The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pushing assembly comprises a Y-axis movement mechanism I and a pushing positioning mechanism; the pushing and positioning mechanism is connected with the Y-axis movement mechanism I so as to move along the length direction of the rack; the drawing assembly comprises a Y-axis movement mechanism II and a drawing positioning mechanism; the drawing and positioning mechanism is connected with the Y-axis movement mechanism II so as to realize the movement of the drawing and positioning mechanism along the length direction of the rack.

The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the pushing and positioning mechanism and the drawing and positioning mechanism respectively comprise a bearing platform, a clamping device and a clamping driver which are slidably arranged on the frame; the clamping device is connected with the bearing platform through the clamping driver to realize that the clamping device moves towards the aluminum profile to clamp the aluminum profile tightly or moves back to the aluminum profile to loosen the aluminum profile.

The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box as claimed in claim 3, wherein: a clamping frame body is arranged on the bearing platform; the number of the clamping drivers and the number of the clamping devices are the same and are more than one; the clamping driver is arranged on the clamping frame body; the clamping device is connected with the clamping driver in a one-to-one manner so as to realize the lifting of the clamping device; and a space for accommodating the aluminum profile is reserved between the clamping device and the bearing platform.

The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the supporting platform is provided with a clamping positioning piece for positioning the aluminum profile; the number of the clamping positioning pieces is the same as that of the clamping devices; the clamping positioning piece is positioned below the clamping device.

The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the number of the clamping devices of the pushing and positioning mechanism is two, and the clamping devices of the pulling and positioning mechanism are opposite; the two clamping devices of the pushing and positioning mechanism are respectively connected with the clamping driver in a one-to-one manner; two clamping devices of the traction positioning mechanism are respectively connected with the clamping driver in a one-to-one manner; the number of the punching groove mechanisms is two, and the number of the punching assemblies is two; two notching mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the top plate of the support frame, and two groups of punching assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the side plates on the two sides of the support frame.
7. The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the punching needle seat is detachably connected with the piston rod of the punching cylinder through a connecting piece.

The aluminum profile punching and notching device for processing the edge protection decorative strip of the tool box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: a protective cover is arranged on the machine frame and corresponds to the punching needle and the punch respectively; the protective cover is provided with a protective cover through hole for the punch pin and the punch pin to extend into; a scrap discharge port is arranged below the protective cover.
