Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,旨在解决现有的骨灰盒支架打开后占用较大的空间的问题,包括门板、立板、层板、滑轮组和滑轮导槽;立板与层板固定连接并形成一个两端开口的箱体,滑轮导槽由彼此垂直设置的内滑轮导槽和外滑轮导槽构成,内滑轮导槽数量为2且设置在箱体内侧与箱体固定连接,外滑轮导槽设置在箱体的开口内侧且与内滑轮导槽一端接触并垂直,外滑轮导槽上在与内滑轮导轨的轨道连接处设有用于连通彼此轨道的开口,门板设置在箱体的开口处且门板的侧端面上设有双组间距设置的滑轮组.本实用新型安装简单拆卸方便,造价低,开门方式新颖,采用翻转式开门,不会占据内部存储空间和外部通道空间。

技术领域
本实用新型属于骨灰存放架技术领域,用于骨灰盒的存放,具体涉及一种翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架。
背景技术
由于土地资源的紧缺,火葬后骨灰掩埋式存放占用大量的土地,导致用地紧张,因此骨灰掩埋式存放成本越来越高,使得骨灰架式存放方式成大势所趋。市场上的骨灰存放架有左右开门的,有上下开门的,但全都存在一个比较普遍的问题,即门打开后要占用较大的空间,不能藏人箱体内,每逢祭拜高峰时,拥挤的人群使得本来有限的空间更加拥挤,人多时也会发生碰撞。
目前市面上大多数隐藏门板设计的柜体,是在门板的两侧设置滑道,很多柜体设计中都是直接使用抽屉滑轨五金件,但是在使用中发现,在推拉的时候门板的两侧边不同步,往往造成门板推拉时卡住,且抽屉滑轨五金件加工复杂使得成本高。因此,有必要提供一种翻转隐藏门存放架,以克服上述现有技术的不足。

(1)要解决的技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,适应现实需要,提供一种翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,以解决现有的骨灰盒支架打开后占用较大的空间,人多时容易发生碰撞的问题。
(2)技术方案
为了实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,包括门板、箱体、滑轮组和滑轮导槽;所述箱体两端开口,所述滑轮导槽由彼此垂直设置的内滑轮导槽和外滑轮导槽构成,所述内滑轮导槽数量为2且设置在箱体内侧与箱体固定连接,所述外滑轮导槽设置在箱体的开口内侧且与内滑轮导槽一端接触并垂直,所述外滑轮导槽与内滑轮导槽上设有贯穿的供滑轮组来回滑动的轨道,所述外滑轮导槽上在与内滑轮导轨的轨道连接处设有用于连通彼此轨道的开口,所述门板设置在箱体的开口处且门板的侧端面上设有双组间距设置的滑轮组,其中包括设置在门板的侧端面的边缘处的边滑轮组。
较为优选的,所述滑轮组还包括设置在门板的侧端面中央的转动滑轮组。
较为优选的,所述门板上还设有门锁。
较为优选的,取决于所述内滑轮导槽与外滑轮导槽在箱体内的安装位置,所述门板的翻转方式可以为左右翻转或上下翻转。
较为优选的,所述箱体为立方体且由立板和层板固定连接而成。
(3)有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种翻转隐藏门存放架,门板和箱体组装结构简单,开门方式新颖多样化,开关门不占外部过道空间,造价低,本实用新型组装通过成型好的孔位直接固定,门板与箱体通过滑轮相连,安装简单拆卸方便,造价低,开门方式新颖,采用翻转式开门,不会占据内部存储空间和外部通道空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-3和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明:
本方案中门板的翻转方式可以为左右翻转或上下翻转,取决于所述内滑轮导槽与外滑轮导槽在箱体内的安装位置,下面就分别就以右翻转为例(实施例1)和上翻转为例(实施例2)分别阐述两种结构的翻转形式,其他形式不再赘述。
实施例1;
