本实用新型公开了一种锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，包括胸侧夹板、背侧夹板、肩部固定带、双圈前侧固定带、双圈背侧固定带、腰部固定带、Y型支架、防压疮垫和肩外展固定枕；双圈前侧固定带设置在胸侧夹板上，双圈背侧固定带设置在背侧夹板上，通过固定肩带固定连接；Y型支架上端与胸部夹板固定连接，下端与腰部固定带固定连接。本实用新型的有益之处在于：背侧夹板同时固定锁骨背侧及脊柱，能更好的维持夹板的稳定和固定的效果，促进锁骨的愈合；固定肩带上设置有防压疮垫，能够降低压疮的发生率；设置肩外展固定枕，限制手臂、胸颈的活动，避免患者在坐起、行走过程中产生骨折断端移位。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨折固定器，具体涉及一种锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，属于医疗保护装置技术领域。
背景技术
人体中锁骨为S状弯曲的细长骨，为颈与胸两部的分界，也是上肢与躯干之间唯一的骨性联系。锁骨受外力作用时易发生骨折，如跌倒时手或肘部着地、肩部着地等。锁骨骨折是常见的骨折之一，占全身骨折的5％～10％，多发生在锁骨中1/3或中外1/3交界处。根据骨折类型、移位程度酌情选择相应的治疗方法。现有的治疗方法有手术和非手术治疗，手术治疗包括切开复位内固定及闭合复位外固定架固定；非手术治疗有“8”字绷带、双圈法固定、锁骨固定带、“丁”字板外固定、扁担夹板外固定等治疗方法。
锁骨骨折手术治疗固定可靠、护理方便、可解剖复位、可早期功能锻炼；但手术需在麻醉下进行，创伤大，还要二次手术取出固定物，术中容易损伤神经血管，术后容易发生感染、骨折再移位，骨不连等并发症，并且费用较高，如果是老年人，有心脑肺部疾病或麻醉禁忌，手术风险大。
锁骨骨折非手术保守治疗方法一般复位当时骨折对位对线良好，但因固定不可靠、无法限制骨折端的活动，容易再次造成骨折移位，需要再次或多次复位等延长住院时间，增加患者的痛苦及住院费用，并且病人咳嗽都会引起伤肢疼痛，尤其夜间睡眠困难，半卧位亦无法克服疼痛，长期固定时易发生皮肤磨擦溃疡，腋神经压迫、麻木、上肢静脉血栓，双上肢肿胀，老年人还可能诱发其他并发症。现有的固定方法没有统一的标准，大多数靠骨科医生自制固定带，因经验不同，固定带的舒适度和固定效果不一样，所以影响临床效果。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，包括胸侧夹板、背侧夹板、肩部固定带、双圈前侧固定带、双圈背侧固定带、腰部固定带和Y型支架；所述胸侧夹板位于背侧夹板前侧；双圈前侧固定带设置在胸侧夹板上，双圈背侧固定带设置在背侧夹板上，双圈前侧固定带、双圈背侧固定带通过固定肩带固定连接；所述Y型支架上端与胸部夹板固定连接，下端与腰部固定带固定连接。
优选的，固定肩带还包括防压疮垫。
优选的，还包括肩外展固定枕，通过魔术贴固定在腰部固定带两侧，并且通过背带从侧肩部缠绕固定。
优选的，腰部固定带通过魔术贴调节大小。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：
(1)背侧夹板将锁骨背侧的夹板与脊柱背夹式固定器结合为一体，按照人体的生理曲度设计，其上到肩部水平，下变到达腰骶部；胸侧夹板和Y型支架固定连接可以防止颈部和胸部前屈，能更好的维持夹板的稳定和固定的效果，不容易松动，而且仰卧时肩部不会悬空能够进一步促进锁骨的愈合。
(2)双圈前侧固定带、双圈背侧固定带通过固定肩带进一步固定，防止双圈固定带移位，并且固定肩带上还设置有防压疮垫，能够降低压疮的发生率。
(3)设置肩外展固定枕，能够使肩关节外展，固定在一定角度，限制了手臂、胸颈的活动，避免了患者在坐起、行走过程中产生骨折断端移位。

一种锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，包括胸侧夹板1、背侧夹板2、肩部固定带3、双圈前侧固定带41、双圈背侧固定带42、腰部固定带5和Y型支架6；所述胸侧夹板1位于背侧夹板2前侧；双圈前侧固定带41设置在胸侧夹板1上，双圈背侧固定带42设置在背侧夹板 2上，双圈前侧固定带41、双圈背侧固定带42通过肩部固定带3固定连接；所述Y型支架6上端与胸侧夹板1固定连接，下端与腰部固定带5固定连接。
背侧夹板2将锁骨背侧的夹板与脊柱背夹式固定器结合为一体，按照人体的生理曲度设计，其上到肩部水平，下变到达腰骶部，胸侧夹板1和Y型支架6固定连接可以防止颈部和胸部前屈，能更好的维持夹板的稳定和固定的效果，不容易松动，而且仰卧时肩部不会悬空，能够促进锁骨的愈合。
双圈前侧固定带41、双圈背侧固定带42通过肩部固定带3进一步固定，防止移位，并且肩部固定带3上还设置有防压疮垫，能够降低压疮的发生率。
肩外展固定枕7通过魔术贴固定在腰部固定带5两侧，并且通过背带从侧肩部缠绕固定，患者手臂放置在肩外展固定枕7上可以使肩关节外展45°，肘关节屈曲90°，损伤后的2-3周内可以有效的固定患肢，避免了伤臂和肩关节活动后引起骨折再移位和疼痛。根据三角形的稳定原理，将骨折固定在稳定的支具上，为骨折提供可靠的支撑，大大减轻了患者的疼痛感。
腰部固定带5通过魔术贴调节大小，能够适用于不同体型患者。

1.一种锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，其特征在于，包括胸侧夹板(1)、背侧夹板(2)、肩部固定带(3)、双圈前侧固定带(41)、双圈背侧固定带(42)、腰部固定带(5)和Y型支架(6)；所述胸侧夹板(1)位于背侧夹板(2)前侧；双圈前侧固定带(41)设置在胸侧夹板(1)上，双圈背侧固定带(42)设置在背侧夹板(2)上，双圈前侧固定带(41)、双圈背侧固定带(42)通过肩部固定带(3)固定连接；所述Y型支架(6)上端与胸侧夹板(1)固定连接，下端与腰部固定带(5)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，其特征在于，还包括肩外展固定枕(7)，通过魔术贴固定在腰部固定带(5)两侧，并且通过背带从侧肩部缠绕固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，其特征在于，肩部固定带(3)腋窝处还包括防压疮垫(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锁骨骨折背夹式肩外展固定器，其特征在于，腰部固定带(5)通过魔术贴调节大小。
