Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments that embody features and advantages of the present invention will be described in detail in the following description. It is to be understood that the invention is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modification without departing from the scope of the invention, and that the description and drawings are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an ultrasonic disinfection faucet, which can be installed on a common household water pipe, and includes a valve body 1, a waterway switch 2, a water outlet pipe 3, and a disinfection component 4.
Wherein, the valve body 1 is provided with a valve core inside, and the bottom end (shown in the figure direction) of the valve core is communicated with a cold water pipe and a hot water pipe (not shown in the figure). The waterway switch 2 is an intelligent infrared inductive switch which is electrically connected with the valve core, thereby controlling the connection and disconnection of the waterway.
The water outlet pipe 3 in this embodiment is U-shaped. A water outlet channel 31 is arranged in the water outlet pipe 3. The two ends of the water outlet pipe 3 are a water inlet 32 and a water outlet 33. The water inlet 32 of the water outlet pipe 3 is communicated with the upper end of the valve core.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the sterilizing unit 4 includes a power source 41, an ultrasonic generator 42 electrically connected to the power source 41, and a catalyst 43 having a function of promoting degradation of harmful substances in the tap water.
Specifically, the ultrasonic generator 42 in this embodiment is a common commercially available micro ultrasonic generator, and the structure thereof is not described herein, and the working power is small (e.g., 5-45W). The ultrasonic generator 42 is arranged on the pipe wall of the end of the water outlet pipe 3 close to the water outlet 33, and sends ultrasonic waves to the water outlet pipe 3 to perform ultrasonic radiation treatment on the tap water in the water outlet pipe 3. The working principle is as follows: under the radiation effect of ultrasonic waves, the aqueous solution generates an ultrasonic cavitation effect, so that water molecules are cracked into free radicals such as OH, H and the like, and organic matters in the water are oxidized; when ultrasonic waves propagate in a liquid medium, longitudinal waves are generated, so that regions which are alternately compressed and expanded are generated, and the regions with changed pressure are easy to cause a cavitation phenomenon and form micro bubble nuclei in the medium. At the moment of adiabatic shrinkage and collapse, the microbubble core is internally at high temperature and high pressure, so that certain bacteria in the liquid are killed, viruses are inactivated, and even the cell walls of certain microorganisms with small volume are damaged.
Specifically, the catalyst 43 is disposed on the wall of the outlet pipe 3. The catalyst 43 contains one or more of titanium, platinum, zinc, palladium, silver and carbon elements, such as one or more of nano-titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, silver and carbon particles. Preferably, titanium with better catalytic effect and reasonable cost is mainly used in the embodiment. The pipe body material of outlet pipe 3 of this embodiment is copper or stainless steel, and the inner wall surface of outlet pipe 3 is through scribbling a layer of nanometer titanium dioxide coating agent or plating a layer of titanium alloy and being regarded as catalyst 43. In other embodiments, only the body of the water outlet pipe 3 may be directly made into a titanium pipe, a titanium alloy pipe or a plastic pipe containing titanium ions and silver ions.
The working principle of the catalyst is as follows: under specific conditions (such as high temperature, high pressure, spectrum of specific wave band), the catalytic effect of the catalyst is enhanced. The electrons on the surface of the catalyst particles are activated and escape from the original orbitals, generating free electrons and holes. The holes have oxidizing ability, the electrons have reducing ability, and water can be catalyzed into active groups with extremely strong oxidizing ability, such as hydroxyl free radicals, active oxygen and the like. The strong oxidizing groups can strongly decompose various organic compounds and partial inorganic matters with unstable chemical bonds, can destroy cell membranes of bacteria and protein carriers for coagulating viruses, and can be degraded into harmless carbon dioxide and water, thereby realizing disinfection and sterilization. However, it should be noted that the catalyst is only used as a catalyst, and its own properties do not change before and after the reaction, and there is no loss.
The tap water in the water outlet pipe 3 is subjected to ultrasonic radiation treatment through the ultrasonic generator 42, so that primary disinfection is realized; meanwhile, the high temperature and high pressure conditions generated during the ultrasonic radiation treatment promote the catalyst 43 to generate a strong catalytic function, and harmful substances in the tap water are eliminated again. Moreover, by arranging the disinfecting assembly 4 at a position close to the water outlet 33, the sanitary condition at the position of the water outlet 33 is ensured to be good, and the finally flowing water is ensured to be clean.
