Abstract
一种钢渣资源化系统,经过破碎、磁选等预处理后的钢渣尾渣送入缓冲仓进行储存,仓下设计量设备将钢渣送入粉磨设备进行粉磨,粉磨后的钢渣粉经磁化焙烧后送入悬浮态磁选机进行磁选;悬浮态磁选后的磁性料经湿法粉磨和湿法磁选进一步处理,湿法磁选所得磁性料为富集了惰性矿物的钢渣粉,湿法磁选所得非磁性料为生产水泥用铁质原料;悬浮态磁选后的非磁性料经气力分选后得到粗粉和细粉,细粉为活性钢渣粉,粗粉继续粉磨至与细粉粒度相近,亦即为活性钢渣粉。本实用新型将粉磨装置、磁化焙烧装置、悬浮态磁选机、超细选粉机按照一定的逻辑关系进行组合,达到了提高钢渣粉活性和富集惰性矿物的效果,实现了钢渣的资源化利用。

本实用新型属于钢渣综合利用技术领域,特别涉及一种钢渣资源化系统。
背景技术
我国是钢铁使用和生产大国,国家统计局公布的数据显示,2017年我国粗钢产量为83173万t。钢渣作为炼钢产生的固体废物,其产率一般为粗钢产量的13~15%,由此推算,2017年产生钢渣约1亿吨。国家工信部公布的数据显示,近年钢渣综合利用率不超过21%,日益增加的钢渣堆存需求既占用宝贵的土地资源,也造成环境污染。钢渣通过破碎、磁选等处理后,可生产出占钢渣总量约10%的“精矿”和约85%的“尾渣”;“精矿”可再次返回炼钢环节烧结使用,而大量的尾渣由于铁品位低无法直接循环利用。
目前,尾渣利用的主要途径是通过将其粉磨制备成钢渣粉用于水泥混合材或混凝土掺合料,但钢渣粉活性低是其在水泥或混凝土中应用的最大障碍。
当前流行的粉磨工艺多为一段式粉磨工艺,即将钢渣通过粉磨设备粉磨到一定细度即作为终端产品用于建材。由于钢渣尾渣的成分主要包括惰性矿物和活性矿物,此种粉磨方式无法去除钢渣粉中的惰性矿物,只能通过提高细度的方式提高钢渣粉活性,既提高了粉磨电耗,又无法从根本上提高钢渣粉活性。因此,国内大部分钢渣粉磨生产线均在停产状态。
发明内容
针对目前粉磨工艺能耗高、见效低等问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢渣资源化系统,将磁化焙烧、气力分选、磁选系统与传统粉磨系统有机结合,形成一种全新的工艺,可显著提高钢渣粉活性,富集惰性矿物。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种钢渣资源化系统,包括缓冲仓一01,缓冲仓一01出口通过计量装置02和胶带输送机一03与粉磨装置一06的入口连接,粉磨装置一06的细粉出口接旋风收尘装置08,旋风收尘装置08的物料出口接缓冲仓三09,缓冲仓三09的出口接磁化焙烧装置10,磁化焙烧装置10的焙烧物料出口接缓冲仓四12,焙烧热源19接磁化焙烧装置10为其提供焙烧用热风,离心风机一11接在磁化焙烧装置10和粉磨装置一06之间,将焙烧后的热风送入粉磨装置一06提供粉磨烘干用热量;缓冲仓四12的出口接悬浮态磁选机13,悬浮态磁选机13的非磁性料出口接气力分选装置14,气力分选装置14的细粉出口接收尘装置17,气力分选装置14的粗粉出口接粉磨装置二15,收尘装置17和粉磨装置二15的出口均连接活性钢渣粉储存库,悬浮态磁选机13的磁性料出口接惰性钢渣粉储存库。
所述悬浮态磁选机13的磁性料出口通过输送机20和斗式提升机二21接湿法球磨机22,湿法球磨机22的出口接湿法磁选机23,湿法磁选机23的磁性料出口接压滤机一25,非磁性料出口接压滤机二28,压滤机一25和压滤机二28的出口分别接独立的储存库。
系统为负压操作系统,离心风机二16接在旋风收尘装置08的出风口,为粉磨装置一06和旋风收尘装置08提供动力,离心风机三18接在布袋收尘装置17的出风口,为气力分选装置14和布袋收尘装置17提供动力。
所述经过预处理的钢渣尾渣全铁含量<2%,粒度<10mm,粉磨后的钢渣粉比表面积不小于300m2/kg。
当出粉磨装置一06的钢渣粉中磁性料的含量大于50%时,不进入磁化焙烧装置10,直接进入悬浮态磁选机13进行悬浮态磁选处理。
根据以上结构,其钢渣资源化方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将经过预处理的钢渣尾渣送入缓冲仓暂存,并通过设置在仓底的计量系统将钢渣尾渣送入粉磨系统进行粉磨;
步骤2,将粉磨后的钢渣粉送入磁化焙烧系统进行磁化焙烧,磁化焙烧的温度不小于600℃;
步骤3,将磁化焙烧后的钢渣粉送入悬浮态磁选机进行磁选,悬浮态磁选机选出的磁性料中惰性矿物含量不小于45%;
步骤4,将悬浮态磁选机选出的磁性料进一步湿法粉磨和湿法磁选,湿法磁选选出的磁性料为富集了惰性矿物的钢渣粉,湿法磁选选出的磁性料中磁性料含量>95%,满足选煤用磁铁矿粉的技术要求,可用作选煤用重介质粉;同时磁性料中全铁含量大于40%,可用作烧结用铁精矿粉;选出的非磁性料全铁含量不小于20%,可用于生产水泥用铁质原料
步骤5,将悬浮态磁选机选出的非磁性料送入气力分选系统进行气力分选,选出的细粉即为活性钢渣粉,气力分选后的细粉比表面积不小于420m2/kg,所述步骤6中,粉磨后的细粉比表面积不小于420m2/kg;
步骤6,将气力分选系统选出的粗粉送入粉磨系统进行粉磨,粉磨后的细粉亦为活性钢渣粉。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)可有效提高钢渣粉活性;
2)可在磁性粉中有效富集惰性矿物,提高磁性粉中铁元素的含量和磁性物比例,增加了磁性粉的附加值,拓宽了磁性粉的资源化利用途径。
3)与现有粉磨系统的兼容性好,可通过改造将现有粉磨系统升级为本实用新型所述的工艺系统,从而盘活资产,节约社会资源。
综上所述,本实用新型可有效提高钢渣粉活性,富集惰性矿物,将钢渣尾渣变废为宝,减轻环境压力,有一定的社会价值。

