本实施例中,通过上料传送带实现待冲压工件送料,将待冲压工件输送至上料传送带的出料端后,由上料机构400将位于传送带的出料端上的待冲压工件夹取并移载至相应的下模300上,即完成上料,当完成冲压加工后的工件在转盘200旋转作用下移载至下料机构600相应工位上后,通过顶料机构700顶出工件,由下料机构600夹取并移载至下料传送带上,即完成下料作业。
具体的,转轴402的外围套设有导向轴套407,导向轴套407的底端固定安装于连接法兰上,导向轴套407的内部设有与转轴402相适配的轴承。
本实施例中,通过导向轴套407及其内部的轴承的设置,利于保证转轴402的稳定转动,使结构更为可靠。
具体的,支撑架501是竖向固定支架和横架组成,横架通过竖向固定支架平行安装于工作台100的顶部,油缸502固定安装于横架的顶部,横架的顶部和底部中心对称设有用于导向杆505导向的导向座506。
本实施例中,通过导向座506的设置,在油缸502液压杆下压时,能够保证导向杆505起到稳定导向的作用,使冲压更为稳定、可靠。
具体的,模压组件500完成一次冲压的速度与转盘200完成一次转动的速度相匹配。
本实施例中,使用时,模压组件500和伺服驱动电机在PLC控制下完成相应控制,每当模压组件500正下方下模300内金属工件完成冲压加工,上模504复位后,此时转盘200进行转动,将装载有金属工件的后一个下模300移载至上模504正下方位置,实现连续冲压。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:工作时,通过电机箱401内电机工作,驱动转轴402带动连接横板403旋转一定角度,从而带动气爪406旋转至上料传送带的出料端正上方位置,通过气缸404的活塞杆带动气爪406下压并通过气爪406抓取待冲压金属工件,完成抓取后通过气缸404带动气爪406复位,电机箱401内电机输出端反向旋转并驱动转轴402带动连接横板403复位,气缸404再次启动,带动气爪406下压并通过气爪406释放爪端的待冲压金属工件至正下方的下模300上,继而气爪406复位,完成一个待冲压金属工件的自动上料,以此循环,实现连续上料,转盘200在伺服驱动电机的驱动下转动一定角度(根据图1所示,本实用新型中下模300设置为8个,即转盘200在伺服驱动电机的驱动下按照相同的转动角度转动两次,使完成待冲压金属工件装载的下模300移载至与模压组件500相应的冲压工位上),带动完成待冲压金属工件装载的下模300移载至与模压组件500相应的冲压工位上,继而启动油缸502,通过油缸502带动上模504下压,在上模504下压的过程中,导向杆505起到稳定导向的作用,使连接板503带动上模504稳定下压,配合下模300完成对金属工件的冲压作业,上模504复位后,转盘200继续转动,至带动完成冲压后的金属工件移载至与下料机构600相应的下料工位上,下料机构600的工作原理同上述上料机构400的工作原理,此时启动顶料机构700的千斤顶,通过顶出杆将模腔内的金属工件顶出至下模300上方,通过下料机构600将顶出的金属工件夹取并移载至下料传送带上,即完成一个金属工件的下料作业,重复上述上料、冲压、顶料及下料步骤,实现连续性冲压加工,能够满足大规模高效生产需求。

Claims (5)
1.一种金属工艺品冲压模具,其特征在于:包括工作台(100)、转盘(200)、下模(300)、上料机构(400)、模压组件(500)、下料机构(600)和顶料机构(700),其中,所述转盘(200)对应安装于工作台(100)的中部正上方位置,所述工作台(100)的底部设有驱动转盘(200)等角度间歇性转动的伺服驱动电机,所述下模(300)沿转盘(200)的边缘均匀分布,所述上料机构(400)、模压组件(500)和下料机构(600)沿转盘(200)的转动方向依次安装于工作台(100)上,所述上料机构(400)是由电机箱(401)、转轴(402)、连接横板(403)、气缸(404)、连接杆(405)和气爪(406)组成,所述电机箱(401)固定安装于工作台(100)的顶部,所述转轴(402)法兰连接于电机箱(401)内电机的输出端上,所述转轴(402)远离电机箱(401)的一端与连接横板(403)的一端固定连接,所述连接横板(403)与工作台(100)平行设置,所述气缸(404)固定安装于连接横板(403)远离转轴(402)的一端顶部,所述气缸(404)的活塞杆贯穿连接横板(403)的一端通过连接杆(405)与气爪(406)固定连接,所述气爪(406)转动至转盘(200)上方时,所述气爪(406)位于下模(300)的正上方位置,所述模压组件(500)是由支撑架(501)、油缸(502)、连接板(503)、上模(504)和导向杆(505)组成,所述支撑架(501)固定安装于工作台(100)的顶部,所述油缸(502)固定安装于支撑架(501)上并对应下模(300)的正上方位置,所述连接板(503)连接于油缸(502)的液压杆贯穿支撑架(501)的一端,所述上模(504)固定安装于连接板(503)的底部对应下模(300)的正上方位置,所述导向杆(505)垂直并对称安装于连接板(503)的顶部左右两侧,所述支撑架(501)上设有与导向杆(505)相适配的通孔,所述导向杆(505)与通孔间隙配合,所述下料机构(600)的结构与上料机构(400)一致,所述顶料机构(700)设置于下模(300)的模腔底部,所述顶料机构(700)用于将经模压组件(500)冲压加工完成后的产品顶出,并配合下料机构(600)将经顶料机构(700)顶出的产品取出下料,所述转盘(200)转动的角度与上料机构(400)、模压组件(500)和下料机构(600)所处工位相适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属工艺品冲压模具,其特征在于:所述工作台(100)对应上料机构(400)和下料机构(600)的一侧分别设有上料传送带和下料传送带,所述连接横板(403)至上料传送带的出料端和相应下模(300)之间的平面距离相等,所述连接横板(403)至下料传送带的进料端和相应下模(300)之间的平面距离相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属工艺品冲压模具,其特征在于:所述转轴(402)的外围套设有导向轴套(407),所述导向轴套(407)的底端固定安装于连接法兰上,所述导向轴套(407)的内部设有与转轴(402)相适配的轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属工艺品冲压模具,其特征在于:所述支撑架(501)是由竖向固定支架和横架组成,横架通过竖向固定支架平行安装于工作台(100)的顶部,所述油缸(502)固定安装于横架的顶部,横架的顶部和底部中心对称设有用于导向杆(505)导向的导向座(506)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属工艺品冲压模具,其特征在于:所述模压组件(500)完成一次冲压的速度与转盘(200)完成一次转动的速度相匹配。
