When the rain drops meet the rainy weather, the piezoelectric rain drop sensors 19 can detect the maximum rain drop amount, the maximum rain drop amount is judged by the time length judging module 24, when the maximum rain drop amount is higher than the set value of 25mm/24h and lasts for 15min, the time length judging module 24 sends an instruction signal to the processing module 25, the processing module 25 enables the warning lamp tube 5 to be connected with a power supply to emit light and flash, and the warning effect on passing vehicles and pedestrians is further achieved; when the maximum rainfall is lower than the set value of 25mm/24h and lasts for 3min, the duration judging module 24 sends the instruction signal to the processing module 25, and the processing module 25 enables the warning lamp tube 5 to be powered off, so that the electricity saving effect is achieved.
To sum up, when meeting in the foggy day or rainwater weather, when external visibility is not very good, warning fluorescent tube 5 can be intelligent switch on and luminous scintillation, and warning fluorescent tube 5's light penetration ability is strong, therefore plays the safety warning effect to vehicle and pedestrian, has effectively reduced the accident rate.
