭是国务院打赢蓝天保卫战的重点推进项目,实施焦炉大棚整体封闭是大势所趋,焦炉炉顶加罩封闭方案相对成熟,机焦侧区域因推焦车、拦焦车(导焦车)走行作业频繁,完全封堵的难度很大,本实用新型焦炉封闭高效集气结构,实现烟气快速收集,棚内自然通风,运行费用非常低,必将成为焦炉大棚的关键装置,因此,本实用新型推广应用前景十分广阔。

1.一种焦炉封闭高效集气结构,其特征在于,包括:
焦炉封闭罩,罩设于所述焦炉炉顶上方,其上部为锥形结构,焦炉封闭罩对应焦炉机焦两侧的立面部分设置若干组可调节挡板;所述焦炉封闭罩内的顶部划分为多个区域,每个区域为网状钢结构构成;焦炉封闭罩顶部中央设固定集气管,固定集气管一端连接一集气风机及布袋除尘器;焦炉封闭罩上部一侧设供焦炉上升管穿设的上升管放散气排口;
烟气捕集炉顶分烟道,呈锥形,设置于所述焦炉封闭罩内,并对应于所述焦炉炉顶上方;
若干集气管,安装在每个区域的钢结构顶部,随焦炉封闭罩从煤塔向两侧焦炉延伸,每个区域内机、焦侧均分布一个集气罩;集气罩布置在煤塔两侧,其吸口呈喇叭口形状,其上端渐次缩小并与一集气总管连接,所述集气总管延伸于各个区域,并连接至所述固定集气管;所述集气管与集气罩之间配置可调节开度的调节翻板;
若干环境状态监测装置,包括温度计、湿度计、CO浓度计、VOCs浓度计或负压监测计,分别设置于所述焦炉封闭罩内;
控制器,所述集气风机、所述环境状态监测装置分别连接该控制器。
