Claims (7)
1. A cleaning device for processing forsythia suspense leaf green tea is characterized by comprising a storage frame for storing forsythia suspense leaf green tea to be cleaned, a base (1), a driving device (3), a speed reducer (4), a cleaning box (5), a rotating shaft (7), a supporting plate (9), a drain pipe (18) and a fastener (26);
a plurality of supporting columns (2) are uniformly arranged on the lower end surface of the base (1); the cleaning box (5) is arranged on the base (1), a drain hole is formed in the cleaning box (5), an ultrasonic oscillator is arranged in the cleaning box (5), and an opening is formed in the upper end face of the cleaning box (5); a water inlet pipe orifice of the drain pipe (18) is connected with a drain hole, and a control valve (19) is arranged on the drain pipe (18);
the rotating shaft (7) is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the cleaning box (5), the rotating shaft (7) is rotatably connected with the cleaning box (5), the joint of the rotating shaft (7) and the cleaning box (5) is arranged in a sealing way, and the rotating shaft (7) is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer (4); the input shaft of the speed reducer (4) is connected with the output shaft of the driving device (3); the support plate (9) is positioned in the cleaning box (5), the support plate (9) is arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft (7), and the upper end of the support plate (9) is vertically provided with a guide post (11);
the storage frame comprises a storage rack (10), a screen (12) and a cover plate (13); the screen meshes (12) are connected and distributed at the head and are arranged on the peripheral surface of the storage rack (10); the storage rack (10) comprises a mounting plate (101), a plurality of connecting plates (102) and a bottom plate (103); the projection of the mounting plate (101) is annular, and a second through hole for the guide column (11) to pass through is formed in the center of the bottom plate (103); one end of each connecting plate (102) is connected with the mounting plate (101), the other end of each connecting plate (102) is connected with the bottom plate (103), and the connecting plates (102) are uniformly distributed in a circle by taking the circle center of the second through hole as the center; the cover plate (13) is provided with a first through hole (132) for the guide post (11) to pass through, and the cover plate (13) is arranged on the inner side of the storage rack (10) in a sliding manner; during cleaning, the fastening piece (26) is in threaded connection with the guide post (11), and the fastening piece (26) presses the cover plate (13) towards the end face of the cover plate (13); the bottom plate (103) presses the support plate (9).

the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet hole (17), and the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with the water outlet port (24) of the water storage tank (20);
the water inlet end hole of the water storage tank (20) is connected with the water outlet pipe opening of the water outlet pipe (18), and a filter screen (21), a PP cotton plate (22) and an activated carbon filter plate (23) are sequentially arranged in the water storage tank (20) along the water flow direction of the water inlet end opening towards the water outlet end opening (24).
