The first driving mechanism 212 drives the gripping device 2111 to rotate. The first driving mechanism 212 is provided on a support described below. The first driving mechanism 212 comprises a servo motor, a second coupling and a pushing cylinder, wherein the pushing cylinder is in power connection with the servo motor, and the servo motor is in power connection with the second coupling.
The vacuum cup clamp 211 comprises a base 2110 and a clamping device 2111, wherein the clamping device 2111 is rotatably arranged on the base 2110; the clamping device 2111 comprises two parallel clamping bars 2112, a fixed piece 2113, a movable piece 2114 and a second driving mechanism, wherein two vertical plates 2116 vertical to the base 2110 are arranged on the base 2110, the two clamping bars 2112 are rotatably connected to the two vertical plates 2116, and the two clamping bars 2112 extend out of the vertical plates 2116 and are provided with roller sets 2115. The roller set 2115 can mate with a second coupling. The fixed part 2113 is two discs fixed to the vertical plate 2116, and the movable part 2114 is an L-shaped plate-like structure. The decoration sheet placing unit 22 comprises a decoration sheet transferring mechanism 221, a film tearing mechanism 222 and a rotating mechanism 223, the decoration sheet transferring mechanism 221 comprises a suction cup manipulator 2211 and a first moving device 2212, the suction cup manipulator 2211 is used for adsorbing the surface of a decoration sheet, the first moving device 2212 supports and enables the suction cup manipulator 2211 to move, the first moving device 2211 comprises a servo motor and an air cylinder, the air cylinder supports the suction cup manipulator 2211 to move in the vertical direction, the servo motor drives the suction cup manipulator 2211 to move in the horizontal direction, and the air cylinder is fixed on the moving mechanism of the servo motor. The film tearing mechanism 222 comprises a clamping jaw 2221 and a second moving device 2222, wherein the clamping jaw 2221 is used for clamping the protective film at the bottom of the decorative sheet, the second moving device 2222 supports and enables the clamping jaw 2221 to displace, and the second moving device 2222 selects a linear module to control the clamping jaw 2221 to move in the vertical and horizontal directions. The transfer mechanism 223 is used for temporarily placing the decorative sheet, the transfer mechanism 223 is a hollow cylindrical structure with an opening at the upper end, and the side surface of the cylindrical structure is provided with a channel parallel to the central axis of the transfer mechanism 223. The pre-screwing unit 41 is used for pre-screwing the cup cover of the vacuum cup on the cup body by 180 degrees; the pre-screwing unit 41 comprises a fourth motor, a fourth cylinder, a fifth cylinder, a second clamping jaw and third cup body fixing devices on two sides of the conveying belt, the fourth motor is in power connection with and drives the second clamping jaw to move up and down, and the fourth cylinder and the fifth cylinder respectively drive the second clamping jaw to clamp and rotate. The tightening unit 42 is used for tightening the cup cover of the vacuum cup on the cup body, the tightening unit 42 comprises a fifth motor, a first coupler, a sixth cylinder, a third clamping jaw and a fourth cup body fixing device arranged on two sides of the transmission belt, the fifth motor is connected with the third clamping jaw through the first coupler, and the sixth cylinder drives the third clamping jaw to open and close to clamp the cup cover.
A first manipulator 61 is arranged between the polishing and cleaning module 1 and the veneer attaching module 2, and a second manipulator 62 is arranged between the veneer attaching module 2 and the specification putting module 3; a carrying device is arranged between the specification putting module 3 and the cup cover mounting module 4. The first mechanical arm 61 and the second mechanical arm 62 are positioned between the polishing cleaning module 1 and the specification putting module 3, and the two groups of decoration sheet modules 2 are respectively positioned at two sides of the first mechanical arm 61 and the second mechanical arm 2. For the thermos cup body without the decoration sheet, the first mechanical arm 61 is placed between the first mechanical arm 61 and the second mechanical arm 62 after grabbing the cup body, and then the second mechanical arm 62 is placed on the transmission belt of the specification putting module 3 after grabbing the cup body.
The working principle is as follows: when the vacuum cups are assembled, the cup bodies are placed on a conveying belt in a polishing and cleaning module 1, the conveying belt is processed by a polishing unit 11, a cleaning unit 12 and a position adjusting unit 13 on two sides of the conveying belt in the running process, the processed cup bodies are placed in veneer attaching modules 2 on two sides after being grabbed by a first manipulator 61, or are placed between the first manipulator 61 and a second manipulator 62 and then directly placed by a second manipulator 62 to a specification putting module 3, the cup bodies are sequentially processed by a position correcting unit 21, a veneer placing unit 22 and a pressing and fixing unit 23 in the veneer attaching module 2, the cup bodies are grabbed by the second manipulator 62 after being qualified through a detection unit and then are placed in the specification putting module 3, and the cup bodies are placed in a recovery module 5 if the cup bodies are unqualified; the cup body is processed by the specification placing unit 21 and the pressing unit 32 in the specification putting module 3 in sequence, is placed in the specification, is conveyed to the cup cover mounting module 4 by the conveying device, and is screwed by the pre-screwing unit 41 and the screwing unit 42 on the two sides of the conveying belt to obtain a finished product.

the decorative sheet module comprises a position correction unit, a decorative sheet placing unit and a pressing unit which are sequentially arranged, wherein the position correction unit is used for correcting the position of the vacuum cup, the decorative sheet placing unit is used for placing decorative sheets on the vacuum cup, and the pressing unit is used for pressing and fixing the decorative sheets on the vacuum cup;
the specification putting module comprises a specification placing unit and a pressing unit which are sequentially arranged, wherein the specification placing unit is used for placing one end of a specification into the thermos cup, and the pressing unit is used for pressing the specification into the thermos cup;
the cup cover installation module comprises a pre-screwing unit and a screwing unit which are sequentially arranged, and the pre-screwing unit is used for pre-screwing the cup cover of the vacuum cup on the cup body by 180 degrees; the screwing unit is used for screwing the cup cover of the vacuum cup on the cup body.

A vacuum cup assembly line according to claim 1, characterized in that a first manipulator is arranged between the polishing and cleaning module and the decoration piece module, and a second manipulator is arranged between the decoration piece module and the specification putting module; and a carrying device is arranged between the specification putting module and the cup cover mounting module.

the vacuum cup fixture comprises a base and a clamping device, and the clamping device is rotatably arranged on the base;
the first driving mechanism drives the clamping device to rotate.
6. A thermos cup assembly line according to claim 5, characterized in that the clamping device comprises two parallel clamping bars, at least one of which is rotatably arranged on the base.
