Meanwhile, a circular radiating hole is further formed in the first vertical chamber 11, and the driving spindle 60 inside the circular radiating hole is cooled by air. The lower end of the outer shell 10 is also provided with a water cooling jacket 90 covering the driving main shaft 60, so that water cooling heat dissipation is realized, and the service life of the fan is greatly prolonged.
The water cooling jacket 90 has a water inlet 91 and a water outlet 92 on opposite sides, which are connected with a water pipe for circulating water cooling.
In addition, the lower end of the water cooling jacket 90 is provided with a mounting flange 93 with a mounting hole, so that the water cooling jacket can be conveniently mounted on a furnace wall, and the stability is improved.
The centrifugal fan blade 80 is formed by casting steel, is high-temperature resistant and comprises an upper panel 81 fixed on the driving main shaft 60; a plurality of air deflectors 82 welded to the upper panel 81 and annularly arranged; and a lower plate portion 83 welded to the lower end of the air guide plate 82, the lower plate portion 83 having a ring shape and an air inlet 84 at the center. In the embodiment, the upper panel 81 is circular, the plurality of air deflectors 82 are welded on the lower surface, the lower ends of the lower air deflectors 82 are welded by the annular lower plate part 83, and an air inlet 84 located in the center is reserved, so that air flow can enter from the air inlet 84 and flow out from gaps among the plurality of air deflectors 82, the air guiding efficiency is improved, the air flow circulation is accelerated, and the efficiency is better.