综上,本实用新型为一种钢渣资源化系统,经过破碎、磁选等预处理后的钢渣尾渣送入缓冲仓进行储存,仓下设计量设备将钢渣送入粉磨设备进行粉磨,粉磨后的钢渣粉经磁化焙烧后送入悬浮态磁选机进行磁选;悬浮态磁选后的磁性料经湿法粉磨和湿法磁选进一步处理,湿法磁选所得磁性料为富集了惰性矿物的钢渣粉,湿法磁选所得非磁性料为生产水泥用铁质原料;悬浮态磁选后的非磁性料经气力分选后得到粗粉和细粉,细粉为活性钢渣粉,粗粉继续粉磨至与细粉粒度相近,亦即为活性钢渣粉。
本实用新型将粉磨装置、磁化焙烧装置、悬浮态磁选机、超细选粉机按照一定的逻辑关系进行组合,达到了提高钢渣粉活性和富集惰性矿物的效果,实现了钢渣的资源化利用。

1.一种钢渣资源化系统,其特征在于,包括缓冲仓一(01),缓冲仓一(01)出口通过计量装置(02)和胶带输送机一(03)与粉磨装置一(06)的入口连接,粉磨装置一(06)的细粉出口接旋风收尘装置(08),旋风收尘装置(08)的物料出口接缓冲仓三(09),缓冲仓三(09)的出口接磁化焙烧装置(10),磁化焙烧装置(10)的焙烧物料出口接缓冲仓四(12),焙烧热源(19)接磁化焙烧装置(10)为其提供焙烧用热风,离心风机一(11)接在磁化焙烧装置(10)和粉磨装置一(06)之间,将焙烧后的热风送入粉磨装置一(06)提供粉磨烘干用热量;缓冲仓四(12)的出口接悬浮态磁选机(13),悬浮态磁选机(13)的非磁性料出口接气力分选装置(14),气力分选装置(14)的细粉出口接收尘装置(17),气力分选装置(14)的粗粉出口接粉磨装置二(15),收尘装置(17)和粉磨装置二(15)的出口均连接活性钢渣粉储存库,悬浮态磁选机(13)的磁性料出口接惰性钢渣粉储存库。
2.根据权利要求1所述钢渣资源化系统,其特征在于,所述悬浮态磁选机(13)的磁性料出口通过输送机(20)和斗式提升机二(21)接湿法球磨机(22),湿法球磨机(22)的出口接湿法磁选机(23),湿法磁选机(23)的磁性料出口接压滤机一(25),非磁性料出口接压滤机二(28),压滤机一(25)和压滤机二(28)的出口分别接独立的储存库。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述钢渣资源化系统,其特征在于,系统为负压操作系统,离心风机二(16)接在旋风收尘装置(08)的出风口,为粉磨装置一(06)和旋风收尘装置(08)提供动力,离心风机三(18)接在布袋收尘装置(17)的出风口,为气力分选装置(14)和布袋收尘装置(17)提供动力。
4.根据权利要求1所述钢渣资源化系统,其特征在于,当出粉磨装置一(06)的钢渣粉中磁性料的含量大于50%时,不进入磁化焙烧装置(10),直接进入悬浮态磁选机(13)进行悬浮态磁选处理。