Still referring to fig. 2, the sterilization assembly 4 further includes a housing 44, the housing 44 serving a primary load-bearing function. The housing 44 is mounted on the body of the outlet pipe 3. A first avoidance hole is formed in a left end surface (in the direction shown in the figure) of the housing 44, and a cavity is formed inside the housing 44. The ultrasonic generator 42 is fixedly arranged in the containing cavity and is connected with the pipe wall after penetrating through the first avoidance hole. In particular, the housing 44 and the water outlet pipe 3 in this embodiment are detachably connected, such as clamping, screw locking, magnetic attraction, and the like. In this way, the entire sterilization assembly 4 can be removed when the sterilization function is not needed.
Further, the power source 41 may be a direct plug-in type or a rechargeable type. In the present embodiment, the power source 41 is a rechargeable battery. The storage battery is fixedly arranged in the cavity. The sterilization assembly 4 further includes an electronic control board 45 (also called a circuit board) and a charging port 46. The electric control plate 45 is fixedly arranged in the accommodating cavity. The ultrasonic generator 42 is electrically connected with the storage battery through an electric control board 45. The plug-in position of the charging port 46 is exposed out of the housing 44, and the charging port 46 is electrically connected with the storage battery through the electric control board 45, so that the charging function of the storage battery is realized. Preferably, the charging port 46 in this embodiment is a conventional USB interface. The input voltage is low, and the storage battery can be pulled out after being fully charged, so that the storage battery is safer. Compared with the circuit directly connected to 220V for use, the non-charging storage battery is used as the working power supply 41, so that the danger of electric leakage and electric shock can be effectively avoided. It is understood that in other embodiments, a removable connection between the battery and the housing 44 may be used. The batteries are then directly removed for charging and then placed in the housing 44.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the sterilization assembly 4 further includes a control switch 47, such as a push-button switch, a touch switch, an inductive switch, for connecting or disconnecting the electrical circuit between the battery and the ultrasonic generator. Preferably, the control switch 47 in the present embodiment is a push-button type switch. The control switch 47 is electrically connected to the electric control board 45 and exposed from the surface of the housing 44. It will be appreciated that a waterproof ring (not shown) may be used to seal the control switch 47 from the housing 44, so that the waterproof performance is enhanced. When the water tap is turned on to take water, the ultrasonic generator 42 can be started to work by turning on the control switch 47. When water is not taken, the ultrasonic generator 42 can be turned off by turning off the control switch 47, so that the effects of environmental protection and energy conservation are achieved.
Still referring to fig. 1, the sterilization assembly 4 further includes a display screen 48 embedded on a surface of the housing 44 and a plurality of control buttons 49 extending outwardly from the surface of the housing 44. The display screen 48 and the control buttons 49 are electrically connected to the electronic control board 45. The frequency and the working time of the ultrasonic waves can be adjusted through the control buttons 49, and all parameters are displayed on the display screen 48, so that the ultrasonic wave generator is very intuitive.
Referring to fig. 3, the outlet pipe 3 includes a first pipe 34 of an inverted L shape and a second pipe 35 of a 1 shape. One end of the first pipeline 34 is connected with the valve core, and the other end is detachably connected with the second pipeline 35. In the present embodiment, the first pipe 34 and the second pipe 35 are connected by a screw thread. Wherein, the end of the first pipeline 34 far away from the water inlet 32 is provided with internal threads, and the end of the second pipeline 35 far away from the water outlet 33 is provided with external threads. The catalyst 43 is provided only on the inner wall of the second duct 35. Thus, when the charging is required or the sterilizing function is not used, the second pipe 35 is detached from the first pipe 34, and a general faucet can be realized. The operation is simple, different function choices are provided for users, and after the second pipeline 35 is detached, the appearance of the first pipeline 34 is not affected due to the internal threads.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the ultrasonic disinfection faucet further comprises a protecting sleeve 5 sleeved outside the water outlet pipe 3, wherein the protecting sleeve 5 is made of wave-absorbing materials and can effectively isolate ultrasonic waves and noise. Moreover, a second avoidance hole for avoiding the installation of the ultrasonic generator 42 is formed on the protection sleeve 5.
