一种线切割工作台支架,如图1所示,包括两根横向支撑杆1和两根纵向支撑杆2,所述两根纵向支撑杆2两端置于两根横向支撑杆1上,横向支撑杆1上设T型槽Ⅰ11(参见图2),所述工作台支架还包括用于压紧薄板工件的装夹压紧机构3和用于锁紧横向支撑杆1和纵向支撑杆2的纵向杆锁紧机构4,如图3所示,所述纵向支撑杆2内侧面上部为阶梯状,装夹压紧机构3设于其上,包括两块长条形压板Ⅰ31,多个压紧弹簧32和活动锁紧销33,如图4、图5所示,所述多个压紧弹簧32均匀设于两块压板Ⅰ31下部,压紧弹簧32上端与压板Ⅰ31连接,下端接触纵向支撑杆2,两块压板Ⅰ31一端分别开设通孔并通过一转轴与纵向支撑杆2两端转动连接,压板Ⅰ31可沿转轴于竖直面上下转动,压板Ⅰ31另一端开设腰形销孔34,纵向支撑杆2上与销孔34对应处开设L型槽23,如图8所示,L型槽23之横向槽上方为半圆槽状,便于卡紧活动锁紧销33,所述活动锁紧销33穿过销孔34插入L型槽23内,装夹时,将活动锁紧销33拨至L型槽之竖向槽,压板Ⅰ31松开往上转(参见图7),将工件放于纵向支撑杆2内侧面上部的台阶面,压板Ⅰ31转下压紧工件,活动锁紧销33拨入L型槽之横向槽(卡入半圆槽状内),压板Ⅰ31被固定(参见图6),完成工件的安装,整个过程简单方便,不仅节省大量繁琐的步骤与时间,而且压板Ⅰ下均匀分布的压紧弹簧接触压紧工件,使得压力更均匀,效果更牢固可靠,L型槽上半圆槽状的设计也使得活动锁紧销锁紧更牢固;A wire cutting workbench bracket, as shown in Figure 1, includes two
