Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种组合式换热器,包括壳体,及设置于壳体两端的圆形封头,及设置于壳体顶部两侧的冷流体进口和热流体进口,及设置于壳体底部一侧的冷流体出口和热流体出口,所述壳体内部设置有换热管、翅片和隔板,所述换热管和翅片相间隔排列,隔板把换热腔分隔为上下两部分,让冷流体的流经贯穿整个换热器内部空间。由于所述组合式换热器把壳管式换热器和翅管式换热器相结合,可以根据情况采用不同的换热方式,既可保存现有的翅管式换热器的空气换热功能,又可实现壳管式换热器的补充换热,尤其在冬季空气换热的效率十分低下时,此时有另一种热源作补充,能大大提高换热效率。

本实用新型涉及一种组合式换热器。
背景技术
目前现有的换热器包括壳管式换热器、翅管式换热器等。壳管式换热器一般用于两种液态介质之间的温差换热,壳管式换热器能实现恒定的温差换热,但需要消耗大量的能源。翅管式换热器多为空气、冷媒之间的换热(如:空调外机的冷凝器),翅管式换热器的结构如下:包括依靠月牙弯接口相连的外壳管,在外壳管的外表面设置铝翅片;翅管式换热器消耗空气中的能源,其结构简单,运行平稳,节能效果凸显,但是,换热效率随空气的温度、湿度变化而变化;所以,应用翅管式换热器的冷暖设备受天气因素影响,稳定性比较差。

本实用新型主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种结构简单,能恒温换热又节能的组合式换热器。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种组合式换热器,包括壳体,及设置于壳体两端的圆形封头,及设置于壳体顶部两侧的冷流体进口和热流体进口,及设置于壳体底部一侧的冷流体出口和热流体出口,所述壳体内部设置有换热管、翅片和隔板,所述换热管和翅片相间隔排列,隔板把换热腔分隔为上下两部分,让冷流体的流经贯穿整个换热器内部空间。
作为优选,所述热流体进口和热流体出口通过翅片形成一个完整的流通路径,所述冷流体进口和冷流体出口通过换热管形成完整回路。
作为优选,所述换热管和隔板都为水平设置,换热管以隔板为分界线,形成上下两部分,让冷流体的流动路径变为U型。
本实用新型组合式换热器的有益效果:由于所述组合式换热器把壳管式换热器和翅管式换热器相结合,可以根据情况采用不同的换热方式,既可保存现有的翅管式换热器的空气换热功能,又可实现壳管式换热器的补充换热,尤其在冬季空气换热的效率十分低下时,此时有另一种热源作补充,能大大提高换热效率。

如图1所示,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种组合式换热器,包括壳体1,及设置于壳体1两端的圆形封头7,及设置于壳体1顶部两侧的冷流体进口2和热流体进口3,及设置于壳体1底部一侧的冷流体出口5和热流体出口4,所述壳体1内部设置有换热管8、翅片9和隔板6,所述换热管8和翅片9相间隔排列,隔板6把换热腔分隔为上下两部分,让冷流体的流经贯穿整个换热器内部空间。
所述热流体进口3和热流体出口4通过翅片9形成一个完整的流通路径,所述冷流体进口2和冷流体出口5通过换热管8形成完整回路。
所述换热管8和隔板6都为水平设置,换热管8以隔板6为分界线,形成上下两部分,让冷流体的流动路径变为U型。
当外界环境良好的时候,可以直接采用翅管式换热,让冷流体从冷流体进口2进入后流经换热管8,和翅片9进行空气换热,换热后再从冷流体出口5流出,在外界温度过低的冬天,采用壳管式换热,冷流体从冷流体进口2进入换热管8,热流体从热流体进口4进入换热腔,让两者在换热腔内进行换热,既能实现恒定的温差换热又节能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式换热器,其特征在于:所述热流体进口和热流体出口通过翅片形成一个完整的流通路径,所述冷流体进口和冷流体出口通过换热管形成完整回路。
