The exerciser sits on the second seat cushion 510 facing the square support 1, and then lifts and holds the two second pull rings 56 with both hands and pulls down the fourth weight 18 to lift up, thereby exercising the back muscles.

the low-pull training mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the square support, is positioned right below the third cross beam, is connected with the third counterweight and is used for the horizontal pull training of the body builder in a sitting posture;
and the high-tension training mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the square support, is positioned right below the fourth cross beam, is connected with the fourth counterweight and is used for the body builder to perform vertical tension training in a sitting posture.

the top end of the upright post is fixedly connected with the first cross beam, and the bottom end of the upright post is used for supporting the ground and is fixedly connected with the square bracket; the upright post is vertically and slidably connected with an adjusting component;
the first movable pulley is arranged right above the first counterweight;
the first fixed pulley block is arranged on the first cross beam;
the second fixed pulley block is arranged at the top of the square support and is respectively positioned at two sides of the first movable pulley together with the first fixed pulley block;
the third fixed pulley block is arranged at the bottom of the square support, one side of the third fixed pulley block is positioned at the outer side of the square support, and the other side of the third fixed pulley block is positioned in the square support;

the two low-pull pulleys are horizontally connected to the first mounting frame at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the third cross beam and close to the square support, and correspond to the two sixth fixed pulleys respectively;
and one end of the third pull wire is provided with a first pull ring, and the other end of the third pull wire sequentially penetrates through one of the low-pull pulleys, one of the sixth fixed pulley, the second movable pulley, the other of the sixth fixed pulley and the other of the low-pull pulleys and is also provided with the first pull ring.

two seventh fixed pulleys which are connected to the fourth beam at intervals in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the fourth beam and are positioned right above the fourth counterweight;
the two high-tension pulleys are horizontally connected to the fourth cross beam at intervals vertical to the extending direction of the fourth cross beam and are positioned right above the second seat cushion, and the two high-tension pulleys correspond to the two seventh fixed pulleys respectively;
and one end of the fourth pull wire is positioned between the second mounting frame and the fourth cross beam, a second pull ring is arranged at the end of the fourth pull wire, the other end of the fourth pull wire sequentially penetrates through one of the high-tension pulleys, one of the seventh fixed pulley, the third movable pulley, the other seventh fixed pulley and the other high-tension pulley and extends to a position between the second mounting frame and the fourth cross beam, and the second pull ring is also arranged at the end of the fourth pull wire.
