工作原理:在进行建筑垃圾筛选过程中,将建筑垃圾直接投入到筛选箱2 内部,启动第一电机5,第一电机5工作带动拨料板4转动,拨料板4转动时能够对废料进行翻动,使体积较小的渣土以及钉子等小型金属穿过第一筛板 3,而体积较大的木板等材料则留在第一筛板3上,同时在第二电机16的带动下,凸轮17会周期性推动顶出头15,从而使筛选筐14能够随着连杆13滑动,晃动的过程中,能够对落入到筛选筐14内部的废料进行筛选,体积较小的钉子等材料以及较小的渣土落到第二筛板18上,较小的渣土能够穿过第二筛板18,而钉子等金属则被吸附在第二筛板18上,整个过程结束后,启动刮料装置20,将金属材料从第二筛板18上刮下,使其从金属材料出口19排出即可,整个过程不仅能够对建筑垃圾进行分类筛选,且能够对钉子等体积较小的金属材料进行回收,以便后续再利用,解决了建筑垃圾中含有大量的金属材料,直接对其进行筛分,无法将金属材料与渣土分离,易造成材料的浪费的问题。Working principle: During the construction waste screening process, the construction waste is directly put into the