如图1所示,一种翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,包括门板1、左立板2、右立板3、上层板4、下层板5、滑轮组和滑轮导槽;所述左、右立板23与上、下层板45之间用螺丝或铆钉固定连接,形成一个两端开口的箱体,所述滑轮导槽由彼此垂直设置的内滑轮导槽6和外滑轮导槽7构成,所述外滑轮导槽6与内滑轮导槽7上设有贯穿的供滑轮组来回滑动的轨道,所述内滑轮导槽6数量为2且设置在箱体内侧与上、下层板45通过螺丝或铆钉相连固定,所述外滑轮导槽7设置在箱体的开口内侧通过螺丝或铆钉与上、下层板45固定连接,所述外滑轮导槽7与内滑轮导槽6一端接触并垂直相连并在连接处设有用于连通彼此轨道的开口7-1,所述门板1设置在箱体的开口处且门板1的侧端面上设有双组间距设置的滑轮组,其中包括设置在门板1的侧端面的边缘处的边滑轮组8,需要说明的是,边滑轮组8的设置至关重要,因为无论实现左右翻转还是上下翻转都需要将门板的一侧沿导轨滑入箱体内,因此只有边滑轮组才能满足条件,所述滑轮组还包括设置在门板1的侧端面中央的转动滑轮组9,此处需要注意的是,实际应用中当转动滑轮组9不设置在侧端面中央时,也能完成翻转动作,但是在翻转过程中会与两立板干涉,内部空间会占用过大,如此设计的初衷在于,当转动滑轮组9设置在中央时,门板位于转动滑轮组两侧的重量较为平均,为对称式翻转,更利于提高翻转过程中的平稳度和流畅度,而且门板翻转过程中不会碰到内部物品使内部存储空间最大化,所述门板上还设有门锁10。
较为优选的,所述外滑轮导槽7的长度与箱体的上下层板45的长度相吻合,所述内滑轮导槽6的长度与箱体的深度相吻合。
安装时,内滑轮导槽6分上下装入箱体中与上下层板45对应的孔用螺丝或铆钉相连固定,滑轮组通过门板上对应的孔用螺丝或铆钉相连固定在门板1的两侧端面,门锁10也对应的安装在门板1上,滑轮组与门板1安装固定好后,滑轮组对应的装入内滑轮导槽6中,推入箱体内,然后将外滑轮导槽7与上下层板45用螺丝或铆钉固定在一起安装完成,翻转步骤分为:旋转门锁至开启状态,向外拉动门板,门板侧翻转动,当门板与一侧箱体平行时推入箱体内部隐藏,门板的状态顺序依次如图2、3、4所示。
实施例2
如图5所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,所述内滑轮导槽6数量为2且设置在箱体内侧与左、右立板23通过螺丝或铆钉相连固定,所述外滑轮导槽7设置在箱体的开口内侧通过螺丝或铆钉与左、右立板23固定连接,所述外滑轮导槽7的长度与立板的高度相吻合,所述内滑轮导槽6的长度与箱体的深度相吻合。
翻转步骤,旋转门锁至开启状态,向外拉动门板,门板上翻转动,当门板与上侧箱体平行时推入箱体内部隐藏。
实施例1考虑到骨灰盒存放架的架体组装便利,箱体采用立板与层板通过安装件固定连接的方式,实际应用中箱体也采用较为轻质的一体式结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种翻转隐藏门存放架,门板和箱体组装结构简单,开门方式新颖多样化,开关门不占外部过道空间,造价低,本实用新型组装通过成型好的孔位直接固定,门板与箱体通过滑轮相连,安装简单拆卸方便,造价低,开门方式新颖,采用翻转式开门,不会占据内部存储空间和外部通道空间。
本实用新型的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本实用新型的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本实用新型的精神,都在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,其特征在于,包括门板、箱体、滑轮组和滑轮导槽,所述箱体两端开口,所述滑轮导槽由彼此垂直设置的内滑轮导槽和外滑轮导槽构成,所述内滑轮导槽数量为2且设置在箱体内侧与箱体固定连接,所述外滑轮导槽设置在箱体的开口内侧且与内滑轮导槽一端接触并垂直,所述外滑轮导槽与内滑轮导槽上设有贯穿的供滑轮组来回滑动的轨道,所述外滑轮导槽上在与内滑轮导轨的轨道连接处设有用于连通彼此轨道的开口,所述门板设置在箱体的开口处且门板的侧端面上设有双组间距设置的滑轮组,其中包括设置在门板的侧端面的边缘处的边滑轮组。
2.如权利要求1所述的翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,其特征在于,所述滑轮组还包括设置在门板的侧端面中央的转动滑轮组。
3.如权利要求1所述的翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,其特征在于:所述门板上还设有门锁。
4.如权利要求1所述的翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,其特征在于:取决于所述内滑轮导槽与外滑轮导槽在箱体内的安装位置,所述门板的翻转方式可以为左右翻转或上下翻转。
5.如权利要求1所述的翻转隐藏式骨灰盒存放架,其特征在于,所述箱体为立方体且由立板和层板固定连接而成。
