本实施例设计了一种泵吸式多参数多模块可更换型空气质量检测仪。
如附图1所示,本实施例的多传感器模块包括甲醛传感器、苯传感器、氨传感器、TVOC 传感器,传感器通过串行数据口与单片机串口连接;包括温湿度传感器,通过I2C数据总线与单片机相连;包括液晶显示屏,通过SPI数据总线与单片机连接;包括按键电路,连接单片机输入管脚;包括WIFI或蓝牙模块,通过I2C总线与单片机连接。
本实施例采用可充锂电池,通过电源电路给各模块供电。开机后,甲醛传感器、苯传感器、氨传感器、TVOC传感器、温湿度传感器采集外部空气,传感器分别输出甲醛含量、苯含量、氨含量、TVOC含量、温湿度等数据,通过数据总线传输到单片机;单片机采集到空气质量数据后,传送到显示屏,在显示屏进行显示,并可通过WIFI/蓝牙通信模块,把数据通过无线方式传输到外部系统。
如附图2所示,本实施例还包括泵吸式的空气通道,包括空气通道是一个气体腔体,包括进气口,出气口,气泵,气道,传感器气室。本实施例气体腔体的进气口连接内部气泵入口,气泵出口连接气道,气道分别连通各传感器气室入口,各气室出口汇接一起,并连接到本实施的气体腔体的出气口;传感器的气体接触口安装在气室下,与吸入空气充分接触,并检测到气体数值。单片机控制启动气泵,空气从进气口进入,通过气泵传送到气道,到达各传感器气室,流过气室下传感器的气体接触口后,空气在通过气道,汇接一起,通过出气口送出检测仪外,形成气体环路。

Claims (4)
1.一种泵吸式多参数多模块可更换型空气质量检测仪,其特征在于:包括多传感器模块、单片机、显示屏、按键、通信模块、电池及电源电路;
其中所述多传感器模块的输出端与所述单片机的输入端连接;所述单片机的信号输出端与所述显示屏的输入端连接;所述按键的信号与所述单片机的输入端连接;所述通信模块信号与所述单片机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵吸式多参数多模块可更换型空气质量检测仪,其特征在于:所述检测仪还包括泵吸式的空气通道,包括进气口、出气口、气泵、空气通道;其中所述进气口连接所述气泵入口,所述气泵出口连接所述空气通道;所述多传感器模块的采样窗与所述空气通道连通;所述空气通道另一端连接所述出气口;所述气泵的开关由所述单片机控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵吸式多参数多模块可更换型空气质量检测仪,其特征在于:所述多传感器模块数量为两个以上;所述多传感器模块可以为甲醛传感器、苯传感器、氨传感器、TVOC传感器、温湿度传感器等;所述多传感器模块为可更换模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵吸式多参数多模块可更换型空气质量检测仪,其特征在于:所述显示屏可采用液晶显示屏。
